General description: Kotaro is about average height (for his age) and lean, a bit more on the pale side but you wouldn't be able to tell because he wears all black clothing, covering every inch of skin (kinda like Kakashi without his vest) iincluding black gloves and wears a mask that covers his nose and mouth, he has long-ish black hair hanging over the right (his left) side of his headband, almost covering his eye but not quite, he is quiet and doesn't tend to speak unless spoken to, not because he's shy, he just doesn't care enough to spark a conversation unless needed.
History: Dekomori, Kotaro, that name means a lot to Kotaro, more than anything else. His family is what's most important to him, he trains as hard as he can everyday just to be able to protect them. Like the rest of his family he specializes in Genjutsu and fire release. He's very intellectually gifted, always seems to be three steps ahead, but he lacks teamwork and tends to act alone and that is clearly his biggest weakness. His father was killed in battle when Kotaro was only four, this pushes Kotaro to become the best shinobi possible, that is his goal. He never had many friends but he's young and waiting for the opportunity to befriend others. Kotaro himself doesn't know what he wants from his future other than power, the people he meets on his journey will determine if he follows the light and goes for the title of Raikage, or is consumed by darkness and attempts to destroy everything that tries to stop him from becoming the most powerful shinobi in history. He lacks in taijutsu, but is naturally gifted in genjutsu and trains exceptionally hard in ninjutsu
