Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

Burnt and shredded into near tatters, Ren's once elaborate outfit fluttered in the hot wind of Wind Country as he approached the main gate of the village. He did not immediately see anyone performing guard duty, but he doubted that the location truly was left unguarded. He paused in front of the structure, looking up as he called out, "Sunagakure shinobi Ren. Requesting entrance through the village gates." His words were loud, but they lacked any sort of emphasis or emergency. Despite the damage do his body, which included missing his left arm at the shoulder, he did not look to be in any specific hurry to reenter the village.

The mission had gone smoothly at first, and what was planned to be a week of annoyances and many hours of walking and riding had turned into quite the ordeal. The priest had been delivered, with the addition of a few broken bones, but Ren had made the delivery safely and had only lost one of his arms in the process. Standing nearly motionlessly at the gate, he waited for a minute before repeating the same message once again, continuing to repeat this for the next fifteen minutes if necessary, each with no more sense of urgency than the last.

Being that he was a part of the Toraono Clan, gate duty wasn't something that was relatively out of the question as he had left people in and out of the village numerous times in the past and he heard from one of the guards that someone was requesting entry back into the village under the name of Ren as a Sunagakure shinobi. The name, not familiar, caught the attention of the Byakko descendant immediately and he maneuvered his way through his home to where the fellow was waiting and continually repeating himself until Kyuji would put up his hand to silence him as he addressed him: "You are a shinobi of Sunagakure, Ren? Do you have the passport that should've been given to you before you headed out on your mission or journey?"

Upon seeing someone approach, Ren halted his request mid sentence, remaining silent until the other individual concluded his reply. "Yes, I do. However, it sustained damage during the mission." With his remaining left arm, he reached to a singed pouch on his back left hip. It too looked damaged, but it appeared to have been sewn quickly back together, burnt fabric resting at the seems. He pulled out what looked to be half of the official document, partly crumbled and the other part bunt. It was enough to make out that it was the document required, with what was likely just enough information, as long as the attendant was not overly suspicious or critical of the state it was in. He reached out and handed it to Kyuji, not appearing worried about the state it was in. "You are free to confirm with the passport office about my status, but the remnants of that should suffice." Being intimately familiar with human anatomy, the 'gatekeeper' could likely tell that something faint was odd about his movements. They were somewhat stiff, and yet very smooth and precise.

Fortunately for both parties, this fellow had his passport and presented it to Kyuji. Although it was severally damaged, he could tell it was a passport from their village and nodded at the kid. This had been a relatively easy and quick encounter which is always what one wanted when it came to this procedure. There was nothing else to say but the following: "Thank you. You are good to go. Welcome back." He would hand the passport back to the kid and move out of the way to let the dude go on his way. He had been intrigued by the lack of a limb like himself and the way that the body of the individual moved, but he wasn't going to stop the kid since he probably was on a mission to report his findings to the village, get some grub or go home and get a nice, steamy shower or bubble bath.

Ren gave the man a half bow after he accepted the passport back. "It is a pleasant experience to once again return to the village. You have my appreciation. May the Mother of Suna look over you." With the formalities, quick and strict as they were, out of the way, Ren walked his way past the man and off into the village. He had yet to decide what he was planning on doing for the lacking appendage, and he currently lacked the funding to reconstruct a proper replacement. That, however, could wait until later. He still had one more delivery of goods to make and another delivery of information to the tower.

[Exiting as well.]
