Mitsuha stood at the top of the Hokage Rock, overlooking all of Leaf Village. She had just finished the most recent modifications to her hitokugutsu puppets along with some of her other ones to have a remote voice box to be able to play recordings. Whilst she thought it might be a good idea at first to equip a hundred puppets with voice modules, she then decided against it. If she started that project, it would have taken her too long of a time to properly distribute the medicine that the now Hokage Nao had entrusted her to do.
Once she was ready, she summoned ten of her puppets, four of them were the hitokugutsu puppets, one she had named Doodle, that served no purpose other than seem more adorable and unimposing, despite that it is a dangerous weapon, and five other puppets that were made and dressed up to look less threatening. With that said and done, she would then summon clones to get a head start on distributing the medicine on the closer areas. Placing her hand on the ground she summoned her dragon contract, Rix, a young drake that stands to be seven foot tall. He would fly out to the farther areas to give out medicine to those who live further away.
Finally, Mitsuha used the ten puppets to tackle the Residential area, the highest populated area, to give out the medicine to as much people as possible through the recording that are willing to listen.
Of course, if it looks like any of the puppets are having issues, Mitsuha would jump on down and help with the task of asking the people to take the medication. Of course, she had to talk with concerned parents about children under the age of two, in which she had assured them that she will talk with the Hokage about getting something that would work for them in the case that an infant does fall under the effects of this virus. All in all, it took about over half the day to successfully distribute the medicine to everyone in Leaf. With that said and done, Mitsuha would disperse the clones and let Rix go back to wherever young drakes hang out, and sealed all of her puppets back into their scrolls before turning her attention back to Hokage Mansion.

Hello, I am here to distribute this medicine to all of Leaf on orders of the Hokage. This medicine will both combat and protect you from the virus that has plagued our Village. Please take the medicine with a full glass of water to ensure best and optimal results. For small children the pill can be broken and fed to them as well.
