Well, that was the words provided by Mikki, his erstwhile companion who was rather upset with what they had found at Kirigakure. Both of them had hoped to find a measure of... well.. something - perhaps a place to settle down in, or at least piles of loot easily stolen but what they had found still froze them to the core. Pun intended.
A wasteland. A village frozen in time, literally, with people frozen to their desks, walking on the streets. The wailing of the dead, bad music, and apparently demons walking around.
Yeah... quite the fixer'upper but not one that the Myakashi cared to be involved with.
The pair, suitably attired for the next trek of their journey and carrying a bundle of Kirigakurian tidbits leapt from the rapidly sinking vessel that Miki had driven into some rocks (It wasnt listening to me) and started the long journey towards their next destination. Moon country. Apparently it was run by a bunch of religious zealots.
