[legend=""Driving" Mr. Crazy"]It was a day like any other. She found herself at a giant house owned by a wealthy, though notoriously klutzy, old man. She was told the man ordered a body guard because he's afraid that hooligans are out to get him, but his daughter says that he's just old and crazy. She asked for someone who could look out for him and make sure he doesn't hurt himself. They picked Chi for some reason. So she arrived early to escort him around Maruishi so he could do his shopping and see his shop pals.
"Hi there, I'm Kogane Chi!" The man met her at the door after she knocked. Immediately she introduced herself to him. "I'm here to escort you through the village, sir." She gave a big smile to the old man.
"What's this? Your name is Cheese?" He asked confused. Before she could correct him he went on, "Well then, Cheese! Let's get going. You seem a bit small for a shinobi, but I guess they're getting younger and younger every day." The man would laugh as he thought about how young shinobis were. Chi decided it was best not to think about it and they walked to the shopping district on Aventurine Street. Once there was catch himself on fire from a torch that was set up outside a shop. He must not have felt the flames on his suit, but Chi quickly put it out with the pressurized mist Jutsu, being careful to not use enough chakra to make it strong enough to hurt him. He was an old man after all.
"Ooh, feels like it's gonna rain!" He says, walking into a nearby shop. Chi sighed and followed him in. He started looking at stuff on the shelves and decided he wanted something on the top shelf.
"I can get that, sir." Chi suggested. She may have been shorter but she also wasn't an old fragile man.
"No, no, Cheese. I got this." He got up on the bottom shelf to get up hire, but the shelf wasn't strong enough to support his extra weight on the edge. It started to tip over and Chi rushed to try and push it back against the wall. It was too heavy for her, though, and she nothing but slow it down long enough for the old man to get what he wanted and walk away. The shelf and all its content fell all over Chi.
"Cheese, what are you doing on the floor? C'mon now, let's go." the man walked up to the store owner to pay for the item he acquired while Chi dug herself out of the mess. She ran away before she got in trouble for something that wasn't her fault, she couldn't have stopped the shelf from falling over. She was just too small. So she ran up to the old man, looking back to see the other shop employees noticing the mess and getting upset. None of them saw the events that happen to cause it, though.
The old man talked to the shop owner for what seemed like forever, apparently they were old friends that had known each other for a long time. Chi follow him out as he started to head home. They got back to his home without incident, but once inside he started to slip on a wet spot right inside his house but Chi got under him and broke his fall (and possibly her neck).
"Oh ho ho, thank you, Cheese!" He said as he got up. "Sometimes I can be a bit of a mess! I'm surprised nothing happen while we were out! Thank you for keeping the hooligans away." He gave her a pet on the head and walked away. As he did so his daughter came out and thanked her again.
"I don't know what happened while you were out but thank you." She gave a bow. "I know he can be a bit of a handful, I usually go out with him but I needed a day off.
"I went out with him once and I need a day off. I can understand." They shared a little laugh and Chi waved goodbye as she ran out… As fast as possible before the old man could burn the house down or something intensely insane like that.[/legend]
