Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

Long time no see, Akane had arrived at the hospital bright an early to do her job. To think in the real world, you need to have a four year degree, or something, while here all it took was a little determination, and ninja skills to change a bed pan. Akane wasn't a medical ninja, she was still in training, so she still had to do the sucky jobs. Once in a while she had the chance to be the doctor, and not the nurse. She did wish she could do that more, but someone has to clean up the child's vomit, and change the pervy old mans bed sheets.

Akane didn't show much emotion towards it, but she did love her job, helping the sick, and possibly saving lives through her skills helped her get over the grungy duties. Today she had list of things to do, deliver medication, change bed sheets, take notes, and maybe give a check up to less serious patients. She could do it, it wasnt hard, but she was still at the bottom of the food chain here.

Akane put on her scrubs, and started her daily duties. She delivered medication to patients, and with some had noted to make sure they actually took it. Then she moved on to changing bed sheets, now it was just the task of checking up on patients. Akane as accustomed to this routine, though she did miss the good old days with the people she considered family. Training, and jokes, laughs through pain. She thought running through wild fires were fun, and it flamed the inner pyromaniac she is. She never complained out loud though, there was no point in expressing how boring this was to her to others.

Roaming seemed to be one of Kouin's more keen skills, cause wouldn't you guessed it? He was in the medical center, How in the world did I get here? He had walked of course, how else would you enter a building; not like he could enter in on a flying nimbus.

He stood cautiously in his rift out time, staring at the various med-nin going about treating or even saving peoples lives, such tenacious people they were. They put the lives of their fellow shinobi at the highest priority. Kouin held these people with the utmost respect. Never batting an eye in even the most gruesome scenarios. He didnt have the stomach for it, he didnt really have the soul for Anbu, but he did that anyways. His decisions left Kouin second guessing himself, but quickly remembered the words of the great Kamina, Dont believe in me, believe in the me that believes in you. That is the power of team Gurren. Kamina never did telp him what the heck team Gurren was, but that was of little importance.

Suddenly someone caught his eye; a rare occurrence, but an occurrence nonetheless. A fiery, crimson haired girl walked right by him. She was wearing the classic scrubs, but picture used was a lot more risque; if you catch my drift. Nudges readers Her eyes had a sky blue hue to them, which piqued his interest. Usually only Santaru have that. Well if she didnt have his attention before, now she really did. He gracefully walked through his personal rift until he reached an intersection where he could abruptly bump into her, cause thats how he do.

Phasing back into reality it would appear as a seemless transition; for he never really "disappear", jusy makes himself less noticeable unless given attention, but luckily he had this planned. He paced himself down the hallway, and made a quick, yet calculated turn right into the unsuspecting Med-nin. Obvious shock would appear on her face as he had just 'accidently' walked into her, though it might have been harder than expected, since they both went tumbling to floor; nothing in his power couldve have even propheted this, he himself was shocked, but not nearly as much as this med nin had to be. He quickly got himself up and brushed off any light debris. Bending over he would(if allowed) help the girl up, and brush anything off, I'm so sorry I bumped into you and knocked us over. Now came the tricky part, should he bring the comedy gold? I suppose you could say you... Putting on a cheesy pair of sunglasses from some crime show, Fell for me Kouin bowed as apologetically as he could, he didnt know how much one could, but he was trying to put a lot in it, Is there anything I can do to make it up?

Akane was minding her own business, when suddenly a man walked right into her, usually she avoided these things, but she just didn't see him coming. So like that she fell to the ground, she made a small squeak as she did so. It wasnt unusual to see her fall, or make a mess.... she dropped her notes all over the floor... again. It seemed to be normal, as other nurses just laughed and kept walking.

Akane got up, with his help, and blinked at him. She thought she had run into him, but she didnt mind him taking the blame. "Its fine, I fall all the time." She didn't really catch his joke, she was horrible at catching jokes or puns... she was even worse at catching flirtation. As she did not understand romance. Didn't help that her supposed lover was not around ever, not like he could show her any affection anyways.

Akane pondered, then leaned down to pick up her notes. Once she stood back up she showed him a grin, what could he do to make up for this? Her mother always taught her to take advantage of situations like this, if a guy, or a girl ever asked that, and she didnt actually need anything, just ask for lunch? "I wouldn't mind you purchasing me a meal to make up for this." She stated quite bluntly. She didnt often take breaks, but it wasn't like she was completely busy."My name is Shinrya, Tsukino, Akane. Its nice to meet you." She stated, she had three names only because she refused to give up the tsukino name, she wasn't sure what she wanted, but she was starting to give in the the Shinyra name. The Shinrya blood was the one that gave her her blood line, and helped with finances. Akane was just stubborn.

This women made it too easy for the puns, I'm sure the worse was when you fell from heaven? He offered a slight grin, but gave the ither nurses a piercing gaze, he spoke sharply under his breath, Does no one have respect anymore... He could feel his blood boil; comradery, doesnt it exist between allies and coworkers anymore? How could they sleep making fun of someone who may someday have to save their life? Kouin had a different code. A code of honor, and chivalry; maybe some lightning too.

He caught her with a wide grin, Deary me, have I made a mistake? He was blissfully suprised when all she asked for was a meal, simple request, he showed a wide smile. If lunch is all you request, then.. As suave as he could, he offered his hand, I know this great place in the Susukino District. Food you could simple die for. The girl finally introduced herself as Shinrya Tsukino Akane. A long name, but a nice one; with a bow befitting someone of his debonairness(actual word?), "Santaru Kaze Kouin, a pleasure."

Akane made a slight confused face when she heard his comment about heaven.... Even if it was real, she doubted she would survive a fall from that high. Maybe it was one of those metaphors people use. She didn't know what too, but she didnt think about it too much. As her mind quickly went to his next comment, respect? She glanced around, that's just how people acted when she made a clumsy mistake. It felt normal to her, she didn't take offense to it. Help was something she rarely asked for anyways.

Back to the lunch. Akane seemed to lighten up more- if that was even possible- when he mentioned he knew a place in the Susukino District. She spent ALOT of time there.... it was where she lived after all. But maybe it'd be a place she hasnt visited yet, which made her a little excited. "Awesome! We can go soon, if you are not busy. Today is a dead day here anyways." She explained with a shrug. Soon enough, her excitement went from food to his name, a santaru? "Santaru? You are the first one I have met. I have Santaru blood, and on my way of mastering storm." She explained, her voice showing enthusiasm over such a small common ground.

She had appeares to be completely unfazed by the lack of help from her fellow shinobi. Weren't they suppose to help you when you need? Pick you up when you fall down? Thier rudeness and laughter irritated him, but he had to keep his cool; couldnt get angry here, that'd be a poor choice.

A smile reared over his face, A Santaru you say... Interesting. He looked complacently out the window, and let out a quiet sigh of relief; he'd never met another santaru, save for hos father, that didn't try to attack him; the feeling was calming. Ive been practicing with the Storms for many years now; their are many things I could show you. Showing someone his tricks, it was he favorite thing to do. He tended to show boat, but that is kind of the point. It felt like he was missing one key thing though, what could it have been.... With a snap of his fingers, he remembered, We could save all of that fancy stuff for after lunch. Using one hand to gesture to the door, he used the other to offer to Akane, If you so like, we can be on our way.

Akane seemed interested in him showing her what he could do. She had only known of her bloodline for a few years... she didnt get much practice with it though. "That sounds awesome." She said with a large grin, and then she glanced around for a moment, before nodding to him. After lunch, she usually never skipped out on work, but one time wont hurt. She was kinda annoyed that she had yet to get her exam yet anyways, she had all the requirements to become a real mednin, she had them a while ago.

Akane glanced at his hand, why was he holding out his hand? Out of pure habit, and obliviousness, she took it anyways. He was another ninja, and another Santar, so she trusted him. Her trust for others had always been her flaw though. "Alright lets go." She stated, she then walked out of the door that he held open.

He glimpsed solemnly out the window, staring off into the far distance, much like he does everytime, This kind of power can cause mass destruction.... Not the easiest to control, but if you have the will, anything is possible. Letting out a deep sigh, he would turn from the window with a smile of relief. Kouin's father was never able to see him gain his mastery over the elements, but maybe he could pass on what he knows to another, and keep the bloodline prominently strong. The aqua colored eyes of his people were never one to waver, and he could see that in Akane, Not to sound weird or anything... But your eyes remind me of my father... they are really reassuring, I miss that about him.

Why Kouin was dilly dallying was beyond him, he and just settled for a lunch date. Though could it be he suspected unsuspected danger? Was he subconciously protecting Akane?!?!? He could feel the light grip of her hand grab his own; a women's touch was soft and gentle, and Akane was no different. After lunch would you like to take a nice stroll through the garden? I feel that would be a good after lunch spot. As his sentence finished, he began walking towards the exit, yet he was unsure, I... Im not quite sure where the exit is... This place is like a maze...

Akane nodded to him. It wasn't the easiest to control, but she believed she could master it easily. She felt like she was mastering it easily currently. "I believe I can master it quickly." She stated with confidence. Soon her mentioned her eyes, she blinked, and was not sure what to say. Her eyes reminded him of his father? By how he spoke, she assumed his fathers was no longer living. She understood that feeling.

"I see.... I miss my father too." She said softly, as she looked away. She did not enjoy topics about the deceased. It... just didn't sit well with her. Especially when it reminded her of her father.

Akane pushed her mind off the subject, she didn't like feeling sad after all. She looked back at him as he offered a stroll through the garden, it wouldn't hurt. "Sure." She said in reply, she then gave him a smile. It'd been a while since she had hung out with anyone. She would have prefered it be her friends, but oh well... She still wasn't adjusted to interacting with other people.

Akane glanced around as he stated he didn't know where the exit was, she then pointed, and lead him out the exit. She got lost here sometimes too, it felt like it happened more times then it should.... Even though she was here a lot, she often got turned around in hallways, and ended up in areas she was not acquainted to. Akane believed she was getting a grip on directions inside this place now, at least, thats what she likes to think.
