Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

5/18/86 - 16:05 - A Superior Man goes to face an Indestructible Foe.

The sky was alit with explosions. If observed from a distance one could see plasma fireworks going off. The afternoon sky was filled with them. Two forces unrelenting in the attempts to destroy each other. Ancient and man did not truly co-exist this was testament to it. A battle between two timeless foes. The first being a human who took it upon himself the task to prevent Ancients from destroying mankind. The other was an Ancient who did not desire the return of the past, a past of Homura and Fuujin reigning and controlling all. No. This Ancient wanted to been seen as the true power this world had. He did not want his court to rule, no he wanted to merely rule it all.

The Ancient in question who merely wanted to rule it all had been given pause when a human who took the image of Primus up and replicated it challenged him. The two were evenly matched it seemed. How could it be that another mortal man took up the mantle? Word had it that the line of Sunahoshi had been brought to an end. Yet this one human fought with ferocity and skill that was seemed too much like the legendary mortal. Had Primus truly not died? It was recorded that Fuujin's lightning had ended his life, but not before Primus had cut them with a blade with grievous wounds.

Curiously this mortal man used a skill set that was reminiscent of the heat of Homura. If the Ancient was not being sliced into by twin blades he was being blasted with a potent combination of flame and lightning.

5/18/86 - 12:05 - A Sinister Foe prepares for battle.

The Ancients had been in hiding for a long time. Slowly but surely there was a time ripening. While his position had not been revealed entirely, the hybrid Ancient Sinisteriron had been raising himself to levels beyond what his original appointment in the court was. Upon a time he was a lower court member. He was amongst the lowest castes. While no prime Ancient had been active, he had slowly been increasing his position of power. Human souls were devoured. Fellow ancients were consumed. Cannibalistic and reviling it was to some, that is how he gained in power. Picking off several lower grouping of Ancients. He was consuming earth court members by one. With no Suna to defend her children, or the children of other courts he had nothing to challenge his ambitions.

Earth court was where he started. He devoured members of iron and thus allowed him to rename himself as per that element. There were the wild members of blood court that too added to his power. The members of blood court were known for their insanity, but they were often living in areas of wind that were separate from each other. The isolationistic policies were to Sinisteriron's success. Humans since the fall of Fuujin and Homura were far too powerful, and thus encountering them was far too problematic.

Sungakure had been a host to Ancients. Thus facing them would prove disastrous. The strategy was to remain as far away from them and Soragakure until he had appropriated enough power to crush them one after the other. Thus outlying lands were subjected to a salted lands form of attack. Replicate his form and unleash a swarm of them unto lands taking souls, and landforce essence to further his strength. It was all coming together.

Sungakure had decided to finally challenge him. The Kazekage himself his sources told him he was coming to face him. Many a whisper of a Takahashi acquiring a powerset akin to Primus. The One King as he had been called was a brawling who used storms and winds. This Takahashi was more like Homura and Suna using fire and earth to battle his foes. Some said he took the image of Primus to battle his foes. A challenge indeed.

5/16/86 - 12:01 - The Calling

Ember watched from afar the devastation caused by Sinisteiron. The canine fire ancient watched in despair. The land was poisoned black to the core. Ember had chosen to flee when this enemy came upon his lands. Ember chose to live with humans, he was no slave driver like Homura. Living with humans was easier than being at war with them. This particular sect of humans saw him as a savoir figure when he came unto their dying and suffering. He relieved them of their suffering when he devoured their life essence. It was never an easy thing to be done. Humans believed their afterlife to be a pleasant place for those with a good heart. Maybe it was, but Ember merely kept the souls safe until his own time would come.

Ember had seen the march of black skinned earth clones descend upon his village and destroy the people who had come to worship him. He watched in horror as their souls were taken away violently without mercy or dignity. Their power adding to the dark one's. Something had to be done. Ember had appeared unto mortal men and gave them a warning. That warning was slightly mistranslated. The people had evacuated but they had called for help. Help was coming from the most wearying of places. Sungakure. Sungakure was home to the descendants of the One King. Who ruled there now? A man called the Steward. Ember never understood titles, but he knew that the Steward was not the King. A man of power, but he was not Primus.

5/18/86 16:01 - Precursor

Sinisteriron had miscalculated. The spawn of man who had Homura's heat was mighty. He had been fighting him with some flaw, but everything was calculated. This is why he had not engaged Sungakure yet. What annoyed him was that his path was not even heading towards them. Someone had informed him of this. This mere mortal took the form of Primus. He was not Primus. He fought with ferocity. He fought with skill. He was more than a brawler which is what Primus was.

The mortal fought with an axe from Blood Court. Skullsplitter? Yes that is what the last gladiator of Homura called it. The other weapon was a sword, it was from Fire Court as well. It had been taken by Mikaboshi when a fire court fool had taken it upon himself to try and encroach and take land from the underground lord. The mortal was slicing through his clones, the flesh he had parted with and had grown into separate bodies. The mortal though was fighting offensively on his ground. It was always easier to defend than to attack. That is the advantage he had... or so he had thought. The mortal had just exploded in a burst of lightning and fire. He had melted his clones into pools of melted metal. No. He had done more than that. His clone's remains were ... shrinking? Vanishing into nothingness? How could that be...?

Sinisteiron took a deep breath. Well. Lesser versions of himself was not getting the job done. He was going to have to do this himself. The tips of his fingers expanded into nails. Yes. This mortal was going to be delicious. His essence would further his own to levels of ... untold power. The irony of himself devouring a Primus? He lunged at the mortal but was caught in the chest by the back head of the axe. He was merely stopped. The weapon seemed to feed upon him. Drinking in not blood but his aura. The weapon began to rapidly drip green liquid. Blood?
