[Uchiha Takeshi]

Takeshi allowed himself to sit in the gardens of the Uchiha clan house. He allowed the light breeze to come threw to him in those few seconds. He allowed himself to take in the weather and the sun, it was a glorious day and he was going to enjoy the outdoor environment. Takeshi allowed himself to stand up as he brushed off his clothes and grabbed a book and allowed himself to slump at the bottom of the cherry tree, he knew full well that this was the place he was supposed to be and enjoyed the moment of the sun threw the blossoms. Once more out of place this time of year that didn’t matter as long as Yuki was home the tree always held its flowers.

A booming set of steps could be heard as Anubis came out of one of the buildings that he shared with LL Cool War when he was home, though he was sure that everything was alright he still liked to check on them from time to time and spend time bonding with them, it was good to see that the two of them could get along and he knew that they still had a lot of progress to make but LL Cool War was spending a lot more time away. Anubis took his position overlooking Takeshi by his shoulder as he sniffed the air trying to smell anything different and new.

“Let’s see how good this one truly is shall we Uchiha?”

“She will beat you any day of the weak”

Takeshi looked down in front of him as he checked out the archery range that he had set up for this session of tutoring he would be showing Izumi his abilities and what true potential he held within himself. It would not be an easy day but the hard work would be worth it in the end, and even Takeshi could remember the days that he had back a long time ago when he knew full well that he still had a lot to learn from all of his training time.

He was for a change early up and shining. He sat with a coffee inside going over all the notes he had made on what kind of things he still should be improving, personal thoughts... All kinds of things and because of the list that had made itself over the years, this notebook started to hold so many memories for himself. Good and bad ones, but the most recent one had been written in there: "The saddest thing about betrayal is that it never comes from your enemies..." Those words there were written on his mind almost as they were engraved into the stones on graveyards.

A heavy sigh had left the young male as he closed the book and went with his fingers over the words he had casually written on the cover. 'Little things.' Once more he gave it a glance over the cover and started to place it away. Slowly a smile got to him again and he returned to the drink he had still with him. The black bittersweet scent was the first thing that had greeted him, but the coffee tasted like a heavily drink for him. For him, it was a heavenly breakfast finished.... He placed the empty mug on the table and looked a bit to the ide. "hmm..." A small thought ran through his head. 'Should I bandage it up...?' was that given thought and he started to trail with his hand over the almost fully healed scarred flesh... Somehow he found it hard since it was in the center of his hand, directly on the back. "No..." He eventually said and started to bandage up his hand only, just covering the scar. He already had booked progress with the covering part. Normally he bandaged up his whole arm or till the elbow...

As it slowly was turning time he started to walk towards the inner parts of the house, but was greeted with a rather unusual feeling in the earth... did it shook..? Booming steps... He hurried towards the center more and saw his father sitting down against the tree and something large... Following the stories in his head, he had a slight idea who this might have been. The bow was still equipped with his back as he slowly closed in towards them, waving slowly. Even he had still normal clothing on instead of his Sunday clothing. "Morning!" He said with a smile and his hairs would be a little backward as he almost could place an elastic in it to keep it back. "Morning, Izumi." He said and gave a small bow towards the Anubis as a form of respect, because in his memory they didn't meet yet. "How are you both doing?" He said as his own white eyes started to look at the Anubis and then his father. The tree... was still ever as beautiful as ever and it made sure he held a small smile onto that.

[Uchiha Takeshi]

Takeshi allowed himself to glance over to Izumi, it seemed that the boy was finally up and awake, he allowed himself to glance over before standing up he smiled to the boy it was good to see that he was setting himself into the new life that had been offered to him. Takeshi allowed himself to lean back against the tree slightly he glanced towards the massive jackal like creature that was stood beside him in those few seconds. Takeshi enjoyed being out in the sun light for a little bit and had to admit that he would enjoy the tutoring session today with Izumi.

“Good morning, I am glad to see you up and well, I am happy that you brought your bow. We will be needing it today for your training”

“Morning little one. I am Anubis, I presume you are Izumi who Takeshi has already mentioned*

It seemed that Anubis recognised the foundation that Izumi represented for the Uchiha clan and even acknowledged him in those few seconds. Though by that his eyes continued to glance around him, checking out each movement and each twitch that he made, as if waiting to see what the next action would be. Anubis continued to judge Izumi though he stayed silent, he would tower above even the Hokage himself in those few seconds as he continued to stare though it was not mean and there was no ill will behind his body at all. He just stood dormant like a watch dog here to asses the power that Izumi had.

“Get your bow ready and test on the target, I want to see how skilled you are with a bow before I decide what the best way to train you is I want to see what you have already been teaching yourself. That will determine where this goes little one.”

Izumi had slowly closed by the two of them... He had heard stories regarding the big creature besides his own father. Yet he was unable to believe that this story... was true. It was huge, it had ears and it looked stern...
As he told who he was and gave a small bow towards the creature he had to straighten himself towards his own father. "Hm-hmm." He nodded softly and placed an arm into his side. "Glad to be on this side of the world.." He said to make it a little lighter on the up part. "Uhu... I did... I hardly go without it anywhere anymore." He had given in to the feeling he has had... and it was fair to say he had been training in the compound for a change of scenery yesterday. After those words, he started to glance back towards the giant creature beside. "Good morning, Anubis, I am indeed Izumi," he said and gave a small smile. "Glad to make your acquaintance." He did mean these words as he rather had his own eye to believe a story than to believe a story through someone else his eyes.

As he moved a little he soon knew he was being watched... and through his mind, he was instantly being judged. “Get your bow ready and test on the target, I want to see how skilled you are with a bow before I decide what the best way to train you is I want to see what you have already been teaching yourself. That will determine where this goes little one.”

After those words, Izumi started to nod a little and started to walk towards the range... He checked his bow in just a glance at it. Knowing this weapon as it was as old as his Academy days. The bow looked like it had it's days though, a new one would be needed sooner or later.
Izumi already knew what kind of range he needed around himself to fully pull his bow backward. Which he did in the only matter of seconds later, as it was almost a second nature he also had pulled an arrow out of the quiver. Without his Byakugan sight and his own poor sight because of the eyes terminating on themselves. He still managed to hit the target pretty decent as he took the general shape of it as a whole, instead of detail watching right now. Just a second or 2 later he already had a new arrow on the bow, but he forgot to take into account that this target could have been a moving one... Using a power shot he pulled the string more backward, placing more strain on the bow itself. Letting that one go, the string managed to go slightly going against his own flash on the arm he used to hold the bow. Some mistakes were made in these following shots and took a few different ones after, walking, standing still, lowered and jumping. All kinds to show what he knew in these times. once he was out of his 12 arrows he stopped and turned towards his father and the Anubis.

[Uchiha Takeshi]

Takeshi allowed himself to watch the movements of Izumi, it seemed that he was studying him with each action that he took. Each pull of the weapon was examined and monitored it seemed that Takeshi was first judging the entire situation and wondering on where to make the improvements that Izumi needed. He would have to see him in combat first that much was clear. But for now, the range would do, it seemed that Izumi had used the twelve arrows in no time, doing trick shots and showing his true potential it seemed that the boy had come a long way during his time inside of the Academy.

“Good it seems that you have accuracy that Is always something that is impressive, but the true question is how much you have started to unlock inside of your own bloodline. I want to know how often you use that power that is inside of you. What you use it for and how you think you can improve on it. After all, just saying that you have reached your potential will lead to failure along the line. You need to accept the fact that you will always learn how to improve yourself in combat, that is something you need to know.”

Takeshi was direct and blunt with Izumi, as he looked at the range and seeing where it hit. It seemed that Izumi had gotten better but the real question was how much better, that was something Takeshi was determined to know. Anubis shuffled to his side slightly as he looked at the targets that had been pierced threw.

“Go collect the arrows and try again, I want to see this bloodline of yours. There must be potential behind it if Takeshi seeks to view it with his own eyes, so I want to see that power as well”

Izumi had done his best shooting. His own sight he held both eyes open, unlike many archers... He used both eyes to look at the arrow point towards the target. Since he was able to use both his eyes to aim which other arches used either left or right. Making Izumi a lethal one since he could left or right hand a bow with ease.

As he looked past the arrow to the target he already calculated in his head the distance and height needed and since there wasn't that much wind he didn't take that into any account, making him still hit the target yet not always the bullseye.
As Izumi burned through his stack of arrows he started to breathe a little quicker. An accuracy thing he used sometimes, hold his breath if he shot an arrow off quickly. His eyes shifted towards the Anubis and towards his father, his eyes resting on the father as he started to speak. Slowly he started to nod as he understood it... "Alright.." He said and looked towards the palet colored target. He swallowed a moment, clearly not feeling that happy to use the eyes, making them less for him as the mission was soon to take place with Mikasa. "Just... like the saying: You are never too old to learn." He tried to sound smart even though he was little and knew that all too well.

Now that he heard Anubis talk about Takeshi wanting to see his special powers he raised an eyebrow... he figured that this dog-like creature also wanted to see more of it. "A-- h. Aha.." He said and did turn a bit silent as he started to walk towards the target. His hand wrapped around the arrows head before pulling it out of the target... but one wasn't much of a save wroth as the whole head was in the target... "Power shots.." He muttered under his breath as he started to break it off and place it in his quiver. He walked back and started to count towards the distance he would need to take to challenge himself and show more off towards them both, since his Byakugan used more range than possible in this garden for his idea... then again his eyes were turning against his body... and he hadn't used them for such a long while already.

He took a breath... took a moment before he would use first his Hawkeye special ability... See the wind. For him looking as if the world had slowed down, he muttered the words as he started to pull the arrow, place it on the string, pull back and release in a single looking motion. There was a focus coming from the boy and as he released the projectile on his bow it made an increasing speed till one that wasn't stop-able anymore. Once it hit the target it hit the target deep and spot on to where the heart/bullseye have been. It would cost him an arrow as it dug already deep into it if not through.

"Byakugan.," he said as he activated that, seeing the world going from palet towards the colored white world. Questioning right now what the dog creature was, seeing Takeshi his chakra the best... and the target being a white object, he shot it but as he figured the shot wasn't that clean as he wasn't fully used to work with defective eyes. As he missed his own target spot he hit the edge. A curse word got out of the boy as he couldn't believe he missed the center..." The veins dissapeared and he instandly started to rub his eye, it irriated him as the eye looked troubled.

[Uchiha Takeshi]

Takeshi continued to listen to Owly speak, he wanted to study the boy’s abilities and he had finally seen what he wanted, so it seemed that Izumi was a Hawkeye. Rare these days but well known for there power and abilities with the bow. It seemed that Izumi was no exception from this at all, though the arrows where flying true and straight in those few seconds. Nothing could be complained to about that, it seemed that he was still learning how to use his strength and even in that instance Takeshi had to admit that he was impressed. Though the Byakugan seemed to fail, that caused an instant frown on the face of the Uchiha.

“Interesting, is there any specific reason that your accuracy dropped when you fired that last shot, I mean it seemed that the eyes had the opposite effect, let me have a look at them quickly little one.”

Takeshi allowed himself to walk over to Izumi it seemed that he would have to have a closer inspection of those eyes before he judged the situation as it was.

“Indeed, it seems that the transplant was rejecting her, weird that someone so strong would have such an issue. I agree Takeshi.”

He placed his hands gently on the skull of the boy and brought his head closer, though inspecting the eyes as he shook his head, he had seen this once before and it seemed that the same thing was happening as always. The Uchiha allowed his hands to come together as he started to summon the healing Jutsu he knew, trying to work the network and flow so they eye where accepted by the body, it was difficult and took its time, it seemed that he would have to take a while to make this work.

“Just stand still, let me know when your eyes start to feel better, it will be slow and might be painful, but it will sort out the accuracy issues”

Izumi scolded at himself and heard takeshi soon walking towards his side. Even he started to tilt his head sideways and think back. "uhm... Kind... Of as how long as I got them... Am... In treatment already a year... Almost two?" he asked as he dug in his memory. "Over the past year I learned that my eyes don't adapt to my own body... Or rather my body doesn't approve my eyes.." he started to explain. "With normal looking... I already see palet colors instead of bright ones... For... Example I know the gras used to look bright green... The sky held many bright colors with sunsets or dawn.... But... Those colors are histroy already and as of late my usual vision is blurred..." he explaines the whole thing as short as possible." Mikasa said that... The place i erm... Got them from... I can explain that all you wish." he quickly added on to that." That the medicine i used before these... Was just mere water... " and...with that said he could sink to the ground and a quick pout was given." I was a kid.... Didn't knew better.. " and he started to listen towards the dog like creature. "hmm... Well... I wasn't the first having this problem..." he said as he started to tilt his head normally since Takeshi was closing in.As he felt the warmth of the others hands on his head he stood there still looking as steadily as possible. He had.. Some sort of an idea on how everything was going... But he had no idea on what was happening next.He looked towards Takeshi and felt as if a sweat drop dropped.... A moment going over him. "Eh... O... Oi..." he said with a heavy feeling in his gut. He swallowed and nodded as he kept standing there.... Unsure if he had to keep his eyes open or closed but he did felt a stinging almost burning like feeling in his head. He kept silent regarding the feeling.... But he did start to nibble at his bottom lip.

"I... Think it is fixed...?" he asked after that takeshi had been busy.

Takeshi allowed himself to keep his hands against Izumi for a bit longer, it seemed that he was not done with the healing yet. He allowed himself to slowly pick at the eyes making sure that she was fully connected, and no damage was left over. That is what he wanted for Hana and he knew full well that she would still have to get used to the eyes, the difference would be there. The real question would be if he finally came to accept that her eyes would be becoming better, more usefully. Finally, he removed his hands from Izumi the healing down and the fixing was completed. It seemed that who ever had done the job originally had issues with.

“Now you should see more of a strength with these eyes, that is something that you will have to get used to but of course with time it will improve. You will learn to adapt and overcome this, and you will get used to the abilities those eyes possess. It seems that whoever originally put your eyes in did it without thinking and without knowing how to do it properly, this has caused you issues and as such this should sort the problem out.”

Takeshi turned to watch Anubis wander off, it seemed he was happy enough with what he had seen and was returning to his slumber and there was no stopping that from the Uchiha. Takeshi turned his attention back to Izumi.

“With that being fixed slowly you need rest, I suggest you go and sleep until you get used to these changes that have taken place. I will catch up with you once you have managed to adjust to the changes.”

Takeshi allowed himself to ruffle the hair of Izumi before he allowed himself to walk off slowly leaving Izumi with his own thoughts.

Izumi kept standing there dormant as he slowly started to open up his eyes once the warmth of the hands was removed... The colors were back... In shock he started to look around, half listening towards the words that his father had been speaking. "U-uhuh..." He stood there honestly baffled and kept looking around, even the sky he started to inspect. "H-how..." He said muttering as he started to tilt his head sideways.
“With that being fixed slowly you need rest, I suggest you go and sleep until you get used to these changes that have taken place. I will catch up with you once you have managed to adjust to the changes.”
Slowly he nodded once more and smiled brightly. "You know... You honestly are like those superhero dads... Only this one is real and not fake!" He said with a bright smile and placed his hands behind his head, watching him walk away he stood there for a moment and started to collect the arrows once more before picking up his bow again and return towards his place.
