Vital Strike
Taking their training to the next level, the Hawkeye masters to art of attacking enemy weak points, hitting them at an alarming rate.
Effect: +2 chance to score a critical hit with ranged/projectile weapons.
Composite
The Hawkeye’s bows are tensed and well - balanced, and their kunai and shuriken have been sharpened for hours on end. Ranged weapons used by the Hawkeye are simply better and more effective.
Effect: +15% damage with ranged/projectile weapons.
Sureshot
The focus of a Hawkeye is intense. When they're on their game, the world narrows down to a single target and they are able to land a hit, no matter how many factors go against them.
Effect: All ranged attacks have a 10% chance to auto-hit the intended target. Attacks that auto-hit override any type of auto-dodge or auto-miss effect and land a 100% hit, regardless of whether or not the attack would have hit otherwise. Does not override auto-fail or stun effects.
Keen Sight
With their sharp senses, a Hawkeye's shots tend to be far more accurate than the average bowman's. They are said to be dead shots, able to knock a fly off a target without brushing the target.
Effect: +3 accuracy with ranged/projectile weapons.
Sniper
By their innate knowledge of how the human body moves and where to aim, a Hawkeye is able to make their critical hits that much more devastating.
Effect: Critical hits done by the user do 3x damage instead of 2x with projectile/ranged weapons.

Rapid Assault
Requires Quickshot Jutsu
By training ceaselessly with the Quickshot technique, a Hawkeye gains the speed and precision to fire off even more arrows in a short period of time.
Effect: When using Quickshot, you may take an extra shot.
Shot on the Run - Ranged Combat Style
Often quick movement is a Hawkeye's only defense while holding onto a bow. This tends to hinder their accuracy as they move in evasive patterns at greater speeds.
Effect: The user gains a +3 dodge bonus and gain +15% projectile damage. Non-projectile attacks are used at -10% damage and -2 accuracy. Exhausts at an above average rate.
Notes: Like any other fighting style, this can be turned on or off at the user’s discretion or lack there of. Counts as a Physical Style.
See The Wind - Jutsu Mastered
This jutsu is the pinnacle of Hawkeye secret techniques, allowing the user for a brief moment to see the exact trajectory, pull, and timing required to make the perfect shot. When used, the entire world seems to slow down as they aim and fire, allowing them to determine exactly what to do. Once fired, the projectile speeds through the air and becomes nigh unstoppable, as anything that the opponent might try to do was probably already factored in.
Mastered: A single strike dealing 3,795 Damage at +2 Accuracy. Cannot be stopped by Wind Jutsu, Shielding Jutsu, the Deflection ability, or instant block effects. This attack pierces through all damage reduction

Called Shot
All Called shots only inflict Half the usual Accuracy Penalties.
+5% Called shot Chance.
User can inflict Broken rank Debuffs.
Dead Eye
When using projectiles, the user may make a special basic attack. This depends on the projectile used.
The victim is notified if they were effected by this ability.
A Limb may only be effected by this ability once per battle; and effects do not stack. (For example, You can't use medium projectile's effect on a limb that was already effected by Dead Eye's Light projectile effect).
When using a volley of light projectiles as a called shot, the user may split the projectiles among different limbs. Like normal called shots there is only one check per limb using the combined damage of each individual projectile on that limb, however Limbs targeted in this way have a +10% called shot chance.
For .5 Ap the user may make basic Medium projectile called shot, embedding the weapon in the targeted limb. This automatically raises the targeted limbs called shot level by 1 rank temporarily, until it is removed for .2 Ap.
For .5 Ap the user may make basic Heavy projectile called shot, embedding the weapon in the targeted limb. This automatically raises the targeted limbs called shot level by 2 ranks temporarily, until it is removed for .2 Ap.
Human Anatomy
The user gains +1 Critical Range to all attacks.
All critical hits deal 2.25x Damage.
This does not stack with the Opportunist's Sneak Attack or the Hawkeye's Sniper abilities.
Stalker
When making a stealth check, Terrain and Visibility modifiers are treated one level higher in the users favor. This only applies when the user is making a stealth check; not when they are making an awareness check to detect someone

Projectile Aim
+5% Projectile/Ranged Damage.
Heavy projectile accuracy penalties are reduced by half.
Their enhanced aim causes more damaging penalties than normal. Bleeding damage is increased by +10% Damage and Suppression causes an additional -.1 Ap to be lost.
Quickdraw
Drawing weapons and Items does not use AP
The user may throw a volley of projectiles, or make a basic attack, as a free action once a round.
This free Strike is treated as a Sneak Attack.

Called Shot
Genma since his time in the academy was always a natural shot, but during his time escorting a mednin to leaf for a seminar, Genma learned from one of her biology books the importance of tendons and ligaments that control the body's ability to respond and move, taking these measurements of distance Genma placed ample targets on his life life dummy and started practicing shooting arrows from random distances and angles until his accuracy was spot on with the performance he demanded of himself, Genma felt he was becoming a more proficient assassin in his attempts and pursued the power of knowledge for more then just his bows killing prowess.
Dead Eye
It had been weeks since learning the precise accuracy he needed to severe ligaments to produce effects he needed to acquire results from his testing, but instead of shooting for precision Genma started shooting for pure power for the targets and getting penetration needed to break bone in a since shot, though his results were not always exact to the bullseye, there was always significant percision in acquiring the kill shot and acquiring the disabling shot needed for capturing valuable assets in the field of battle, or recon.
death was not always the answer in Genma's mind, only when all other options were exhausted.
Human Anatomy
Reading the book further, Genma learned that the body was a frail mechanism that required constant care or will become frail and fall apart like leaves on a withered tree, clinging to survive but only to fall and drift away with just a swift breeze, taking this knowledge to heart, Genma used his bow and practiced his ultimate kill shot ability and saught the winds advice for the power shot needed to end a life in a single stroke of his bows string, truely the efficiency needed to kill was exact but the frailty made it all the more sweeter that his strength was not needed to be extreme
Stalker
This night was different then most, Genma was on a recon mission and was ordered to follow a girl to her home then local place of work then anything after were to be documented, this woman was a sleeper agent, and was gathering intelligence against kirikagure, she needed to be eliminated but only after finding out what she knew.
Taking his time Genma found new and unique places to hide his presence utilizing tree branches, trunks bushes, and even wearing camouflage clothing to acquire a necessary amount of concealment even in a open field, truely a mastery of its own artform, and Genma was its artist.
Insight
Taking time to learning about the way an arrow flew, Genma spent time building arrows with different shafts and drag, as well as using different metals for the arrow head.
It was a great insight in learning how his weapons worked and Genma spend the time to produce a weapon of pure masterwork quality, arrows spin in the air in on a x axis, similar to corkscrew, utilizing the arrow head in a screw design and ascribing the design into the wood of the shaft finishing with a twisted tail, the arrows Genma created were in fact "Perfection" Genma tested his device on targets and his accuracy tripled as well as damage proportion.
Projectile Aim
After making a new masterwork bow and arrow, it was time to learn how to use them to they're fullest potential, ascribing seals on them and utilizing the draw strength on his bow Genma was able to produce works only Ninjutsu was able to replicate, his projectiles were 349% more efficient then when he last was assigned a mission, and his ability to command and control a battlefield also increased.
it truly was a feat of legend, taking the time to fire his arrows from extreme distances and also shooting through tree's themselves, it was evident that Genma was for sure obtaining perfection and his weapon and himself were one.
Quickdraw
Accuracy and power were no longer a concern for Genma, it was now application and his ability to be battle ready in any circumstance, to do this, Genma practiced placing an arrow and his bow on a table just outside of arms reach and time himself how fast he could draw an arrow and fire it within a reasonable areas of accuracy.
This took time and Genma was able to fire 2 arrows off within a second from a standing position, and 5 arrows off from a readied position with his quiver and bow in hand, his speed was never an issue, just application and training.
