Ghost NPC Change

Minor update to ghost npcs. The owner of the NPC may now choose to make the ghost's presence known. This means everyone in the thread can then see and interact with the ghost. Everyone, no exceptions. They must still follow all other rules of being a ghost npc, including being a ghost and not being able to remember how they died.

Old rules:

Specific to Ghosts

• Ghosts may not tell anyone who does not already know how they died.

• Ghosts can only enter threads with a PC/non-ghost NPC of the player who owns them.
  • If the player wishes to have their ghost NPC enter a thread without their PC or non-ghost NPC, everyone in the thread must agree to allowing it.

• All players may view their own ghost NPCs. Ghosts not belonging to them may only be viewed by Ghost Walkers, Tsuchimikado, and Dark Sages.

New rules:

• The exception to this is if the owner of the ghost NPC states that their ghost NPC is making their presence known to everyone in the thread. Then a player that is not a Ghost Walker, Tsuchimikado or Dark Sage can view them. This means all in the thread can see them, the owner cannot pick and choose from people in the thread.
