Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

The Chakra Attuned are ninja who excell at creating and molding chakra, able to summon up the power for a jutsu in a snap. It is said that those who are Chakra Attuned just plain have more chakra stored up in them than others, and this copious amount of spare power allows them to experiment and train in ways others could only dream of.

Attuned: Boost (3)
Those who are Chakra Attuned have a greater well of chakra within them, easily able to produce more than your average ninja.
Effect: +30 Chakra Control, not effected by and does not break stat caps

Spell Specialty: Boost (3)
Those who are Chakra Attuned have a greater knack for the jutsu which require intense chakra molding and hand seals, gaining a natural advantage when using Ninjutsu or Genjutsu.
Effect: +15 Genjutsu and Ninjutsu, not effected by and does not break stat caps.

Handseal Mastery: Modification
Through absolutely intense training with handseals, the Attuned ninja is able to perform them at speeds that cannot be followed by the human eye. Where the average ninja would be slowly plodding through one jutsu, the Attuned might have already done three!
Effects:Reduces the AP cost of jutsu that require hand seals by .8 (replacing the previous reduction).
Note: Cannot lower Jutsu cost below .5AP
