Physical Description: At the age of joining the academy Haniki stands at approximately 4'9", growing to a full height of 5'6" in her mid-teens. Amber eyes are framed by bluish-white hair kept short by preference. In the comfort of her own home, Haniki favors a loose and comfortable yukata she can easily move around in. However, she trades in her yukata for a bold teal sleeveless turtleneck that reaches down past the start of her tights. Long fingerless gloves cover her forearms up to her elbows, fishnets reaching even further up both arms. She can’t wait to add Konoha’s signature forehead protector to her wardrobe once she graduates the academy. ((Artwork shows them around the age of 23. Mental Description: Haniki Nikku is a stickler for the rules, but knows that some situations require them to be bent. She is incredibly analytical and likes to collect as much data as possible to better evaluate a situation. Friends and comrades alike are held dear and she is willing to protect them with her life. In social situations Haniki would prefer to not put herself at the center of attention and not bother others unless there is a real need to talk to them. If someone approaches her she will gladly join in conversation. Over the years Haniki has found it easier to connect with and communicate with her elders as opposed to her peers. As a young child she prefers to stay in with her academy teachers and study as opposed to playing outside with the other kids. Reading has grown to become a favored pastime. Haniki holds a curiosity close to her core, outright refusing to diminish as she grows older. She is very open minded when it comes to learning, even if it involves things she’s physically incapable of doing (i.e. other elements). She gets easily flustered when her plans don’t work and needs to take a step back and think.
History: Haniki is a young kunoichi born to civilian parents. Her mother is a retired kunoichi working clerically within Konoha's government affairs, while her father is a chef and her primary caretaker. She has always enjoyed tagging alongside her father and loved the way he expressed that cooking was essentially a science experiment. He knew how to catch her attention and supported her desire to learn constantly. Haniki has enjoy her childhood within Konoha's walls, living a simple life leading up to her acceptance to the academy. She is ambitious and strives to become a successful kunoichi. Taking her seat within the academy is her first step towards acknowledging her dream.
