Yuuto had finally come to a point where he could no longer wait around. After immediately stealing Hayata Shin's documents he'd stash them somewhere no one would think to look. The hiding spot would be temporary but hey, no one would check under some boulders in the cut of a giant forest right? Regardless of such trivial thoughts it was Ayumu's turn or rather is turn to receive something. Yuuto would head to his office but not step inside. Instead he'd leave him a box on the ground. The great thing about this was that if he was questioned, it'd be pretty simple to say the receptionist sent me since she had received the box first. Even though they'd have reason to suspect him, it wouldn't matter they had no evidence against him, but it honestly couldn't stop what was to come. No not when he was so close, he would at least kick start thins even if it took him all of his very last breaths. Since the package was now outside he'd begin to walk away purposely not erasing his presence of the box as to not give himself away.

When Ayumu came to this box he'd see it was a white thing, with red clouds plastered on it. A purple ribbon tied to the top but other than Yuuto and the secretary there were no other chakra signatures. Inside he would find numerous things. For one there would be two files with two notes attached. One written in Mizugo and the other, written in normal tongue.

Standing at a height of six feet and two inches, weighing in at eighty-six kilograms. Akkuma is athletically built. The youth is broad shouldered and muscly with a pale white complexion. Ocean blue eyes as beautiful as the Mizugakure sea, along with sandy blonde hair. Along with his handsome features he possesses an almost entrancingly charming gaze and smile. Akkumas mannerisms reflect both his aloof nature and the air of arrogance around him. Often wearing a business suit with a black tie and white button up t-shirt underneath. His trousers are normally black business pants that match his suit top, occasionally he'll even wear black dress shoes. Otherwise he strolls around barefoot in his business suit, always loving the feel of the sand on his feet.

Physical Description

Hoshikata stands just under six feet in height. He doesn't weight much at only 175 pounds, but what is there is muscle. His skin is burnished gold with a metallic sheen to it, seeming to reflect light like an actual metal. His eyes are a lighter gold color, and his pupils are shaped like hourglasses. Hoshikata's hair is long and start white, and he tends to wear robes of varying colors.

Definitely the trustworthy words of someone you want in your village and in your business. To be frank there are too many injustices in this village and we feel that our "leader" is inept. There are far better leaders out there, and if Cloud cannot muster one then maybe the Shinobi world does not need one. Maybe Shinobi are not needed and what we need are equal warriors under an equal people. Not a man who sits in his tower all day and beds the enemies. We believe that our course of action is right and you can consider this a future declaration of war against one man:
Hayata Shin.

1) We will not involve the innocents. If Shin was to submit himself to a trial of combat we'd more than happily send one warrior to face him. At least to be fair these days.
2) We do not seek death we only wish for Hayata Shin to step down from his position or hand it over. We've even considered that a Council of shinobi/people be formed from our peers in his stead. However you Sennin who have sat by while the Medical Division ran their deeds and you who allowed dangerous cur to potentially poison our children. We will see no more of this.
