Name: Hiashi Near
Age: 13
Gender: Male
General Description: Near, or N as he likes to go by stands at 5'3, his Purple emotionless eyes shine out from behind his medium length black hair that falls onto his face. His emotionless eyes occasionally show flashes of despair, or sometimes hope. N is joining the Academy in his final year possible because his parents desire him to be the most mature out of his peers at school.
What N spent a majority of his childhood life doing is reading and learning, his main area of interest has always been Philosophy. He has read of many great Philosophers in the Ninja world past him, but the theory that has been imprinted on his Left Brain that is projected through his action is Skepticism, and the Will of Power. N thinks nothing can be known, we can only believe things that we are told, and we don’t truly know anything. N is also marked as a loner because of his Philosophy that no one else but himself truly exists, everything else is just projections of his deepest and most subconscious thoughts and dreams, this causes two other ways of life he has to choose between, the theory he can get anything he wants because it is his brain he convinces, and the idea that since none of this is real life has no point anyway.
As most can see, N is a conflicted young boy who has spent far too much time thinking about things that weren’t supposed to be thought about. He will tell anyone who will bother to listen about his Ideas, if he can work up the courage that is. Because N didn’t have much human contact in most his life, he is Socially Awkward he has the intelligence to stand out but he normally has trouble convincing other people of this.
The last quality that really defines Near is his arrogance, since the entire world is his mind, he is in control of everything so he naturally things he is superior to all of his peers.
History: Near was born into the average upper class Hiashi family, a long line of Ninja whom weren’t anything physically extraordinary, a clan of Philosophers not very highly respected in the village, to others points of view the Hiashi’s have always been lazy sitting around and thinking all day. The Hiashi’s do not seek glory for their ideas but they are responsible for many of the main morals and myths around the Village. The names are always forgotten but the words carry on.
A tradition in the Hiashi family that has lasted longer than Near can understand is that every family has one child, this keeps the amount of Hiashi very small because if the child was born a girl the Hiashi name stops. Near is the only Hiashi in his relative age group.
Typically the Hiashi clan live up in the northern mountains overlooking the Eastern Sea, secluded from many other Clans and villagers the mystery of the Hiashi’s is only added to by the secrecy that no one bothers to question.
