Physical Description:
The most apparent thing about Himeko is the silver, reflective mask that she wears over her face. This mask seems to some sort of contraption that is firmly attached to her, and does not seem to come off even when she sleeps. This serves as her main form of communication in tandem with a noisemaking bracelet she wears attached to her wrist. Under the mask it is assumed that she has the lilac, pupiless eyes of the Hyuga. She has pale skin. Himeko commonly wears a tight bun on her head with two of her bangs falling neatly over her mask and hanging at chest level. Each bang has a silver band to keep it in place.
Himeko's normal attire consists of a loose pale cream long sleeved undershirt, and a sleeveless purple top. She wears a pale red skirt that stops at her mid thigh, and tan shorts. Her ninja pouch is secured with white bandages on her right thigh. She wears long ninja sandals that stop just below her knee.
Mental Description:
While around her father, Himeko seems to be the modicum of dignity and royalty; maintaining her posture and minding her words (or in her case pictures) . However when she leaves his presence this image is proven to be just a farce. Truthfully Himeko is greedy, silly, and in some cases stunted.
Himeko has a unique form of communication: her mask. In order to "speak" she projects images onto her mask that create an illusion of a face in whatever reaction she has deemed appropriate for the situation. She does not speak in the slightest, leading many to think the young kunoichi has even lost her voice. This quirk is taken to such an extreme that Himeko will even throw things, risking bodily harm, to get attention her her own auditory queues are ignored.
Himeko also has a very skewed perception of payment, and rarely does things out of the kindness of her heart. Any "favor" that is given, is immediately paid for upon completion. It has been seen that Himeko will often take an item she interprets as equal value to her, no matter what it is. This ranges from a slip of paper to even actual pets. For this reason Himeko has accumulated quite the stash of items.
Deep down, Himeko yearns to be the richest person in the world, and as such has developed a knack for knowing how to save money. This has lead her in a round about way to become an extreme couponer. She hunts down savings, never missing a sale and sometimes even leaving stores with more money than she entered with.
Despite many of her comical quirks, Himeko displays incredible intelligence, especially in combat and social settings, her foregoing of speaking giving her an upper hand in observation. She has incredible control of her Byakugan for her age, and seems to be interested in being a healing ninja (she fully intends to charge people life and limb to save their life). While some may fully believe that Himeko is selfish, she always helps when she can (just count on her taking full payment eventually.)

History:
From a young age, it was apparent that Himeko was different than the rest of her family. She not only enjoyed loud noises and inappropriate remarks, she did not care if those around her hated them. She was her fathers only child, and while gifted at the clans combatative ways, she repulsed their demeanor and acted in open defiance of it. This behavior ranged from making faces at dignataries to stealing from visiting nobles. By the age of 10 she was a well known troublemaker and disgrace to her fathers image.
This lead to the Mask of Himeko being commisioned by her mother. The mask was a way to force Himeko to think before she acted. It muffles her voice and hides her facial expressions, effectively making the girl socially mute. In order to communicate, chakra is channeled into the mask and an image of what Himeko wishes for someone to see is projected onto the screen. In front of her father their might be simple kanji for someone to translate, but amongst peers she often projects silly images to communicate her feelings.
When she became a shinobi and was required to communicate, she was given a bracelet that allowed her make a predestined set of noises, Himeko's Soundboard. Unbeknownst to her father, her mother allowed her to choose what noises were decided, and eventually they ended up with 81 possible noises to be played from the bracelet. These noises ranges from a ding to a cat meowing. Only she fully understands the complete layout of her bracelet, and those that think they understand often end up pushing a button they do not intend to.
After graduating from the ninja academy and becoming a genin, Himeko added one more item to collection of tools: Himeko's Coupon book of Extremely Useful and Wonderful Savings!!!. This coupon book is full of coupons, dates, and reminders for nearly every possible store in the Cloud Village, and even beyond. This book is something she values above everything else, and she will go to extreme lengths to keep it safe and out of the hands of her father. It is neatly organized and even has a section in the back that Himeko will often use to "pay others". These are Himeko's Favors, a collection of coupons that Himeko made herself. These favors range from "One (1) Free Healing" to "One (1) Get out of Combat Free" coupons. It is not past the notice of those that recieve the coupons that the expiration date is one week after reception.
Himeko enjoys being a shinobi because it is a way to both be herself and make her father proud of her.
