Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

Hito Moeru is a small music loving boy who's hair is as yellow as the sun, He is very strait forward and normally starts any kind of confrontation. He can sing just as well as he can play almost any kind of instrument. He has an almost Twin Sister that is his polar opposite. He wears head phones all the time and he wears a private school's uniform. He appears to be a normal kid until the heat of his rage shows. Hito is considered rude by many people. Hito does not respect anyone unless they deserve it.

Through training Hito and Aki have started to get the hang of the hole idea of being a ninja. Moeru has adapted the Hachiashi Bloodline and became a puppeteer. His sister on the other hand is now an Aburame Med-Nin. They have both past their Genin Exams and now Moeru is preparing for his Chuunin Exams.

Hito Moeru and his sister have semi-normal lives. They were born to a family where neither parent had died. He was raised in a private school setting along with his sister. His parents are in the Musical industry so they don't really hang out with the kids. His parents are Hito Sachiko and Makoto. He and his sister decided to become Shinobi to rebel against their parents. Neither of the Twins are strong but they are trying their best. They have a younger sister as well named Katsumi, who knows she might make a Ninja yet. He had recently discovered a unique trait in his blood, the Hachiashi. He is a Genin for Sunagukre now.

PVE Puppeteer Jutsu
Yoroi no Jutsu - This puppet jutsu allows for the limbs and body of a human sized or larger puppet to be used as armor for a puppeteer.
Master RanK: Targets a melee attack at + 0 Accuracy.
Note:
- Used Reactionary, only when the user is targeted by an offensive Taijutsu.
- When used, the puppeteer chooses this action and sends a pulse of chakra through their puppet limb to block a Taijutsu. 80% of the blocked taijutsu's damage is absorbed by the puppet enhanced limb damaging the Areomaru's chakra with 50% of the attack. 20% of the damage is still suffered by the puppet.
- If the puppeteer uses twice as much chakra to power the puppet armor, they gain +2 Accuracy to their next action.
- May only use once per round.
- Works on an entire multi-hit jutsu.
- The user still gets a chance to dodge the attack, before activating this jutsu.
- This jutsu can't block critical hits, a critical hit will have simply bypass the armor before it can power up effectively. (At no cp cost since a critical is a bypass)
Cost: 200 CP +50% the damage of the incoming taijutsu

Mojitsu Style Yoroi no Jutsu

Master Rank: Allows Areomaru to combine a tier 1 - 2 offensive puppet with a tier 1-2 defensive puppet, granting the combined puppet greater abilities than they had separately. Though the puppeteer still pays the cost of manipulating two puppets at once. The combined puppet can now combine its traps for stronger and more effective attacks and defense. The secondary stats used are an average of the two puppets +2, and both the Tier 1 and the tier 2's jutsu's may be used. The puppeteer may now forcefully combine his puppet with an enemy puppet taking over the enemy puppet‘s abilities for a time.
Effect : The Lower Tier puppet becomes armor and augment for the second tier puppet.

Notes:
- The Tier 1 puppet used as armor must have its HP depleted by an enemy attack to remove it from the Tier 2 puppet or canceled by Areomaru.
- When used, the enemy puppet combined with the puppet cannot make any actions.
- In order to combine with an enemy puppet, this requires a melee check for contact, and a Ninjutsu check in order to forcibly combine with them. While combined all damage goes to the Areomaru‘s puppet, and his puppet uses their own stats. A ninjutsu check is made at the start of each round to determine if the enemy puppet is freed, the enemy puppet gains +1 to their check each round, stacking until freed.
- This jutsu is dispersed if the puppet takes damage equal to 20% of Areomaru's Max CP in one round or 50% of the damage the puppet used to combine can sustain.

Secondary Effect:
- This technique allows the puppets to combine two techniques into one. Using it takes the highest ap being used +1ap.
- Damage is, 90% (higher ap jutsu) + 60% (other jutsu)Jutsu combo counts as one fluid move, not two separately
- Accuracy of the technique is averaged out between the two jutsu.
- This jutsu retains half of any associated effects or debuffs, from both Jutsu.
Cost: 90% of combined total cp cost.
Notes:
- This may only be done twice per round.
- Jutsu combined must be based on the same accuracy type. (Melee/Ranged/Ninjutsu)
- This may only be used with offensive techniques.
- When using the puppeteer must specify which jutsu goes first.
- Resulting jutsu receives buffs from both elements, if the elements differ. However, this does not surpass the usual Buff Limit.




[Bloodline ]

The Hachiashi clan originates from one of the smaller shinobi villages in the borders of the Water country. Those of this bloodline have an unnatural association with spiders, and show many traits commonly seen in arachnids. One with this bloodline can easily be identified by the multiple pairs of arms, and their unique feature that gives the Hachiashi the ability to create golden webs circulated with chakra. The webbing itself can be used for a variety of purposes ranging from rope to even hardened weapons, and is all produced at a quick rate within their body, the webbing is mainly projected from the mouth, but can also be released from the skin in the form of a protective covering.

Spider Mucus - Passive
A person who has the Hachiashi bloodline has the ability to create a special type of liquid. This liquid shares properties with metal, but varies in some areas, coming out as a sticky white fluid tht rapidly hardens at air temperature, yet retains a degree of fluidity and stickiness. The Hachiashi uses this mucus substance in webbing and various other techniques.

Rank 1: Creates a pool of Spider Mucus which functions like a Chakra Pool. This pool has a cap of 500 and starts out capped, and regenerates by 100 at the beginning of each round. Spider Mucus may be used as a weak injury/consumed poison that deals -1% max HP/rnd to opponent.
Rank 2: Spider Mucus pool is now capped at 1000 and regenerates 200 at the beginning of each round. Mucus can be used as a medium injury/consumed poison that deals 3% max HP/rnd to opponent.
Rank 3: Spider Mucus pool is now capped at 1500 and regenerates 300 per round. The user now has a second pool of special mucus called Golden Spider Mucus. Golden Mucus pool has a 500 Cap and regenerates 250 at the beginning of each round, but starts out at 0. Mucus can be used as a strong injury/consumed poison that deals 3% max HP/rnd and 1% max CP/rnd to opponent.

Special Action: User may spend Chakra equal to 100*Rank to increase mucus regeneration by x2 for the round it is used. This must be done at the start of the round for 0 Ap, but does not apply to Golden Mucus.

Note:
- This is not a Chakra Pool, and thus can not be used as chakra, it is simply a pool of mucus that the Hachiashi passively builds up over time in order to use mucus-based techniques.
- However, 300 mucus can be used to create a poison that increases in strength with each rank. This poison must be applied to a weapon or igested by the opponent.
- Poison does not stack, and lasts until resisted.

Spider Limbs - Passive
Hachiashi have one completely noticeable trait about them that they simply cannot hide. Eventually over the course of their life, most commonly around adolescence, their body will begin to mutate into having four extra arms, giving them six total arms. This reflects upon their spider-like traits, and quickly grow to identical sizes compared to their original set.

Rank 1: The Hachiashi gains four extra arms. Each extra arm can be applied to a Duel wielded weapon giving either +.5 Accuracy, though this only applies to that hand.
Rank 2: Each extra arm can be applied to a Duel wielded weapon giving either +.5 Accuracy or +5% Damage, though this only applies to that hand.
Rank 3: Each extra arm can be applied to a Duel wielded weapon giving both +.5 Accuracy and +5% Damage, though this only applies to that hand.

Note:
- The Hachiashi gains Duel Wielding on an ability slot, but it does not take up an ability slot.
- The Hachiashi is able to Duel wield two Heavy Weapons, however doing so requires two arms per weapon, leaving them with only two arms for bonuses.
- No more than two hands may be applied to the main or off hand at once.

Toxic - Passive
Many spiders are known for their ability to produce some dangerous poisons. Those that do have such dangerous effects, are usually resistant to other toxins as well, and the Hachiashi share this trait with such spiders to such a degree, that their body naturally has a high tolerance to all forms of invasive venoms, their own toxins breaking down other chemicals.

Rank 1: Hachiashi gains +1 Poison Strength and Resistance
Rank 2: Hachiashi gains +1.5 Poison Strength and Resistance

Web Shot - Web Debuff
One of their most basic techniques, this jutsu allows the Hachiashi to shoot forth a strand of webbing from any of their arms, sticking to their target and emulating the effects of a robe attached to the target.

Rank 1: The Hachiashi can shoot and hold up to two webs at the opponent at +1 accuracy. If it hits, the opponent loses -1 dodge for the first web, and -.5 for each web after the first.
Rank 2: Same as Rank 1 only the Hachiashi can shoot and hold up to four webs.
Rank 3: Same as Rank 1 only the Hachiashi can now hold up to 6 webs. Should all 6 webs be attached to a single target, the target is considered bound until they are hit by an attack.

Special Action: For 1 Ap, the user may pull all web attached to the target. This gives the user +2 Accuracy, and an additional +.5 for each web after the first. This bonus is applied to the user's next action against the target. Doing this destroys all webs attached to the target.

Note:
- This may use either Ranged or Ninjutsu Accuracy.
- Each web requires 1 Arm to hold it.
- Arms can't be used for anything else but hold the webs. That means, with five arms holding the webs the shinobi can no longer use jutsu that require handseals.
- Debuff lasts only as long as the user holds the Web String. Dropping or unequipping a web in any way makes it unusable.
- If the user does not attack after pulling the web, they lose their accuracy bonus.
- The victim may attempt to remove all webs for 1 Ap, and a ninjutsu check against the user. The user gains +1 for every two webs attached to the target.
- If bound, the target must make a Ninjutsu check against the user to escape. Escape attempts cost 1.5 Ap.

Cost: At all ranks 200 CP, 1 AP and 100 Mucus per web.

Mucus Armor - Mucus Defense Jutsu
A defensive ability that is performed by the Hachiashi excreting spider mucus through the pores in their skin, which upon contact with the air, immediately begins to harden into a distinctive layer of armor that provides a tough exo-skeleton of a shell for the user.

Rank 1: Mucus Armor has 790 HP.
Rank 2: Mucus Armor has 1280 HP.
Rank 3: Mucus Armor has 1700 HP.

Special Action: By paying full Ap costs and 25% of the initial Cp/Mucus costs, the user may regenerate the armor in the timing of 0 Ap. Â This may only be done once per use, and only once per round.

Note:
- Does not Stack.
- May be used Reflexively.
- Damage done to Mucus Armor is reduced by 10%.
- Armor Hp may be increased by Non Elemental Nin buffs.

Rank 1: 1.5 AP, 260 CP, 100 mucus

Sling Kick - Powerful Kick Taijutsu
This technique is used in combination with Web Shot. When the Hachiashi has their opponent stuck in their webs, they can pull very quickly in a sling shot type of movement that sends them flying towards their opponent while sending their opponent flying towards them. Â When they make contact, the Hachiashi uses its legs to kick the opponent directly in the chest.

Rank 1: The Hachiashi swings to their opponent, kicking them powerfully to deal 800% Damage at -2 Accuracy. For each additional web attached to the opponent, this attack gains +1 Accuracy.
Rank 2: The Hachiashi swings to their opponent, kicking them powerfully to deal 835% Damage at -2 Accuracy. For each additional web attached to the opponent, this attack gains +1 Accuracy.
Rank 3: The Hachiashi swings to their opponent, kicking them powerfully to deal 870% Damage at -2 Accuracy. For each additional web attached to the opponent, this attack gains +1 Accuracy.

Cost: 1.5 AP, 360 CP and 0 Mucus.

Note:
- Must have at least 2 webs attached to the target. Anything after that counts as additional.
- Should all six webs be attached to the opponent, this attack is an auto-hit.
- The Hachiashi loses those webs after this jutsu is used.

Giant Spider Web - Web AoE Ninjutsu
One of the most useful techniques of the Hachiashi is the ability to create a very large spider web. Â This spider web dares to break the bounds of trapping flies and small insects and traps even things such as humans. The Hachiashi however, can walk along it faster. It is also used as a base for other attacks.

Rank 1: Creates a 15ft by 15ft spider web that has a chance to bind a person every time they step on it at -3 Accuracy. The Hachiashi gains +1 dodge when on this, and opponents get -1 dodge when on it and not bound. Web has 1400 Hp.
Rank 2: Creates a 20ft by 20ft spider web that has a chance to bind a person every time they step on it at -2.5 Accuracy. The Hachiashi gains +2 dodge when on this, and opponents get -2 dodge when on it and not bound. Web has 2320 Hp.
Rank 3: Creates a 25ft by 25ft spider web that has a chance to bind a person every time they step on it at -2 Accuracy. The Hachiashi gains +3 dodge when on this, and opponents get -3 dodge when on it and not bound. Web has 2780 Hp.

Note:
- At all ranks, any Hachiashi are immune to the effects of this jutsu. Thus, this cannot be used on an enemy Hachiashi successfully. Or rather, the enemy Hachiashi would gain the +dodge from it.
- Can also be used with the mucus poison to poison their enemies on contact.
- Web Hp may be increased with non Elemental nin Buffs, Web regenerates all Hp at the start of each round.
- At the start of every round, those who are not Hachiashi and in contact with the webbing must make a Nin-check against the user. If they fail this check, they are bound for the round or until they are attacked, giving them -4 Dodge to the attack. Any who make contact with the web later during the round must also make a check.

Costs:
Rank 1: 2 Ap, 470 CP, 300 Mucus. 220 Cp/Rnd.
Rank 2: 2 Ap, 770 CP, 350 Mucus. 370 Cp/Rnd.
Rank 3: 2 Ap, 930 CP, 400 Mucus to initiate. 440 Cp/Rnd.

Spider Rain - Multi-Spider Attack Jutsu
A jutsu used in conjunction with Giant Spider Web that creates and ushers out bunches of little spiders attached by a web towards the enemy. They can attack multiple enemies, or focus on one.

Rank 1: Showers a rain of spiders upon the web. All on the web must make checks against 10 spiders, each dealing 220 Damage.
Rank 2: Showers a rain of spiders upon the web. All on the web must make checks against 10 spiders, each dealing 275 Damage.
Rank 3: Showers a rain of spiders upon the web. All on the web must make checks against 10 spiders, each dealing 330 Damage.

Note:
- Requires Giant Spider Web to have been used.
- This effects all on the web, whether bound or not.
- This recieves all Non-Elemental Ninjutsu Buffs.

Costs:
Rank 1: 800 CP, 30 Mucus per spider, 2.5 AP.
Rank 2: 1000 CP, 30 Mucus per spider, 2.5 AP.
Rank 3: 1200 CP, 30 Mucus per spider, 2.5 AP.

Golden Mucus Armor - Golden Mucus Defense
The Hachiashi finally gains the ability to use their golden mucus properly. As such, they excrete it from every pore on their body, covering themselves with a thick and nearly impenetrable coating of golden mucus. The only downside to this is that they can't hold it there for long.

Rank 1: The Hachiashi covers themselves in golden mucus, making them immune to the next attack that comes at them. This is like Body Switch in the fact that it only lasts for one attack, however it can be used as many times per round as needed. Be wary, as you are wasting your golden mucus by using this.
Rank 2: Same as Rank 1 only with less costs.
Rank 3: Same as Rank 2 only with even less costs.

All rules that apply to body switch, apply to this.

Costs:
Rank 1: 200 CP, 250 Golden Mucus, and 2 AP.
Rank 2: 200 CP, 200 Golden Mucus, and 1.5 AP.
Rank 3: 200 CP, 150 Golden Mucus, and 1 AP.

Golden Spider Arrow - Ultimate Mucus Arrow Shot
Using all of their golden mucus reserves, the Hachiashi creates a giant bow and arrow that requires all of their arms to hold. Â After setting the aim to a near perfect shot, they fire and guide the trajectory through chakra with their spider thread attached to the arrow. This makes the arrows strength much more like a homing projectile than an arrow, and can strike even the quickest and most agile of opponents.

Rank 1: Deals 3080 Piercing Damage at +3 Accuracy, and pierces through any and all defense.
Rank 2: Deals 3470 Piercing Damage at +3 Accuracy, and pierces through any and all defense.
Rank 3: Deals 3850 Piercing Damage at +3 Accuracy, and pierces through any and all defense.

Special Action: On a full hit, the user may spend 1 Ap to pull the web with all six arms and rip the arrow out of the opponent. This deals 30% of the arrows damage and increases bleeding by 1 rank.

Note:
- This may be used with Ninjutsu or ranged accuracy.
- This receives all ranged buffs.
- At all ranks, the user must be on the Giant Spider Web to perform this jutsu.
- Requires all six arms to hold the massive bow and arrow.
- Bow and Arrow only last only for this jutsu, as the strength behind the arrow disintegrates the spider mucus.

Costs:
Rank 1: 3 Ap, 1540 CP, 500 Golden Mucus, 200 Mucus.
Rank 2: 3 Ap, 1730 CP, 500 Golden Mucus, 250 Mucus.

Reason that the new BL/CA matches your character:
Reito Ko was a born into the clan known for special sealing powers. As a small child Ko was adept at creating the Chakra Crystals that his clan was known for. His control of chakra was at a high level for being at such a young age. He began working on a unique style of his own. Similar to that if his ancestors, Ko worked on merging chakras, but instead of into crystals, into themselves. Ko had an ability that many did not possess in his clan, Ko had mastered Ice jutsu. Many claimed that it was due to his heritage, but Ko knew only of his father’s side, the Reito side. He and his mother were not informed with her family’s connection to that of the Haku Clan.

Working through the years, Ko had discovered that his skills in the creation of Ice was more than just a learned ability, but a habit. As his Ice strengthened, his other elements began to fail. Many times he would perform a water or wind style ninjutsu, and it would come out as Ice. Reito Ko was raised believing that he was a “Frozen Child.” Ko embraced the cold, and now uses it in his medical ninjutsu, cooling injuries and becoming a professional ice pack.

Ko used to be a small and quiet child, not speaking up to anyone. He was always frightened and didn't have a friend in the world. He had spent every single day of his life terrorized, but now he was free. A strong and religious spirit, Ko can now speak his mind. He uses the Word of God as a source of power, and he will not fall by anyone's hands
Appearance:
A small boy, about 5'3" tall with white hair. His blue eyes match the sky, and his skin is fair like the snow. He tends to wear uniforms. His left eye has a strange seal on it, and his left ear is pierced. The boy's left arm contains black blood, showing only in the veins, but it goes through different transformations as needed.

History:
Reito Ko was born and raised in the village of Sunagakure, with his family. As a child, Ko followed the ancient traditions of his clan.

Being traced back to the founding of the village with the First Men, the Reito Clan was one both loved and hated. After the splitting of the First Men and the Unbent, many believed that the Reito Clan should have been sealed along with the Unbent. The source of the Reito’s fame came from their unique ability to seal almost any chakra into the unique crystals that their clan had been harvesting and protecting throughout the years. The ability to seal these chakras not only made the Reito Clan useful, because the chakra crystals could then be used as a weapon, but also feared. The chakras had to from another human, and this caused fear amongst the First Men.

As the years went by, many of the First Men discovered the source of the Reito’s unique power. Similar to that of the Ancients, the Reito Clan literally absorbed the life out of their targets, though the sacrifice had to willing, and used their life energy as a source for the crystal to produce its power. An Ancient, Dekishi, taught and guided the Reito Clan in this style. A rebel of his own kind, Dekishi was an Ancient of crystals and energy. However, because the technique, or jutsu, was capable of being only used by the Ancients, Dekishi shared his blood with the Reito Clan, giving them the power of the Ancients.

Years had gone by, and due to the rare disease that wiped out the High Sunaku Clan, the Reito Clan was hunted down and slaughtered in genocide. People feared that because the Reito Clan worshiped an Ancient, they caused the disease to kill the leaders of the village to allow the rise of the Ancients once again. Though the Reito Clan was innocent, they were forced to dwindle down into a small populace.

Few years later Ko was born, he was trained in the crystal sealing jutsu also known as the “Seimei Kesshō no Jutsu.” His family also discovered that Ko had a unique ability with Ice. Not only was he a sealer of life, but somewhere he had the blood of a Haku. Reito Ko, a small boy born and raised in the village of Sunagakure, away from hatred, without the prejudice discrimination that his forefathers faced.

Around the age of eight Ko was travelling the tunnels of Sunagakure. He was going through a tunnel less traveled on, but he felt like he knew what he was getting into. Then, all of the sudden, the floor collapsed on him, making him fall into a lower cavern with no lights. Ko had broken his leg and injured his head in the fall, and he wasn’t strong enough to escape on his own. Little did he know that the night he had disappeared, his family was slaughtered. Ko was trapped in the cavern for days, his inner Haku exploded, freezing the cavern and making the temperature nearly unbearable for the average person, but Ko found comfort in the ice.

Days went by, when he awoke to the sound of a woman, she was beautiful and she took care of Ko. Her name was Minohodo Akira, the mother of Minohodo Shira. Akira took Ko into her house and helped him recover from his wounds. Ko was raised by a Medical Ninja, so it would make sense why Ko would begin trying to help others, but because of the event, Ko had become rather shy and off putting. Shira didn’t seem to like her foster-brother, and Ko didn’t like her very much either.

As Ko went through the Academy, his proficiency in Ice Styled Ninjutsu grew. Ko learned of his family’s death, and of his family’s history. Ko felt like he had to dedicate his life to their ancient ways. Looking for an escape for his past, Ko turned to the Ancient Dekishi. He became a devoted follower to Dekishi and he prayed to the Ancient any chance he could. As if worshiping Mother Suna herself, Ko gave his everything to Dekishi. The boy was also attacked on his way back from classes one night, and was injected with a mysterious liquid. He believes that it was a concentration of a chemical to activate his Ancient blood, but whether it was or not, it created strong effects. Ko's entire left arm had black veins running down it. His arm also turned red in the presence of non-human energies, such as demons and Ancients. When Ko enters combat, his arm turns into a elongated metallic arm with claw like fingers, this is a useful tool for a Shinobi that wasn't proficient in Taijutsu. During his studies, Shira, his foster sister, had slipped into a coma. She didn’t seem to be responsive, and their mother believed that it was going to be permanent.

One day, when Ko came home from a day at the Academy, Ko found a letter from his foster mom and written to him. She had taken her life, Ko was told about the demonic presence in Shira’s mind, and how the destruction of Shira’s doll caused a mental break. Akira felt as if it was all her fault, she fell into a depression that ended up taking her life.

Ko was devastated, he couldn’t save someone he loved. From that day on, Ko swore to try and save anyone he could. After his graduation from the Academy, Ko began to study medical Ninjutsu. At the age of twelve, Ko became a Chuunin, rather young for the accomplishment. Around the age of thirteen Ko enlisted as a Medical Ninja in Training at The Caduceus Tower. Ko trained every day to become stronger, and he prayed to Dekishi for Guidance.

As Ko reached the age of fourteen, he nearly mastered the Seimei Kesshō no Jutsu, and he was proficient in his Ice Ninjutsu as well. His life was going great, that was until Shira reawakened from her coma. Her awakening sent Ko into a rage, she had caused the death of his mother, and she had tortured his childhood, Ko’s plan was to kill his foster-sister, but upon meeting her again, he discovered his sister had amnesia. He couldn’t make himself end someone who did not know the reason they were being punished, but to help prevent the demon from grasping the girls’ mind once more, Ko created a unique holy chakra crystal seal for Shira to wear. The seal suppressed the Demon’s power and allowed Shira and Ko to be able to be peaceful with one another.

Ko is currently a Sensei at the academy, as well as a MiT at the Medical Tower. Ko also kept up the task of the Reito Clan by creating Chakra Crystals for the use of lights. Ko also had an ability to seal advanced chakras into his crystals, allowing him to use them for more extensive purposes such as medical treatments, and useful applications around the house.
