Kobura stands at four feet eight inches, this leaves her on the average size for someone her age when it comes to height. Her body frame is quite slender and she still keeps a feminine figure. Her skin is a soft lighter tone, and kept unblemished. Her features are illuminated with her blue eyes, and dark-raven colored hair. She wears various garments when it comes to her clothes. The front of her top is adorned with flak jacket lining to protect her from impacts. On the left flak jacket pocket is the insignia for the Cloud Village. Her jacket is cut off at her midsection exposing her flat stomach.
On her lower body she wears a skirt underneath it a pair of black shorts. Her shinobi pouch is located on her waist near her right hip, and its on top of her apron skirt just below her stomach. On the side of her right thigh is a pouch for her small tools for easy and accessible for quick use. She wears a long black arm sleeve to protect her arms. On her hands she has a pair of black gloves that expose the tips of her fingers.. For footwear she wears black, calf-high boots with a thin protective plate strapped on around her shins. Completing the outfit she wears a long dark gray hooded-trench coat.

History
Born into the Saito Clan Kobura took on her mothers last name of Hyūga rather than her fathers name. Although both her parents were of the Hyūga bloodline her mother always wanted her children to keep the original name. During the earlier days of her child hood Kobura had always been fascinated with the ninjas of the clan known as the ANBU. The fact they dealt with various missions directly from the Raikage made her gain a lot more interest then that of the medical field her mother wanted her to pursue.
Upon becoming an academy student she excelled in her book work as she believed to be a great assassin you also needed to excel outside of fighting. With her end goal becoming a future Raikage she felt her knowing just about everything including history would increase her chances down the line. She generally helped those in her class as she believed that a successful village depended on the youth and if some of the youth were failing that wouldn't help the village out at all. She was a well liked person among her peers while she was an Academy Student and never had any issue with anyone as a lot of them seemed to look up to her. For someone so young she was very mature and well-mannered. Everything she did was benefiting to her goal, if her peers liked her now then later on in life it would make it easier for them to understand her and follow her while she led them if she ever became the Raikage. This was something that her parents had taught her and with respect it would made things a lot easier in the long wrong.
With her hard work and the backing of her family she became a Genin and was said to be more capable than some of the chūnin that were above her. Despite knowing this she always looked at the positive side of things, using this time to learn more about herself and the village. Although being a genin wasn’t what she expected seeing that a majority of her missions were basic tasks around the village that didn’t require much thinking but a lot of manual labor. Even with such simple tasks she made certain she did them with 100% accuracy making sure she did everything correctly and in a decent amount of time. Currently Kobura is still a Genin still doing mundane tasks that on the inside annoy her and is in hopes of being able to take the exams so that she may move up to her next rank of Chūnin so that she may have missions that have more action to them although she feels she can outclass those at the rank already she will always remain humble and do what is needed for the village no matter how much she feels she is held back.
