Growing up in a traditional Main Branch Hyuugan home in the land of lightning, Shigekagu was trained in the art of shinobiri as a child. He naturally excelled as his parents taught him, however he often found his studies and trainings boring, and he would quit early. His doctors diagnosed it as ADHD. Because of this, he was always a bit chaotic, doing things without necessarily thinking through all the consequences. He was a troublemaker, though not a bouncing-off-the-walls brat. Over the next four years in the ninja academy, he had an academic rollercoaster. While he was excellent in Taijutsu and Ninjutsu, his grades were sometimes great, and sometimes absolutely terrible. This stemmed from his ADHD, as he sometimes wouldn’t do his homework. Regardless, he did well enough to warrant his graduation. At the age of 11.
His genin years were long and boring. He was excited that he was actually able to do missions now, but they were all silly easy stuff that a small child could have done. Things like picking weeds from peoples gardens, catching stray cats, and babysitting a lady’s child. Nothing could have been worse for the boy, but he stuck with it under the guidance of his Jounin sempai and the pressure from his parents, not to mention his burning desire to be better than his genin teammate, Inuzuka Gekido. He made his teammate his personal rival, though it was obvious which of the two was better. It was more of a goal to be as good as him, rather than a rivalry to beat him. Anyways, he kept up with his personal training while doing dozens of these low ranking missions for his village, though he wasn’t too thrilled about them.
Three years and dozens of missions later, Shigekagu was decidedly ready for his Chuunin promotion. He had matured during this time, though he still had a quick temper and still some uncontrolled and impulsive actions, but nothing that wasn’t tolerable. This promotion marked a special point in his life: he was a Shinobi, expected to carry out real missions now. He could possibly die on one of them! The realization of this fact set a more serious tone on his lifestyle. He started to train more, and he did his best to overcome his ADHD. He gladly did boring missions, though he would never like them. Four more years past. Shigekagu, now 18, was stepping into adulthood, and anybody could see that he had grown physically and mentally. He was starting to understand the importance of all of the missions that were done, be them great or small. They were all necessary for the benefit of the village.
On a routine defense checkup at the south-western gate, Shigekagu and a friend were ambushed by a rogue ninja with a wicked ability to clone himself. They fought brutally. Jutsu after jutsu was used in an epic battle for their lives, but guess what? It didn’t work. The rogue cornered them, as they were severely weakened, moving in for the finishing blow. His friend, a Tougijikou, knew the only way to save the village was to sacrifice himself. A nod was all that was needed between the two to exchange their thoughts, and a final goodbye, before Shigekagu took off, using the last of his energy to flee as far away as he possibly could. Back at the gate, the nuke-nin plunged his sword into Shigekagu’s friend. He made the mistake of not killing him in one move. The friend’s body began to envelope the sword, and in a final act, the man blew himself up, along with the nuke. Shigekagu was traumazed for a few weeks, until he realized something: his friend’s death was necessary. He had saved the village by sacrificing himself! That was it… that was the purpose behind a shinobi! Their ultimate goal MUST be for the good of the village, no matter what the cost is. Shige took this as a creed, a code of life. “The good of the Village” became his motto, which he clung to for years to come.
Finally, we reach his current age. After three years of volunteering for dangerous missions, assassinations, and intel-gathering in enemy territory, he was granted the rank of Jounin at the age of 21. He continues to do things for Kumo’s benefit. He simply “does what must be done,” in his own words. And, what must be done, to him, is whatever Kumo tells him to do. His ADHD is under his control now, but it comes out in his unpredictable nature. While he will always do what is right for the village, he will always do what is right in his own eyes. His methods are sometimes unconventional and unorthodox, but if you were to see from his perspective, they would seem perfectly acceptable. Shigekagu has taken up a part-time job at the academy, teaching “Unique Tactics” classes on Saturdays, in an effort to pass on his knowledge to the younger generation.

Hakumei Byakugan
Sharing common ancestry to the Sharingan, the Byakugan also has the ability to grow in strength and achieve new levels once a Hyuuga has been blessed with the eyes of a fellow Hyuuga Clansmember. However, unlike the Sharingan, the Hyuuga do not suffer impaired eyesight that comes from overuse of their more stronger techniques over the course of their lifetime, and as such, have no need to transplant the eyes of another Hyuuga. As such, the "Transient White Eyes" have remained a secret Doujutsu nearly forgotten to the Hyuuga clan, let alone the outsiders. However, should the Hyuuga implant the Byakugan of another, their eye abilities increase indefinitely, no longer requiring activation. The Hakumei Byakugan is constantly active and truly all seeing, and no longer enlarges the veins in the face of the Hyuuga, but instead, constantly glow with a bright white aura of chakra.

Emulated Jyuuken - Unarmed Fighting Style
The secret behind the Hyuuga's Taijutsu is much deeper than simply relying on the Enhanced vision of their Byakugan. The Hyuuga are geniuses of Taijutsu that spend years perfecting their strikes to target even the smallest targets of the chakra system. Even if one manages to gain a Byakugan and can see the inner Tenketsu of the body, it is near impossible for them to strike with the same precision of a Hyuuga. Knowing this, one with a stolen Byakugan can train themselves to imitate the Hyuuga, though this differs from the actual Jyuuken style, not being so "Gentle" due to inexperience. Instead of utilizing finger jabs which damage the internal organs, this style focuses on palm strikes, each infused with chakra that sends a jolt of chakra resonating upon strike. Though a powerful variant in its own right, thats all this will ever be; an Imitation.

Scan - Level 5 Ninjutsu
The Byakugan possesses the ability to see all within a certain radius, nothing being able to escape its wide field of vision. However...this visual sensory is beyond the processing of a normal human's mind, and naturally, anyone but a Hyuuga would find that their visual range is shortened significantly. Using this however, one can focus and block out other senses and concentrate purely on their Byakugan sight, temporarily increasing the distance of their sensory range and enable to pin point their targets through their chakra view.
