Sousuke looked over a map he had made out of his plasma chakra. He looked down to see his insect Kou companion hop about explaining to him what he had seen on his little spying mission. "They've done nothing. They didn't even take the bodies down yet." The little locust explained. He hesitated for a moment. Sousuke raised an eyebrow. He had learned not to force Kou to reveal what was on his mind. It took him time to do this. Kou reminded Sousuke very much of himself from a long time ago. "The lift is still broken." The insect rubbed his head. Sousuke again awaited the "The sisters think that the barrier is uhm ... either a bluff or undetectable. ... Do you think that they're liars?" The little insect inquired.
"It's entirely possible, but with the bombs in place, it's not a gamble I would wish to play. Should the ceiling collapse on Suna, then many lives will be lost."<i></i> The insect shook his head. "Did you sense anything out of place? Anything ... that can be described as a sort of wrongness?"<i></i> The insect shook his head again. "Fascinating. There was an old pathway I was thinking of using, I didn't log it, but I did shut it down. It'll lead us into the Starlit lake. It won't be clean ... considering I'll need to melt alot of debris to try and get in. There's also the Toraono outside Dojo, but that's under heavy surveillance which you revealed to me. It's not conventional, but it is hidden from the uninitiated..."<i></i> The tiny locust hopped onto the palm of Sousuke's hand and looked up at him. Even if the creature was shy it could detect Sousuke's mind was moving a mile a second. There was a determined look in what would usually be the expressionless eyes of Sousuke.
"You're eyes. That look. It's not you." Kou would say quietly. "It's not bad, but it'll take some time to get used to. Ken likes it. The Queen is surprised by it... I'm not ... ... not sure what to think of it." Sousuke would very lightly pat the locust with his pinky finger. "Mmm..."
