Prerequisites: C Rank, one minor affinity in Ninjutsu or Genjutsu

Effect: The user gains the following effects:

• All Ninjutsu and Genjutsu Techniques timing is modded at -0.25 ap .
• All Taijutsu Techniques (excluding Buffing Taijutsu) timing is modded at +0.25 AP.
• Does not apply to BL/CA/Kinjutsu jutsu.
• Ninjutsu/Genjutsu cost is increased by +10% CP

Notes:

• Must be declared in the users dojo.
• The increased chakra cost cannot be ignored or lowered by any means.
• This ability may only be taken once per character and cannot be taken by contracts.
• The AP reduction or increase are both only timing, the AP cost is not affected
