So many things seemed to be crumbling in Wind Country as of late and Uri, with his unique and unfounded ability for construction continually received tasks to rebuild. The very nature of the region was one of degradation and wear as the wind and the storms were unrelenting in their pursuit to oust the residents that have taken up refuge within its lands. Needless to say, Uri had seen many a troubled family without proper shelter during his time spent abound. Stopping and erecting new hope where ever he saw dread, giving life to those who would have lost it otherwise to the harsh and unforgiving sands of Wind Country. This time around he was charged with rebuilding a sports stadium. No matter how society evolved there would always be a need for entertainment and because of this there would need to be a venue. Currently the stadium in question sustained heavy damage from an source they were unwilling to tell Uri.
Upon his arrival he was able to give proper inspection and note that the superstructure was slowing giving way from the damage and would inevitably collapse. This in itself was dangerous. After conversing with the stadium officials he convinced them that it needed to be demolished and rebuilt from the ground up. Luckily, due to Uri's unique abilities he could perform this operation with little to no effort required. The hard part would be acquiring supplies for the reconstruction and contracting a few other construction shinobi to aid him in the arrangements. If they wanted this to be back up and running in such a demanding time frame, only ninja would be able to pull it off. They were pushing for weeks, and even Uri told them months would be more accurate without putting anyone's life in danger.
Setting up shop in the town, he spent time around the grounds, making sure it was clear and seeing if any of it could be reused. A large part of the stadium was built underground and would be serviceable as long as it didn't fill with rubble after the demolition. Fortunately Uri was more than capable of preventing that. The next half-day he spent shaping clay charges and placing them in numerous locations all around the stadium, making sure to go for the cleanest, most crisp destruction he could produce. Contrary to what a lot of people believed, building demolition was an exact science and required delicate planning. It would take a few days to process the remnants into reusable materials, wait for new materials to arrive, work with the other shinobi builders to get the new super-structure built, then wallings, wiring, planning out vendor spaces-UGH. It was such a large project to get done in such a short time. There was a reason why Uri had never done this as a career. Commercial companies had no idea of how a proper process worked, they just worried about their timeline, and when someone like Uri with a great work ethic and business morals started something he finished it when requested.
The important thing is that Uri would renegotiate the contract to get Sunagakure direct funds from the stadium's business.
