Ishu's Physical Appearance
Slender Athletic trim body, Ishu is your typical average specimen standing at six feet two inches tall. His skin is fair toned, and his hair is jet black a bit past his shoulders. His nose is a bit larger than average and naturally would stick out just as the statue of David's nose does. Broad shoulders start the natural V shape most males have but it isn't extremely large, big enough to be noticed but slim enough to slip through the crowd. Anatomically his arm span would measure out six feet two inches and his legs are that of a typical man his age who stays in moderate shape. His eyes, the dead give away of his nature and family line are pearl white and just contrast slightly with his skin. Usually at the hospital you can see Ishu solving issues with his white lab coat, regular medical wear such as scrubs under the lab coat and comfortable shoes to make walking that much easier on the bottom of his feet. Total comfort, compared to his actual work which is the complete opposite. Outside of work, a black muscle shirt, a sweater on depending on the weather, jeans/shorts and training sneakers is what he would usually wear outside of the hospital walls.
Ishu's Mental Issues
From his physical appearance most would classify Ishu as a snob. Working as a surgeon at a hospital, clearly a God Complex and a narcist wouldn't be off the table. And if you watch most shows or spent a lot of time in a hospital around surgeons you would most likely be right. Ishu, although he was gifted he wasn't gifted with superior intellect or physical prowess. He was gifted with grit, and that came with a lot of failure and learning curves. Thus his personality is that of a humble yet stubborn individual who strives to improve everyday and criticizing himself harder than anyone ever will. He is a natural extroverted introvert, where he likes to be around people to absorb knowledge but does not chase the limelight what so ever. From being in a crowd to being alone in the library he feels at home depending on what the situation is. Even though Ishu is talented he isn't one to look down on others. He rather see strength and potential than fixate on other's weaknesses.

Early Life Issues
Born in Kumagakure No Sato, Ishu grew up in a normal shinobi home. His father and mother booth Shinobi of Kumogakure they lived their life to normal standards. His father mostly spent his time teaching at the academy and his mother worked as a medical Ninja in the hospital. Both had already decided to live much less complicated lives as their kids seem to be what is important to them moving forward. Ishu is the second child of two. His sister Yaso Kaiza was two years older than him. She went followed the line of the Hyuuga's and became relatively well known in her class generation. Ishu on the other hand was very laid back. He didn't seem to be very inclined to become a shinobi or to even fight. He spent a lot of time reading and just studying random things. From literature to history to medical journals. He spent a lot of time with his mother in the library or in the hospital reading or getting into conversations with doctors and nurses in the hospital. His sister would practice day in and day out for combat while ishu didn't pay no mind to physical combat. At the age of 10 Ishu was forced by his father to join the academy. Stating it would look shameful if his daughter would become a ninjas but his soon stayed just a simple civilian. Frustrated Ishu passed his classes but with surprising scores. His reading of medical journals made him understand the human body thus giving him an edge in combat. To Ishu, he thought it was normal, that he could adjust so easily, but to his dad, he was something special. Moving from the academy, Ishu kept his regular routine. Wake up go to the library and read medical, and history books. After four hours he would go meet his father for personal one on one combat training. Ishu was now about thirteen but he had not developed his family trait, the Byakugan. His sister developed it at the age of eleven and thus had been training with father ever since. Fearing Ishu would never hit his maximum potential he forced Kaiza and Ishu to train together. Afterwards he would train Ishu by himself once Kaiza started to go on missions etc. Through repetition and examples, practice became permanent. His fighting style was that of a Hyuuga just without the famous eyes. His father kept pushing him harder and Ishu would adapt accordingly. Still after many years the beautiful eyes of his clan seem to be fleeting and his father even though devoted to training him, doubted his son would ever awaken those beautiful eyes.
Middle Life Issues
Years went by, his routine changed a bit but still stayed the mostly the same. He became much more interested in the medical side of world and history was more of a treat for him. Physically he started to peak. All the training with his sister and father had paid off and his devotion to becoming better had been set. He still had not developed his clans eyes, but he was still a great shinobi. Relying solely on his training and physicals skills made him much sharper and train harder to become noticed. A Hyuuga without the Byakugan was considered an loser, and through the clan even though never mentioned directly to him, he knew he had a chip on his shoulder and his family also carried that. Still he moved right along the Chunnin exams, and passed. With all the time spent with his mother and in the hospital he gained access and became a medical ninja in training. He asked for his mentor to be anyone but his mother as he didn't want any favoritism. Also this would help him focus on what he could control. His mother had the Byakugan and thus had an advantage. Since he didn't have this he wanted everything to be as normal as possible. Years went by, he spent more time in the hospital and in the library. Surgery called his name like a moth to a light and he pursued that with all his might. His father still in denial of his sons inability to unlock the Byakugan kept training him and kept making him go on missions. He taught him the way of the Gentle Fist and how the style was more like a flow of water than the usual bone breaking tiajutsu Ishu had trained himself to do. Although he couldn't see the Tenketsu points, his father explained in as much detail what they are and how to "strike" them. To Ishu this was an issue as he couldn't see these "magical" points, yet he trained fiercely to keep his father proud. In his down time he would read about the Chakra System to help him really understand his dad's training but also how he could apply it to his own medical training. It wasn't easy but with time and effort he rose up and started to get his name known through the medical field. His studies made him a fountain of knowledge and with his training he was on his way to become a Surgeon in the ER.
Solving some Issues
A Regular Mission. Find some smugglers that had been slipping in through Kumogakure. These smugglers were driving drugs in and out of the village and we finally got some word on where they were slipping through. Seemed normal, regular Chunnin mission, yet this team was assembled with a Medical ninja, an assaults' team of three and back up waiting orders if needed. The team consisted of Yaso Kaiza, Uni Chikan, and Inuzuka Kora. Ishu would be the Medical ninja, and the back up was filled with high ranked Jounin. After meeting the team, Kaiza and Ishu set up the plan. We would follow the tips on our lead, note location and extraction spots and call for backup if needed. Avoid fighting at all cost as we dont know who is with them. Once locations have been documented call in the backup team to relay information and have them pursue and intercept. We all agreed this was the best course of action as the unknown variables were too much of a risk to get into a fight. Also getting in the fight might alert the smugglers and have them change routes.
