History:Chou stands 5'10, with a slim yet toned build. His body's focus was more over endurance rather than building up strength. That much can be seen as he is nimble and swift. His skin is a tan color, much like the rest of his clan. His hair is a pure white, accompanied by a pair of emerald gleaming eyes. However his eye color is subject to change.
He is an odd one personality wise, to describe it in one word would be, diverse. He has many sides to him but all on a singular mindset. Chou is usually respectful to people he meets for the first time but tries to be lighthearted in any situation to build a sense of comfort. However some would describe his methods "corny" or "weird" but still comfortably inviting.
With a mindset built on dreams and ideals, he lives his life searching for the next greater answer that will lead him to a goal. To understand the First Men, and to feel the true Sunagakure. By giving himself these goals he tends to stay motivated in whatever it is he is doing. However he can tend to become absorbed in his activity to the point of where nothing else matters and that can be a good and a bad thing. He has boundless energy and some would say it's because to the lightning constantly circulating through his body. However he tends to think it's just him and this is another part of his happiness and drive in order to conquer his goal.
Chou's sense of duty is honorable. There are a lot of things he'd do for his village hands down however he dislikes having to kill without reason because a life wasted is so pointless. However he does enjoy battling, yet he's never been in a "real" fight his whole life. Instead he's always been the observer learning and then sparring but never actually feeling that exhilaration of a battle to death or a battle with stakes. This could be partly due to the fact that he does not like killing per say, and that he's never left the subterranean Sunagakure in all of his eighteen years of life.

Can someone truly be attuned to the lightning in the sky if they have never been exposed to the sky themselves? They've never felt the thrill of being in the middle of a lightning storm instead always underground only hearing the thunder. How can a man whose never looked at the sky truly feel the power the sky has hidden within it? This miraculous talent was bestowed upon a young boy born to the Ikuzumi Clan who dwelled underground in the new village of Sunagakure. Chou had always been a little bundle of energy never staying still and always moving. He got excited for little things and especially when his family told him stories of the ground above, the true land of Sunagakure, where the sky was most beautiful after storms settled down. He always loved to hear about those stories because it gave him hope to survive under the earth and become something stronger to stop the ravaging of the above ground Sunagakure. Especially when he heard stories of the "First Men" who even experienced the lightning storms that Mother Suna had to offer. Hearing about those kind of storms and events were his favorite. The sky acting calm but hiding such a power within it, was exhilarating to Chou. It was at a young age he found his talent in Lightning jutsu and the scope of which he used it in was unsettling at times if not terrifying for a child of his weak caliber. They say when a person is in tune with something they begin to pick up the traits of that thing. It wasn't uncommon for people to use lightning if anything it was an everyday process using fire and lightning to spark the underground light system of Sunagakure. However Chou once again was different. Not only was he attuned to lightning tremendously it was attuned to him. There were many times lightning jutsu were fired and if he was around it seemed to veer closer to him reacting to his presence. This was found when an accident happened near the keystone prime in his academy days on a trip.
As Chou neared the "Crystal Eye" for the first time the power went down for some odd reason. It was reported that there was a lightning storm occurring above Sunagakure and the lightning was travelling throughout the diamond sandstorm messing with the power below. They said it was getting violent and that for some reason the diamond storm was conducting the lightning. Probably due to the minerals in the sandstorm that were found on Suna sand meaning that this ground could likely be conducted. Realizing that this was a major problem for things run on power, and anything too great at conduction they decided to move the children back to the Academy. However Chou decided to break off and find the Crystal Eye to see the lightning storms above. Eventually with little searching he found the Crystal Eye. It was a beautiful contraption one that gleamed and there were even sparks of electricity running through them. Excited as hell, he ran to the Crystal Eye, ready to look through it but instead lightning rained down into the telescope and danced around the room. It was conducting electricity in a way that seemed impossible. It was as if there was a lightning rod in the room beckoning the lighting to rain down and strike it. Chou stood amazed at the beautiful lightning changing color as it bounced off the Crystal Eye and getting more violent. He reached out his hand for some reason, that was even unknown to him and the lightning snapped and coiled only to release itself like a snake and strike him ferociously. As he began getting shocked and struck multiple times by the lightning someone found him and used their experience in the the art of Lightning jutsu to redirect it back to the sky.
Chou was unconscious for nine days and when he awoke the medical ninja were amazed. It was such a fast recovery and furthermore he had no scars nor burn marks from the incident. His clothes were charred but his body seemed as though it wasn't phased by the lightning at all. However from that day on he wasn't allowed to go to the Keystone Prime again. His family felt it would be better if he would stay away from it seeing as though the Sky had decided to spare him this time and it may have not been so generous again. Another reason was that his lightning jutsu became more violent as if it was super charged, and they were worried about what it would be like if he was around too many conductors or sources of electricity. Although that was 10 years ago and now was a different story. Using that incident as a drive he worked tirelessly to increase his ability to control the lightning element. Chou began to understand the nature of lightning, the sky, the storms. He knew how to control it more and had even begun to go as far as mixing Lightning with another element. It was not without his fair share of pains as he constantly dealt with a backlash of sorts when using his wild lightning jutsu but with time and practice the element began to listen to him and became his weapon, partner, friend, and even like family. He truly became one with the sky.
