Character's Physical Description: With long, flowing blonde hair, stunning purple eyes, and a voluptuous figure uncharacteristic of a kunoichi her age, Otome has a uncanny ability to turn heads wherever she goes. In her semi-casual attire, Otome proudly wears her Kumogakure emblem around her neck along with a cropped purple jacket over a black corsette, a thigh-length purple skirt, a pair of detached purple sleeves, and black knee-high heeled boots. She dresses more conservatively when on duty however, opting to cover herself in a thick black hooded cloak.
Character's Mental Description: Despite being incapable of feeling sexual interest in members of either sex, Otome is not above abusing her gorgeous beauty to get what she wants. In fact, she is not above using any opportunity to further her own agenda, and quite often her loyalties are brought into question. However, at the end of the day, she isn't stupid, and realizes that she can't take on the wrath of those she cheats alone.

Character History: Embedded deep within the less than reputable heart of the Susukino District is the Koigokoro House, one of the shinobi world's most notorious human trafficking rings operating under the guise of a luxurious vacation planning service. Here, sixteen years ago, Otome was conceived as the result of an forced union between patron and victim. By the age of four, she became familiar with pain and fear all too well; by the age of seven, she became familiar with loss as her mother passed from years of neglect; and by the age of ten, she became familiar with vengeance as she took her own father's life and attempted to run as far from Koigokoro House. In her endeavors to run, an ANBU stopped her and inquired about her condition, eventually returning her to the Raikage Tower to enroll in the Kumogakure academy. Six years later, she vowed to make the scum of Kumogakure pay for what they did to her and joined the ANBU forces as a trainee.
