Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

Name: Kosuke Gesshoku
Username: Kosuke
Age: 13
Gender: Male
Sex: Male
Rank: Academy Student

Physical Description:
Kosuke is a lanky teenage boy, standing at five foot ten inches which towers over most others his own age. His jet black hair is cropped rather short on the back and sides but is a longer, shaggy mess on top, often compared to a bird's nest, his fringe drops to his nose, covering his eyes more often than not. His eyes are typical of those within the Hyuuga bloodline, pale white/blue and emitting a moon-like pale blue glow when focusing his chakra. His face doesn't offer much in the was of expression, being quite sharp in features and stone-like in movement though it is not uncommon for him to smile, laugh or otherwise people tend to remember the lack thereof more often. His body is quite well toned due to training from a very young age and though lanky he has visible muscles though usually those are hidden behind baggy clothes. He tends to wear shirts of various, vibrant colors but that is the only color he has, the rest of his clothing choices being black as if trying to become a shadow.

Mental Description:
The initial impression of Kosuke is that he is aloof or arrogant but this is not the case. Whilst he has been raised to act as the air of a prominent branch clan and taught the ways of nobility he was too guided in the aspects of humility, generosity, and kindness. Between the spartan education and the softer, more familial life he learned to wield his pride alongside his humility and matured faster for it. He tends to be quiet and say little even when prompted but this is not due to shyness and generally, only for those he has no familiarity with and is quick to open up to people and seems to make friends easily. He has a very nurturing side within him too, this was due to his twin sister being quite sickly compared to him and perhaps it's the guilt of it all but he tends to her every whim and spoils her massively and it is the empathy that has bled into his general being. This has made him quite a straightforward person, knowing the value of holding back information and lying to protect others from unnecessary strife.

History / Hyuuga Application:
In year forty-six, the Hyuuga clan sent a dispatchment to Kumogakure, in order to earn permission to set up a branch family in their village that would be titled the "Gesshoku" clan. This endeavor was not one sanctioned by any Kage but the heads of the main branch themselves as they sought cultural diversity amongst their ranks as a new age seemed to be dawning across the lands. Through a difficult and lengthy negotiation process, they were finally allowed to settle within the walls of Kumo on the understanding that they would be treated like any other citizens, and acts carried out under their main clan that went against the beliefs of the village would result in their destruction no matter the reason.

It would take the clan little time to settle into their new home, gathering favor where and when they could amongst both the upper echelon and the military forces, many of the clansmen that had come were previously of B-rank or greater and helped with many things that would be expected of such. It was a few years later that the head of the Gesshoku branch would give birth to their first son and heir to the clan, Kosuke, it was also the day that his twin sister and the first daughter of the family was also born, Tsukimi. What wouldn't be told of the twins however is that due to complications in the womb it would be difficult for them to deliver both children and as such they should choose one that would absolutely survive and the other was given a mere ten percent chance of survival and even then it was at a cost. It would be Kosuke that was chosen, the first male heir being valued above the female was not unheard of, Tsukimi would, of course, survive against all odd but would forever be frail of body and likely to never walk in her life. This of course was a secret among secrets within the clan and only those that needed to know would do so, alas, things like this usually manage to slip through an unseen crack and it would be the young Kosuke who would stumble upon this information as him mother and father had a lengthy and alcohol-fueled argument, their hushed tones not quiet enough to shield the young boy's ears from learning this truth.

He had been taught much up to this point in his life, already six years old and mature enough to understand the weight of what they had kept secret and against his own anger he buried it, he would never forget what he had learned but what would be the point of blowing up now? They had done all they could for him and his sister and obviously, it was a heart-wrenching decision for them to have made but the guilt that would now weigh on this childs back was unimaginable. It was at this time that he began spending a lot more time with his sister and perhaps it is what saved him from spiraling into depression or acting rashly out of anger, seeing her so happy with her lot in life, loved by those around her, it gave him a glimmer of hope that would further push him on, after all, he had to fight for the both of them now, what he'd taken from her was his responsibility to hone and grow, make it his own and make her proud.

Life continued this way for many years, the young boy putting more gusto and ferocity into his martial training which did not go unnoticed by his Father and he stepped up his studies dramatically, even having his sister help who was more than happy to do this for her brother. Kosuke quickly matured into a fine heir but never forgetting the burden he fought for and it turned him into a better person for enduring it. Up to now it was his father and uncle who had trained him in way of the Hyuuga, fighting them had become routine and even spars against other clan members weren't all that rare and it would be his thirteenth birthday that would spell a large change for the boy's life. The rules the clan had in place would state that all combat-worthy children of the clan would be enrolled upon entering their teens and though Tsukimi couldn't come with him he would report to her first above anyone else with tales of the academy and the lessons he was learning. Graduation was on the horizon however and the next big step in Kosuke's life was about to be taken.

One body to use, two lives to live.

Just noticed as I went to buy stuff but my inventory wasn't cleared during the reboot, and as much as I'd love to game the system, I figure it's best to mention it now :p
