Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

The town of Akasora, a small place, considering, upon the outer edge of the city of Maruishi, capital of Earth Country. Expeditious travel got him to this shitpile of rocks before that beast of a man Tenkei; the travel gave him some modicrum of freedom to learn what he could of the world before they set off to Sunagakure to take Hoshikata's head. Information was more readily found in the medium of rumor, and rumor came quickly with ale; the Isaki, clothed enough to hide his appearance from any who might recognize the presumed-deceased former Medical Sennin, set off for a tavern he found within the town. It was evening, the place wasn't incredibly popular, but there were men enough for Karurosu to learn what he could.

From the back of the tavern, he sat in silence, listening to the idle chatter of the people. Townfolks excited about the harvest; merchants hoping to make it big in the capital; other, various things, all trifles. Another man entered, the Isaki paid no attention to him until he made some uproar; he was some kid, early-twenties had Karurosu to put an age on him; he demanded to take someone in a match of arm wrestling, though why? The act might make more sense were the kid drunk, but he had hardly taken a sip of what he had ordered; a pint sat beside where he stood, waiting for someone to answer his challenge. With the boy's cry, the tavern sank into silence; annoyed eyes glared at him with rightful reason. He was some nuiance. "Another from me," the Isaki called out; even nuiances could be used for betterment. In this case, he would cost the kid a few Yen and perhaps garner some interest from the crowd and learn a bit more about this country and how he should act.

Karu's offer to double the victor's spoils finally got the crowd talking. One man, a large one who looked as though he was fed for a family finally took stand and took the boy's challenge. From where he was, Karurosu ensured the kid wouldn't win with a simple Genjutsu. As expected, the guy lost; what wasn't was that kid, rather than any other coming to see Karu.

A few mixed questions brought the Isaki to a handful of conclusions: this guy, going by some false alias of a civilian named Oishi, was a shinobi, or some governmental agent that was trained. He was familiar enough with chakra to recognize it and had an high tolerance to pain. Additionally, the truth behind what happened in both Kirigakure and apparently Konohagakure -- which the Isaki, admittedly, didn't know much of himself -- were not widely-known and were still guarded despite so much time having passed since the migrations of survivors. Denizens of Earth country were still curious about the events. Finally, Earth was a country founded on religion, while it was commonly known that religious acts made up a great bit of it, it was an understatement. Iwagakure's entire culture was built upon the gross ideas of religions.

More would be learned soon.
