Applying for some abilities:
Hyperactive
Since Kohaku was little, he had always been unable to sit still. He always that one kid who was an excitable ball of energy which couldn’t be contained. In class he’d be constantly itching to get back outside and train until he couldn’t see straight just so he could relax a bit easier. This trait aided him in battle most of all; he found that when training with his father, he seemed to have a virtually limitless source of chakra to draw on to use his techniques. Even Shiromaru couldn’t always keep up with the high level of persistence that his master was able to show.
Healing Factor
Training with Aomaru, his father’s nin-ken was, of course, a lot less forgiving. During these training sessions, an outsider might say the dog was bullying the young boy; constantly biting, scratching, and tearing at his skin.
"Come on! Don’t stop getting back up," the larger canine snarled at the boy, trying to bolster the kid’s morale. No matter how much injury he was inflicted with, he kept getting up to keep fighting. The pain bothered him less and less and after many months of this brutal training method, his skin had become seemingly reinforced. It hurt much less when he was cut and the skin, being more used to the damage, seemed to heal in half the time it used to take.
Tracker
One of the most fundamental things Kohaku would learn from Aomaru, was how to hunt. Many times a week, the young Inuzuka would follow his guardian into the woods along with Shiromaru. Within the dense treeline, both of them would learn all the required skills to track down signs of life within even the toughest terrain. They were taught to use their sense of smell and hearing, along with visual cues like footprints and broken branches. All of these things came together and allowed both Inuzuka and canine to map out the environment in their heads using only their senses. During mock games of cat and mouse, there was nowhere Aomaru was able to hide from them.
Also just want to request Minor Lightning as my free D-Rank affinity.
