Ninpocho Chronicles
Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.
Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.
Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.
The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

Looking at Masaru you would see a fairly average 15 year old boy, he stands at around 5ft 5 inches and is relatively slender however no much more so that any other boy of his age. He has mid-long length dark brown hair which he generally wears in a long top knot which falls to just below his shoulders. Whenever they appear from behind his hair his eyes reveal their deep purple tint.
Masaru generally sticks to traditional samurai clothing, he wears lightly coloured hakama over a dark blue kimono, if it is cold or a special occasion he will also wear a haori. He wears a discreet necklace given to him by his sister, it is simply a strip of metal on a chain, on the back the kanji 'family' is engraved.
Every Nanjirou has a wrath seal somewhere on their body and Masaru is no exception, he chose to have his placed on his chest. The symbol depicts the seven virtues of bushido (image coming soon) and takes up the majority of his upper torso.

Being born into a samurai clan dictated the direction of Masaru's life, his early years were devoted to learning a sense of honour, responsibility and respect.
Masaru has a younger sister named Izumi, she was born blind and although she manages well Masaru still chooses to put aside a decent amount of time to make things as easier for her as possible. When they were both younger they used to spend a lot of time together, playing games or exploring the village. Masaru has become extremely protective of his sister over the years and it is likely that he could make reckless decisions that he would not make otherwise if he thought she was in danger.
Soon it became time for Masaru to begin full time training to get himself ready for entering the academy, his father, who was a cloud shinobi, took responsibility for his training at this stage and used every second of his free time to try and prepare his son for the dangers he would face. Masaru's mother and sister would bring them food and water during their training for fear they would get so into it that they wouldn't eat.
When he went through the academy Masaru took his classes very seriously, he didn't spend much time socialising with the other students, not because he didn't want to but just because he chose to spend all his free time on individual training. He noticed fairly early on that he didn't exactly have a gift in Ninjutsu, his strengths definitely lay in his Taijutsu. He would often find that when sparing with other students in melee combat his opponent would seem slightly apprehensive, hesitant and sometimes even a little fearful.
Whilst he was enrolled in the academy Masaru's family suffered a hardship, his father picked up some serious injuries after an encounter with some rouge ninja out in the field. The medical ninja in the village said it would be very unlikely for him to walk again and that his days as a Shinobi were over, for a man that was as devoted to his duty as Masaru's father it was very hard to hear. Despite what the doctors said he struggled on and was eventually about to hobble around with the assistance of a walking stick.
Once he graduated from the academy Masaru earned his wraith seal which would allow him to further his knowledge of his clan and call upon their power should he ever need to. Then as a symbol of him becoming a fully fledged Shinobi, Masaru's family each gave him a token to keep with him throughout his service, his mother gave him a purple scarf which she used to wear while he was a baby, he keeps it tied around the top of his saya to remind him of his mothers gentle nature and stop him drawing his sword unless necessary. His sister gave him a discreet necklace to remind him about the most important thing, it is simply a strip of metal on a thin chain, on the back of the strip is engraved the kanji 'family'. Finally his father passed on his sword, a weapon which in turn was passed to him by his father and had been in the family as long as they could trace back.

This is the sword passed down through the generations of the Miyamoto family, it is a finely crafted katana with intricate detailing on both the blade and the saya. The most noteworthy area's of detail are the kanji inscriptions, at the top of the saya is the kanji 'Bravery', then at the top of the blade itself is the kanji 'fear'.
