It came under our scope that Dark Sage's Impure World Resurrection had a big flaw. No where in its notes it says that IWRs can have inventories or can have weapons at their creation. While the lack of inventories does not prevent their full utilization, the lack of weapons does, since it forces you out of using Weapon Taijutsu.
The admin team has decided that since the Dead Soul Technique allows the zombie to start with a non augmented weapon, so should the Impure World Resurrection. Thus, as of this moment, any future IWR applications may also apply a single, non augmented weapon of their choice for the IWR's exclusive use. Already created IWRs will also have the chance to apply for one weapon.
Furthermore, the user will be able to share the contents of his inventory with his IWR once it has been summoned. Same restrictions apply for the IWR body.
