Hello there fellow Ninpochions.

In behalf of the Admin team and due to the recent changes to the Quick Learner table, we would to apologize to the players if we were not clear enough. Jutsu Talent, as we all remember, used to rank up our jutsus for free, once we had that ability. With its permanent loss, all the jutsus that were ranked up through it, are to return to their previous state (in most cases to Rank 1 again, the exception being those jutsus that we ranked up with the traditional way). Therefore, for those users that are/were Quick Learners, unless you manually trained your jutsus, you find yourselves with them back to Rank 1 and for the inconvenience this will surely bring up, we sincerely apologize.

]In behalf of the Admin Team, I would like to announce that we are offering a free rebirth for the affected Quick Learners of Ninpocho, since the removal of the Jutsu Talent ability from the QL's tree. The affected players that wish to use the following option are eligible to rebirth into their current character, if so they wish. Players involved in a BMod call will have to wait till that particular topic's end. Their death in that particular topic means they won't be able to use this rule to prevent their PC's death. Normal death rules will apply then.

In order to regain their lost OOC Rank, the players are able to either use their capped points to train the necessary jutsus or use their own stats for the same effect.
