Character's Physical Description: Juzo is a fairly average kid in terms of height and weight. He has a striking resemblance to his father, Juzo Sr., with the same eye and hair color. Orange and dingy-blue, respectively. Aside from that he doesn't have many other noticeable traits. The kid has pale skin, dingy blue hair, orange eyes and a bodyweight within normal ranges for an 11 year old boy. His features are sharp like his fathers but he seems more carefree.
Character's Mental Description: He is fairly optimistic, intelligent and idealistic. The young man is only too willing to join the ranks of the shinobi like his father before him. He honestly believes he can make a difference and hopes to get a chance to prove that. Because of his upbringing in a shinobi household, Juzo's family home, he knows some of the basics of being a shinobi but he lacks any formal education in jutsu or combat. Because of this he lacks a realistic view of the world.

Character History: He was the son of the Med-nin Juzo early in life. Because of this Juzo's family raised the child for him at their ancestral home. His father being engaged as both a shinobi and a researcher meant he never really knew the man nor was he ever trained. Juzo insisted he would never receive better training than by going to the academy and joining a genin team. As it stood admissions were low and getting into a genin team was considered to be a big deal. So the young man tried his best to teach himself what he could in preparation for the big day he would join the academy. With that day quickly approaching the young man found himself more and more anxious.

While it is a bit unorthodox, as long as its the players choice, I dont see anything wrong with the stat cut being increased. If your willing to sacrifice all the stats to start an academy student character from ground up, then by all means. So approved by me o.ob ASP stay at 173

You dont own a contract now, but I see in your training that you claimed the ASP card for your Holiday gift...thoug you didint spcify which you want. Id guess there wouldnt be much of a problem with you just reedeming it once the new char is set up. All in all the OCR seems ok to me.
