Mitsuha is small for her age, only being four foot five. She has an almost fragile looking frame as she barely ever goes out until recently. She was born with green hair, and green eyes. Her skin is slightly pale due to not being out in the sun as much as other kids. She usually wears a school like uniform of a uniform button shirt along with uniform type jeans. Whenever it gets cold outside, she would usually wear a black long sleeve shirt underneath her uniform along with a green scarf. Her uniform is complete with a green tie. It is a very rare occasion in which she is not wearing her signature uniform. And if she isn't she would usually be seen wearing blue jeans and a green shirt. How she usually keep her hair is to have it as a double ponytail as her hair goes down past her shoulders. She would usually wear a red hair tie for her double ponytails.
Mental description
Kaguya Mitsuha is an introvert at heart and would most likely want to be left alone at first. It would take a lot for a person to get Mitsuha out of her social shell. What's more is that she doesn't understand people most of the times as she was raised by a rich family, where everything there was no worry for running out of things. With these two things in mind, she finds it very hard to really make friends with people at first sight. It would often take four or five different encounters with someone before Mitsuha even considers feeling comfortable around them. That's if, they can get past her rather uppity attitude if people can't understand her way of thinking, ie, rich people problems. All in all though, once you become her friend, she'll trust you with her life. There is one thing though that would get her to almost nonstop talk about. And that is if something interests her or she finds something kind of cool. She is also very intelligent and book smart when it comes to anything not ninja-y.
History
Being born into a rich family, her father, a business guru and her mother a famous professional dancer from the Kaguya clan, Mitsuha had everything handed to her for most of her life. There would be very little that she would ask for that her parents would be hesitant about. Her parents, even though they were rich and famous, had cared a lot about her well being. They have even went as far as getting her admitted into a private school, not one of ninja, but rather full of non-chakra type of people. She most of her time in this school she wouldn't know what a ninja even is, only see people jumping around from building to buildings, thinking they must be maniacs. It wasn't until one day in which she was walking home when a group of men had kidnapped her and was holding her for ransom. Never before has the girl been more scared for her life. Even though she was young, she wasn't dumb, she knew her parents were rich and that's why the men kidnapped her.
Everything was going according to plan, she seen her parents come up, with a huge bag that she can only presume to be money. But before any of them could react, the group of men knocked out her mother and pointed a gun at her father. Her eyes widened in fear and disbelief at what was happening. She reached out a hand, yelling, "Stop!" And as her hand extended out, she felt her skin tear away and something was shot out of her hand and into the man's gun hand. He screamed out in pain and dropped his weapon. The other men closed in on Mitsuha but they never got to her as someone came crashing in and disposed them in matter of seconds. After the whole commotion died down, she asked her parents who was it that had saved them. They would look at each other and say that was a ninja. That was something that they did, save other people. She would then look down at her own hand, expecting some sort of damage from it as she felt the tearing sensation of it, but it looked good the same as ever.
A few days later she would pester her butler about the whole situation, of what he thinks until finally he caved in and told her what he thinks. Apparently she has a powerful bloodline that uses their very bones as weapons to fight. After begging and begging, she had asked him to train her in secret, because she knows her parents would disprove of her engaging in dangerous activities, he gave in again. Turns out, their butler was once a ninja here in Leaf too. After a few strenuous weeks of training, Mitsuha was confident in her abilities to produce bone weapons. Soon after, she would finally build up the courage to ask her parents to enroll her into the ninja student academy where she can hone her skills further, stating that she wants to be someone that helps people, and eventually spilled the beans that she has control of her Kaguya powers.
