Name: Kaiz Keisuke
Age: 15 [Genin - AiT]
Gender: Male
General Description:
A 5'6 lean, tall boy with a caucasian skin that weighs around 130lbs. Blue eyes are the first thing you notice when you see him from the front. The second thing that you will see is his sharp thin nose on his emotionless face. A look that he doesn't care about stuff around him. All other features that might pop out from his body aren't that special. You might recognize him from his brown hair that covers his neck and forehead but not his ears. His hands can give you an idea that he uses them a lot. Calluses on the palm om both hands from lifting heavy loads.
History:
Keisuke was born and raised in Konoha. Being only child from a lovely mother and father who owned a little shop at the edge of the village, selling a variety of things. The primary income from the shop was cheap self-made weaponry from blades to shurikens. Their clients were mostly travelers who passed by the village or young men who wanted to protect their families who lived in the nearby forest and mountains against burglars.
It was his mother who wanted him to join the academy at age nine for a better future. Their shop didn't have any for him. His first run wasn't a successful one as Keisuke didn't pass his exams. The young boy was against it. He didn't want to be a shinobi. All he ever wanted was to be happy by taking over his parents shop and keep the tradition alive.
A year older and a second try. This time Keisuke did exceed the exams and gained the title of genin off Konoha. It was a year of persistence, a sign of potential from what he could achieve. The first woman in the boy's young life fell sick to an unknown illness which needed medical guidance. Something the family couldn't bring up to the table. Their income from the shop was in balance with their outcome. They had not much in spare. It was from that time that the father decided to travel further away from Konoha to other lands. In the hope to get more money for his goods and to find a cure for his wife.
Keisuke, who just had finished the academy, was fated to accompany his father journey. His mother stayed with her only sister, who was alone and much older.
Protecting wasn't the only thing Keisuke did during his journey, his old man didn't go to the academy when he was young. The boy had to help his father with his traveling shop by making or repairing new stuff. Stuff like swords, fishing hooks, wheels for carts. Mostly things for who weren't living the ninja life.
The journey wasn't right for the relationship between father and son. The further away they went, the more they fought each other with words. Both men had the woman of their lives on their minds. Keisuke wanted to go back as his father wanted to go further to find a cure. Each day they received a message with an update on the condition of their beloved. It didn't go the right way. The situation was getting worse each day they received a letter. Keisuke wanted to return to his mother, knowing that she won't have many days to live. His father was against it, still filled with hope for a cure.
Months passed away. The boy was fourteen years already, close till fifteen. Saw things did a thing he couldn't imagine he would do at his age. It was a beautiful day when they finally received that message. The mother died of her illness. That day was also the last day from Keisuke's father. The two had another fight. Not physically but verbally, they never laid a hand on each other. That fight gave the old man to much stress for his older body. Traveling, staying up late messed up his fragile body. A heart attack was what killed him.
The boy cried for days in the middle of nowhere. Feeling abandoned, feeling guilty. He shouldn't have been so harsh towards his father. It happened, and he had to live with that, there was no way he could turn back time. There was nothing left for him to stay where he was at that time. There was no reason to keep going with his father's shop, even if it was his dream as a kid. There was only one place to go to, back home to his aunt since his father was the last in line from his family.
Cleaning up for his return, Keisuke found a box he never saw before with his father signature on it. In shock, he was when he opened it. His father kept all the letters he had received from his sister in law. Only they seemed to be different than the ones he had seen. Covered and written in blood. Threatening to kill.
The truth came out. The boy's aunt made her sister sick for revenge. She was meant to marry Keisuke's father, and she was expected to have sons and daughter to keep their lineages alive. The father chose not to marry her as he loved his future wife. All the letters they received had a message to return to Konoha and start a new life with her. All he had to do was kill his son as she would kill her sister. The father refused and took Keisuke on this journey to protect him.
The teenager found out that his mother was dead for a while now and that his father gave each day a fake letter to him.
Keisuke had now two goals in his life. First, revenge for the death of his parents. Second, fulfill his mothers wish, to become a shinobi. ANBU was his personal goal. No one needed to know who he was, wearing a mask fits him perfectly. Training was necessary before he could achieve his goals. He asked for some exercise, in trade for his skill, in villages as he passed them during his return to Konoha.
He had reached the age of fifteen as he stood back on the border of the village hidden in the leaf.
