Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

Character Description:
Physical:
Shinji has brown hair, usually slightly massed up. Clear blue eyes and light skin. His physical build is medium due to the fact that he actually trained himself physicly back at the mountains. He wears white robes with a blue outline and has 10 sealing tages sticked on him, 5 on his chest and 5 on his back. He also has a massive scare on his right shoulder though he doesnt really know why.

Personality:
Shinji is usually calm and sometimes even cheerfu.l Very optimistic, quite clumsy and usually jokes around for no real reason. Shinji however has a weakness for girls since he was trained by his parents about modesty and how he shouldnt interact with the oposite sex as much as posible, though he as himself has quite a perverted mind and tries his best to fight it off even though it doesnt work most of the time, even if he doesnt intentiolly takes it into action.

Character History:
Shinji was born into a family of traveling priests who's sole goal is to fight evil spirits and eradicate anything evil in the world. Coincidently enough, he was born in Konoha during their travels and even though he was registered as a Konoha civilien, he was soon taken with his parents to continiue their travel around the world. As family tradition, every new clan member (Kami-kaze Clan), when the child reaches the age of 6, they must be left alone in the wild to learn how to become one with nature and survive long enough to have enough strength to fend off evil spirits.

When the time came, Shinji's perants left Shinji to preform the traditional ritual of 4 years in the wilderness of a snowy mountain. Shinji as clueless as he was and with the very little information given to him beforehand fought against the odds and somehow survived the horrible climat. One day when he was meditating in the woods, a pack of wolfs stumbled upone him and thought of him as an easy pray. Shinji barely survived the encounter but had a part of his skin at his right shoulder ripped out by one of the wolfs that attacked him, ever since he had a scare on it. He was gravely injured and was all alone when a traveling shinobi found him unconcious under a large pile of snow. The shinobi dragged him out and carried him all the way to Konoha for medical attention. When a background search was made for him, they discovered that he's already registered in Konoha hence he was already a villager. Soon after, a visitor came to visit him while he was in the hospital and while the nurses were away, he preformed a sealing ritual until the day that his parents would come back to get him.

When Shinji woke up, he already had 5 tages sticked to his chest and 5 on his back, both proportional and in a spesific order forming a pentagram that would seem to seal all of his gained power. When he was released from the hospital he was taken into interrogation in one of the Milpol stations but they soon found out that he barely had any memory left of his past expiriences. At that time, he was already 10 years old. They placed him under foster care until he'd grow up and get a place of his own. While being in the foster care, he learned about the word Shinobi, a ninja who defends Konoha, that sounded quite appealing to Shinji and he urged himself to join the academy to become his own ambition, a person who defends his village. From the little memory he had left, he could remember the mannerifics that were tought to him and that the great Sage is his source of power to defeat evil. And now, after registering himself into the Konoha Academy for Shinobi, he began his life as a ninja.

Sanryoukyougan (Prism Eyes) - Activated Passive
Crystal eyes are inherited by the Onmyouji, granting them abilities against Spirits and Evil that far surpasses a normal human being. Â Along with granting them protection from illusions, the Sanryoukyougan also makes attacks and defense against Spiritual and Evil types easier, as well as show their weak point. Â

Rank 1: +1 Gen Save/Gen DC. Bypasses up to 5% Damage reduction from Spiritual or Evil targets.
Rank 2: +1.5 Gen Save/Gen DC, +1 Critical to melee Taijutsu. Bypasses up to 10% Damage reduction from Spiritual or Evil targets.

Iron Will - Passive
The Tsuchimikado are a people with a unique affinity to an uncommon and rare element; Metal. Their affinity allows them condense the minerals within the ground into a hardened, metallic form with increased strength and power, and is often cast through the use of special Onmyoudo Tags created from their chakra that can be used in place of handseals.

Rank 1: May convert Earth Jutsu into Metal by paying an additional 20% Chakra Cost.
Rank 2: May convert Earth Jutsu into Metal by paying an additional 10% Chakra Cost.
Rank 3: May convert Earth Jutsu into Metal at no extra cost.

Note:
- Metal Jutsu gain +5% Damage per rank.
- The Tsuchimikado automatically has access to the Metal element.

Kaneton Tag: Alloyed Fangs - Metal Ninjutsu
Utilizing the the Onmyoudo Tags that they create, a series of metal fangs appear from the ground. Â The fangs' serrated edges tear instead of cleave the target. Â The Alloyed Fangs remain on the field. Â It is rumored that the Alloyed Fangs may be utilized while someone is entrapped in a metallic prison.

Rank 1: 5 metal spikes deal 120 damage each.
Rank 2: 5 metal spikes deal 280 damage each.
Rank 3: 5 metal spikes deal 440 damage each.

- If used in conjunction with Iron Coffin, This bypasses the Coffin's Hp, but destroys the Coffin in the process.

Tsuihouton Tag: Exorcism - Metal Ninjutsu
Throughout history, the Tsuchimikado Clan were utilized to ward away evil beings and vengeful spirits. During their occupation and travels, the Clan learned how to banish evil beings and spiritual apparitions through the use of exorcism and special sealing tags.

Rank 1: Sealing tag deals 1040 initial damage, and 600 damage per round. 10% chance to revert to original form per round.
Rank 2: Sealing tag deals 1300 initial damage, and 740 damage per round. 15% chance to revert to original form per round.
Rank 3: Sealing tag deals 1560 initial damage, and 900 damage per round. 20% chance to revert to original form per round.

Special Action: Exorcism can be used reactionary to counter a Spiritual or Evil Jutsu, Negating damage. This requires a Ninjutsu check between the attacker and the user with a -3 penalty to the user. This lowers by .5 per rank of this jutsu after the first.

Note:
- Does not Stack
- Lasts up to three rounds, requiring a Gen Check each round.
- If the target is Spiritual/Evil in anyway, the user deals +10% Damage and has +1 to all checks of this technique, not including negating jutsu.
- Original Form cancels all activated buff's effecting the target.

Rank 1: 2 AP; 420 CP, 200 CP/rnd to maintain
Rank 2: 2 AP; 520 CP, 250 CP/rnd to maintain

Kaneton Tag: Iron Coffin - Metal Binding Ninjutsu
During their travels, the Tsuchimikado had to find a way to ensnare spirits and evil beings, thus the creation of the Iron Coffin. Â A large metal box surrounds the target after the tag(s) have made contact with the target, bringing airborn targets back down to earth. Â After the target has been contained, that is when the Onmyouji takes the advantage of sealing the spirit. Â

Rank 1: Binds one target in a metal prison at -4 Acc. Once bound, the target may use their next 2 AP in action. Â All other AP afterwards is nulled until next round. Coffin has 2700 HP, regenerating 675 Hp per round.
Rank 2: Binds one target in a metal prison at -3 Acc. Once bound, the target may use their next 1 AP in action. Â All other AP afterwards is nulled until next round. Coffin has 3300 HP, regenerating 825 Hp per round.
Rank 3: Binds one target in a metal prison at -2 Acc. Once bound, the target may not make further action until next round. Coffin has 4500 Hp, regenerating 1125 Hp per round.

Note: Â
- The target bound may make actions freely after the initial round of binding. Â
- The only way out of the binding is to destroy the binding from either the inside or the outside.
- While bound, Lightning jutsus casted upon coffin deal +5% damage, this does not apply to damage done to the Coffin.
- While bound, Fire jutsus casted upon coffin deal +10% damage both to the victim and the coffin.
- While bound, Exorcism deals +10% damage with +10% chance to revert. This bonus does not apply to damage done to the coffin.

Titanium Body - Metal Ninjutsu
Able to manipulate the metals within their body, the Onmyouji are able to blend the metals together to cause their body to harden into titanium alloy. Â Every part of the Onmyouji's body becomes a shiny chrome color and their skin becomes harder than steel. With strength and resistance comes sluggish and inaccurate movement. This form is only used in dire circumstances. Â

Rank 1: -5% physical damage taken, +5% melee damage dealt, ignores up to 9 feet of knock back per attack.
Rank 2: -10% physical damage taken, +10% melee damage dealt, Ignores up to 12 feet of knockback per action.
Rank 3: -15% physical damage taken, +15% melee damage dealt, ignores up to 15 feet of knockback per action.

Note: Â
- While active, the user suffers a -2 penalty to both Accuracy and Dodge.
- Water jutsu used against the user inflict -1 Dodge for the remainder of the round. Does not stack.
- +15% Lightning/Fire Damage taken.
- After taking damage from Lightning or Fire, deals extra +10% damage of that element for next Unarmed physical action.
- -20% Damage taken from Gravity jutsu. Gravity-based effects are halved.
- This counts as a Chakra Armor.

Tenmeiton Tag: Yin-Yang Barrier - Barrier Ninjutsu
Many times, the Onmyouji encounters spirits that overwhelm them, thus the necessity for a defense against them came to be. Â The barrier appears to be a circular pentagram upon the ground, bearing a strange white glow. Â Due to necessity, three barriers were created in order to help the Onmyouji. Â By utilizing tags, the Onmyouji creates a barrier around them and their allies to protect them against the three types of attacks. Â Each barrier blocks a certain type from getting inside the barrier and getting out. Â

Rank 1: 5x5 area. Barrier has 3500 HP (Regenerates 25% Max HP per round) which blocks against Taijutsu, blocking movement in and out of the barrier, to include underground travel. Â
Rank 2: 7x7 area. Barrier may block 8 levels worth of Genjutsu (Regenerating 2 levels per round) before dissipating. Â Genjutsu being used from inside the barrier are also blocked/damages barrier.
Rank 3: 10x10 area. Barrier has 6000 HP (Regenerates 25% Max HP per round) which blocks Ninjutsu. Â Ninjutsu being used from inside the barrier are also blocked/damages barrier.

- Barrier Strength cannot be buffed.
- The type of barrier remains secret, not shown in the battle.
- Â Rank 2 Barrier has 5% chance to reflect Genjutsu back to caster at -2 Caster's Gen DC. This applies to both sides of the barrier.
- Rank 2 Barrier has 5% chance to deal double effect on user at -2 Caster's Gen DC. This applies to both sides of the barrier.
- Rank 3 Barrier has 5% chance to reflect Ninjutsu back at the caster at -2 Caster's Nin Acc. This applies to both sides of the barrier.
- Rank 3 Barrier has 5% chance to deal double damage on user at -2 Caster's Nin Acc. This applies to both sides of the barrier.

Tenmeiton: Â Judgment Gate - Special Ninjutsu
Opening an enormous gate bearing double doors that slowly open up, the Judgment gate appears in three forms. Â The Molten Rock Gate appears to be quickly rushing lava that envelopes the target only to dry and bind the target. Â The second is the Final Arc Gate, where an enormous ship is drawn to the target upon a deluge of water, crashing into the target. Â The final gate is the Pandora's Gate. Â Pandora's gate is a complete enigma as nobody knows what to expect when the doors of Pandora's Gate are opened.

Rank 1 - Molten Rock Gate: Â Summons a wave of lava that deals 3200 Lava Damage. Next round, Molten Rock hardens, becoming a binding causing -2 acc/dodge for 2 rounds
Rank 2 - Final Arc Gate: Â Summons a ship upon a wave of water, the ship crashes into the victim dealing 3230 Wood damage, while the wave further deals 1610 Water Damage. Â Should both hit, victim takes -3% HP per round for 3 rounds.
Rank 3 - Pandora's Gate:: Â Random effect.

- Debuffs do not stack.
- Molten Rock’s debuff ONLY works when hit by it.
- Final Arc’s debuff ONLY works when hit by it.
- Pandora's Gate must be rolled between 1 and 40 to determine it's effect. The effect has a 100% chance of success, but cannot be buffed. Â

Wow, it took me quite a while to get this ready (expecially thanks to my job). But since I returned I've desided I'd rather put my current character as an iNPC and make a brand new character as an RPC. So there you have it:

Also, regarding the jutsu transphere, I'd like to be very clear. Most of the jutsus are unmarked since I intend them to stay as they are (meaning, my new character will be using those jutsus as well), there are also 2 advanced elements used in that transphere list: Blood and Metal. The reason behind it is simply being that Shin is a Chigokai which outomaticly unlocks the Blood AE for him (at a spesific level of the BL but since his PL is over the mastery requirement of the BL, he'll probebly get it that way anyway), as for metal, I intend to use my free minor/ major element selection being Minor None-Elemental and Major Earth. (I sure hope I didnt sound too rude on this paragraph... If so, than I'm sorry in advance ^^)

injuries and doesnt break too fast. His normal choice of clouthing is dark shorts with a bandage strapped on his right thigh and a short sleeved black shirt.

Mentally Shin is a positive thinking kid which tends to smile a lot most of the time even withought a reason. His ambition is to become a shinobi that can

protect the orphenage where he grew up in and give them his occasional payment to keep them from closing down. The thing he probebly likes the most is to

learn new things, he finds joy in questioning people to see if he can gain any new information, though what he dislikes as contredictionary as it might seem -

noisy people, he cant stand if theres someone who talks more than him for some odd reason.

Character History:
Shin was born to a Chigokai clan though from his birth he was taken by rouge shinobi who raided his village and was initially raised by them, than a dark

haired stranger killed the people that stole Shin in the first place and brought him to the city of Neo Leaf into an orphanage and he grew up there ever since.

He doesn't exactly remember who exactly was his parents nor did he know what happened to those rouge shinobi, but he did remember only one thing, the

name of the person who brought him back to the village, Raharu Kiraya. Shin as he grew up was very fond of his new family, he did quite a lot of trouble with

the rest of the kids and ended up doing so much damage to the orphanage that it nearly went out of business. Shin was always clumsy, when he only began to

be able to run, he always ran into something and got himself hurt, he tripped a lot and got knocked up against various objects, he was very familiar with being

injured and the medical center, since he happened to visit them a lot, thanks to his... Ahem, condition. At age of 8 Shin met the mysterious dark haired shinobi

that brought him to the village during one of his missions, he was surprised to find out that Shinobi were an organization that existed for the sole purpose of

helping and defending the village, which made Shin try his best to get into that organization himself, the problem was that he was too weak and inexperienced.

At the age of 9 Shin began showing odd behavior, he began to go missing a lot and disappear mostly during the night for unknown reasons and every time he

was found covered in wounds and blood, crying. At the age of 10, he finally stopped disappearing and showed slight signs of maturity (as much as a child can

show that is) and was finally let the opportunity to go to the academy to try and become into a shinobi himself.

Metal Advanced Element Application:
Shin after a long period of experimentation of the earth element affinity and the general knowledge of the jutsus he couldn't classify as an elemental jutsu lead him to experimenting with mixture of both chakra types into one. On a warm summer's evening, Shin was training alone as usual in the woods, none of his fellow orphans came along as usual since they didn't view the way of shinobi the way he did, they didn't like the idea of becoming the tool of the city for whatever reasons they had. He was training in molding chakra when he tried to summon the power within him to control the earth with his will and chakra, he pressed chakra into the ground, pulsing it down in waves and letting it spread around him, kind of making it work like a sonar only, he couldn't pick anything up with it at all, proving it be quite a useless exercise for him aside from the general usage of chakra. He than tried to approach it from a different angle, what if he tried to blend in his usual chakra with the type he uses to control the earth. He tried to press that chakra into the ground again and again but nothing new in particular happened, all he felt was that the earth was literally absorbing his chakra into it and nothing more. He tried than to do the same thing but not when he's pressing it against the dirt bellow him but into the air itself, which resulted in a thrust of chakra, something like a weird faint air current which didn't really mean to do anything but to move things foreword. He tried than to do something else, what if he tried to press this chakra into something that wasn't the air or the earth, he knew that there should be potential in there but he didn't know what it's capable of, so he tried to experiment it with various things. First he tried the tree, it was quite close to him so it was fairly easy to use that, but nothing happened aside from making some leaves fall. Than he tried to press it into the water but once again, nothing but ripples came out. Than he tried to press it against a metal bar that he found on the street. Weirdly enough it shifted a little, as if he melted it up and it expended and curled up into a spiral. Shin got excited, he finally came up with something, what if he were to try and actually control the directions it'd move towards. He pressed his chakra from different angles and it literally made it twist accordingly, first to the right, than to the left, in the end it looked like a zigzagged bar. He than decided he wanted to try something even harder, what if he tried to press it in the middle of a metallic plate? He had to find out, his ambition was rising through the roof and he couldn't let himself stop. He took one of the plates from the kitchen and placed it so that the middle wouldn't touch anything on two rocks, than he placed his palm firmly on the middle and began to press that weird chakra combination in the middle, the plate first formed ripples but than the middle began to sink in creating a very weird lump and rendering the plate quite useless. He kept that plate for practice ever since and continued working on his new found chakra.
