Character's Physical Description: Tetsu stands at a standard five foot seven inches. He has short spikey hair which was covered up by a gray hoody at all times. Behind black sunglasses which have never been removed are Tetsu’s silver, yet blind eyes. His body was athletic but not bulky. He would look on the smaller side to most people. Black jeans with a gray hoody was his normal attire. Sometimes he went black hoody black jeans. But those weren’t his normal attire.
Character's Mental Description: Sadistically peaceful, the perfect words to describe this young man’s personality. While completely sane and knowing right from wrong, He also has a sense of what he wants is also the only right thing. The only ones he would listen to would be his immediate family being the Isaki clan, and even then it would take some reasoning for them to stop him. He's overly proud of being apart of the Isaki clan and flaunts a sense of power over people, putting them in a position to be inferior to him in his mindset.

Character History:
The history of Tetsu begins at the beginning as any would. After being born and raised by his parents inside of the manor of the Isaki clan. The family spread far and wide within the village of mist and it being one of the oldest, making it also one of the most prosperous clans. Also being part of such a huge clan, meant having various and different numerous abilities. Tetsu’s father was of the Hashigaki clan, a humble and brave clan of physically blinded men and women.
While growing up, sense his mother was first line cousins with Tenken, she knew the language of the Isaki clan and had passed some of it down to Tetsu. He didn’t know it perfectly but he could understand the basics of it, just not speak it. Just enough to understand a general meaning of what was being said, even if he didn’t get the whole thing.
The problem was that Tetsu didn’t respect his cowardly father. His side of the family was weak and not important in any way possible. He gained the arrogance of the Isaki clan and from his mother. For sake of better words being unused, she wore the pants in the family while he cowered at her times of anger. She was Tetsu’s pride and joy. He looked up to her.
Tetsu went through the academy and graduated at the age of ten like most children. He wasn’t a prodigy of any type however he did work hard as instructed by his mother. He would do all he could to make her proud. He made Genin rank in Kirigakure by the time he was thirteen by catching three different bells from three chuunin ranked shinobi. There was one thing that Tetsu had that most people thought would be a disadvantage. He was blind. He was born with the Hashigaki’s powers however they didn’t develop until slightly before his genin exam. In which time was the only time he found a use for the person named his father which through his instruction. Using the Hashigaki’s ability with sonar to feel out people in a fight and distinguished the sound he heard and the vibrations people made in their movements. He was also taught on how the pitch of his voice could be used to force a Genjutsu onto someone instead of using eye sight like other shinobi’s. After the exam finished, he was allowed to keep one bell for his own and on it wrote the word "Genin". Along with his forehead protector that he had on his right arm underneath his hoody, he wore the bell around his neck, just like a necklace. With his Sonar abilities from the Hashigaki bloodline, this allowed him to see even more clearly due to the sound it would make and the sound waves bouncing off objects every time he took a few steps. He would see the world in black in white, just the way he viewed it.
After the training ended however, he ended most contact with his father again. He despised the man’s weakness for not reaching for his true potential. Tetsu would refuse to become like him and his stupidity. A few years later and he was up for his chuunin exam. For this particular exam he and two others had to go on a mission to the outskirts of mist and kill a band of thieves that had been terrorizing trade routes to Kirigakure’s smaller villages and were making their ways towards the port for trading; taking over everything in their way. Through the combination of Tetsu’s Genjutsu and the other two shinobi’s ninjutsu, they formed a trap and killed their targets with some struggle but nothing unmanageable for the three now chuunin shinobi of Mist with a few more scrapes and bruises. Tetsu was instructed to become a team with the other two, but with his personality he left the group, seeing them as inferior and a waste of space, something to this day he still doesn't regret thinking. There was no reason to team up with the weak, only the strong and smart would survive.
He was sixteen and working hard to become a Jounin when the frozen tundra came over Mist. Through trials and a long journey they left their village. Tetsu’s parents died from being frozen over by the cold and harsh elements. Tetsu fully embraced and dropped his father’s surname, while picking up his mothers’ maiden name. He was an Isaki by blood and he would stay that way. He was brought into the clan by Tenken, the current leader of the Isaki clan. It’s been four years for Tetsu, now at the age of twenty, sense that day. He was a full-fledged member of the Isaki clan and had banished his father from the clan, as an example of his own power. He wasn't a leader but he was the oldest male member by blood in the household and what he said now went. His mother protested but eventually came to terms with such a decision. The weak would hold them back, the weak were only there to be in the way... to die. He would fight to protect his family. He would make this world into his liking and nobody would stand in his way of proving to his deceased mother that this world would bow down, one village at a time. His own brand of peace… and possibly tyranny. The Blind Demon was alive and a new brand of Hoshikata was born. Whomever stood in his way, would certainly perish.
