Grandfather Shinjuko was tough as nails, but as quick as lightning. His old body made up in grace what he lacked in strengeth. With his hands imbued with electricity, he rushed the younger Yusei. The Kazama was quick enough that he managed to catch the blow before it could do any serious injury to the boy's body, but that didn't stop the energy from surging through him. It burned and invigorating at the same time. He felt the urge to strike back, a glint of lightning in his orange and blue eyes. Yusei smiled as he hurled a Storm Bolt Of his own right back at his grandfather. The sheer force of the retaliatory shot knocked the old man down, and they both laughed.

The abilities taught to the young Kazama were indeed rigorous. He spent the time needed to master his abilities, and he did it often. This day, he felt his Rasengan could be more powerful, so created one and he forced an extra infusion of Chakra directly into the swirling ball.

He thought as the ball formed in his hand. Small at first, but steadily growing as he fed it from his chakras. It's blue glow made him grin because he could tell this was a more effective ability than the one he was used to training with. Within his giant pawlike hand held a swirling blue vortex. The boy took off, rushing towards the straw target with the speed of a fleeing gazelle. The force of the impact obliterated the target completely, and another smile stretched across the Kazama's face, this time his fangs showed. His Jutsu could be more powerful than he imagined.

The beasts earpiece went off with a crackle, It would seem as though a convict had escaped the Prison and the young Kazama was called upon specifically to find him. Yusei sat on the edge of the village, his Byakugan scanning fervently to find him. It couldn’t have been too hard, old Shinjuko did it years ago, with the exact same criminal, so how hard could it be?

Turns out quite the endeavour. Yusei poured Chakra into his eyes, trying to find the distinction necessary to find this specific man in the thousands of chakra signatures found near the gates,
<I>”….Focus, You can do this. You’ve seen him before and you know his chakra pattern…. You just gotta focus…..”<i></i> He thought.

His eyes began to glow, as his search narrowed through the village, Yusei saw his chakra signature, it seemed to be a wisply red, singled out against the crowd, like it was being suppressed but the young Kazama could see it clear. His eyes had spotted his escapee, now all he needed was to catch him.
