[fontsize="11"]The best moment of Takumi's life was the moment that he decided to become a shinobi. Takumi is extremely energetic and very sociable. He has a strong sense of duty with an obsessive work-ethic, and he jumps at every opportunity to prove himself and become involved. He is very rarely seen being discouraged, even when he fails to live up to his own impossible standards. Due to his impulsive nature, he often fails to come off as intelligent as he actually is, giving off-hand responses which aren't representative of his infinitely more insightful opinion. Takumi appears to value intelligence to such a small extent that he will often ridicule it when he sees it, and hypocritically out-smart the culprit into admitting his own stupidity. In truth, however, this is merely a front to maintain a decent social image. His intelligence is what makes him effective as a shinobi, and it is therefore indespincible to him as a tool for realizing his dreams.
Almost symbolic to his capacity for mental clarity, Takumi possesses an acute eyesight which nearly pierces both immeasurable distance and imperceptible detail. As a catalyst to this ability, his interest and capacity for deductive logic was greatly improved as well. He makes it his past-time to work out both cause and effect of every detail which falls upon his energetic attention, and correctly anticipates the outcome of most of the events which surround him. This is one of the primary tools with which he engages during each of his assignments, though again he is extremely cautious not to share these observations (unless it is necessary). Steering his image away from being a brainy know-it-all is always of constant concern, and he will do anything to make a new friend (or keep the ones that he has). Coupled with this ability is a strong capacity for taijutsu, and an even stronger capacity for ranged taijutsu. Nothing is more direct to his training than practicing with shuriken and kunai, improving his accuracy, and learning to anticipate close-ranged attacks. It is noted that during the duration of the first part of his life, Takumi had developed a theory that he had been adopted from the Uchiha clan. He was embarrassed to learn, after much energetic investigation, that he was merely blessed with an abnormal capacity for visual prowess.
Takumi, while embarrassed by his intelligence, would always score high marks in his academic settings. It is obvious to everyone who knows him that he is an obsessive perfectionist. He is usually the last one to finish every test, and always runs out of space in which to write his answers. He has often lied about his perfect scores just to fit in with his friends. However, whenever he is truly engaged, he is often forced to take the initiative of his insights and apply them to effectively carrying out any assignment. He has a strong sense of loyalty, and would never turn away from a person in need. His dream is to become the most prolific shinobi of the village (with little regard toward actually becoming the Hokage), and solve every problem which happens to fall upon his path.[/fontsize]
[fontsize="27"]
[fontsize="11"]Takumi was born in the leaf village to a loving and caring family. His mother was very protective of him, but his father quickly recognized his capacity for hand-to-hand combat and urged his wife to consider enrollment in the ninja academy. Takumi had always been insightful, so eventually he caught wind of these discussions and launched his very own investigation as to the career of being a shinobi. He would often sneak out of the house and visit the ninja academy, admiring the students who were out practicing in the fields. Soon, he began to imitate their training sessions in his own way, and quickly discovered for himself his own capacities for becoming a shinobi. It didn't take long for him to decide to dedicate his life to utilizing his skills to protecting others, and impressing others with his abilities. One day, he announced to his parents that he had enrolled himself into the academy.
It was around this time that he was introduced to the Uchiha clan. He had made a few friends who spoke of the amazing "sharingan", which allowed for a visual prowess so vast that one could anticipate an event before it had even happened. It wasn't long before Takumi began to notice parallels between the mysterious "sharingan" and his own visual abilities. He could already see through extremely large distances, and he had even begun anticipating certain events based upon the details of his surroundings. For instance, he never failed to predict when it would rain, and he could even anticipate the flight path of a bird based upon the direction and force of the wind. He came to rely solely upon his eyes and his abilities as a deductionist to help with his training, academics, and even his social life. Therefore, the fact that he had begun to show early signs of possessing the fabled sharingan could not have escaped his notice. He began the second major investigation of his life when he began to refer to himself with the clan name "Uchiha". He made no attempt to hide his theories from his parents, having convinced himself that they were just as aware of the conspiracy as he was. He made frequent trips to the clan district in order to gather more information and ascertain the true identity of his parents. He made it clear within the classroom that he should be called by his "real name" Uchiha Takumi. He referred to his parents as "symbiotes" who wished to capitalize upon the power of the Uchiha to give their own name fame. His parents wrote it off as a simple phase, and did not discourage his behavior.
Finally, after having come to a complete and satisfied resolution of his theory, Takumi made himself a constant presence in the clan district. It wasn't long before a clansman noticed and began passively questioning him. After Takumi's explanation, the man caught his throat in a fit of laughter. He explained that, not only does the sharingan lack any presentation of its being activated, but it also doesn't work in the way Takumi's visual prowess had presented itself. Takumi himself gave a chuckle, comletely unsure of what to think. Still amused, he escorted the boy home and assured him that he had NOT once belonged to the Uchiha clan, and such a thing would be unheard of.
To say the least, Takumi was embarrassed... But he was also relieved.[/fontsize]

[spoilername="Hawkeye"]A Hawkeye is said to have the gaze of a raptor, able to see farther and with greater detail than any normal person. With uncanny aim and precision, Hawkeyes are able to riddle an enemy with arrows, kunai, and other thrown weapons.
Vital Strike - Passive (3 points)
Restrictions - C Rank and up
Taking their training to the next level, the Hawkeye masters to art of attacking enemy weak points, hitting them at an alarming rate.
Effect: +2 chance to score a critical hit with ranged/projectile weapons.
Rapid Assault - Modifcation (2 points)
Restriction - Requires Quickshot Jutsu
By training ceaselessly with the Quickshot technique, a Hawkeye gains the speed and precision to fire off even more arrows in a short period of time.
Effect: When using Quickshot, you may take an extra shot.
Flickering Shadow Shuriken - Modification (2 points)
Restriction - Requires Shadow Shuriken Jutsu
By repeatedly experimenting with the Shadow Shuriken technique, the Hawkeye learns to turn it towards a more versatile use, throwing multiple small shuriken rather than a few large ones.
Effect: Should the first set of Projectiles hit, the second gains an additional +1 Accuracy and +10% Damage.
Composite - Boost (1 point)
Restriction - may only be purchased a maximum of three times
The Hawkeye’s bows are tensed and well - balanced, and their kunai and shuriken have been sharpened for hours on end. Ranged weapons used by the Hawkeye are simply better and more effective.
Effect: +5% damage with ranged/projectile weapons.
Precise Strike - Dependent Special Move (2 points)
By taking their time to aim and waiting for environmental factors or an enemy opening, the Hawkeye is able to set up a shot far more accurate and deadly than normal. Through patience and discipline, they can deal a ferocious hit.
Effect: For every .5 AP they spend aiming (to a maximum of 1.5 AP), the Hawkeye can add +1 Accuracy and +10% damage to a shot or throw. The attack can be combined with ranged jutsu and must be made that round to take effect.
Full Shot - Dependent Special Move (3 points)
Restriction- C Rank and up
That archers are frail and possess little strength is a myth, encouraged by those who wish a little edge against their opponents. In fact, a ranged fighter must possess a great deal of strength to wield a bow--and even greater to use it to its maximum power.
Effect: By sacrificing -1 accuracy, the user may add 5% base damage to a shot or jutsu. Can sacrifice up to -3 accuracy this way.
Sureshot - Passive (2 points)
The focus of a Hawkeye is intense. When they're on their game, the world narrows down to a single target and they are able to land a hit, no matter how many factors go against them.
Effect: All ranged attacks have a 10% chance to auto-hit the intended target. Attacks that auto-hit override any type of auto-dodge or auto-miss effect and land a 100% hit, regardless of whether or not the attack would have hit otherwise. Does not override auto-fail or stun effects.
Keen Sight - Boost (1 point)
Restriction - May only be purchased up to three times.
With their sharp senses, a Hawkeye's shots tend to be far more accurate than the average bowman's. They are said to be dead shots, able to knock a fly off a target without brushing the target.
Effect: +1 accuracy with ranged/projectile weapons.
Shot on the Run - Style (3 points)
Restriction - C Rank and up
Often quick movement is a Hawkeye's only defense while holding onto a bow. This tends to hinder their accuracy as they move in evasive patterns at greater speeds.
Effect: The user gains a +3 dodge bonus and gain +15% projectile damage. Non-projectile attacks are used at -10% damage and -2 accuracy. Exhausts at an above average rate.
Notes: Like any other fighting style, this can be turned on or off at the user’s discretion or lack there of. Counts as a Physical Style.[/i]
Bounce Shot - Dependent Special Move (3 Points)
Restriction - C Rank and up
Often what looks like it missed is merely a surprise, trick shot. Hawkeyes can do funny things to their shots, making them bounce off obstacles or even thin air before hitting their targets.
Effect: The specified ranged attack can be re-rolled with a +2 bonus to hit at  -10% damage for surprise on the bounce. If the original target completely dodges, a secondary target may be chosen instead. Does not apply if it hits the first time. Applies individually to each hit of a multi-hit jutsu.
Sniper - Passive (2 Points)
By their innate knowledge of how the human body moves and where to aim, a Hawkeye is able to make their critical hits that much more devastating.
Effect: Critical hits done by the user do 3x damage instead of 2x with projectile/ranged weapons.
See The Wind - Jutsu (1 point, 1 point to rank up)
Restriction- A-Rank and up
This jutsu is the pinnacle of Hawkeye secret techniques, allowing the user for a brief moment to see the exact trajectory, pull, and timing required to make the perfect shot. When used, the entire world seems to slow down as they aim and fire, allowing them to determine exactly what to do. Once fired, the projectile speeds through the air and becomes nigh unstoppable, as anything that the opponent might try to do was probably already factored in.
Rank 1: A single strike dealing 2,970 Damage at +2 Accuracy. Cannot be stopped by Wind Jutsu, Shielding Jutsu, the Deflection ability, or instant block effects.
Rank 2: A single strike dealing 3,795 Damage at +2 Accuracy. Cannot be stopped by Wind Jutsu, Shielding Jutsu, the Deflection ability, or instant block effects. This attack pierces through all damage reduction.
