Physical
Kinjo is a being built from manual labor. His muscles corded from years working under his father’s eyes in his construction business. Dark brown hair rests on the top of his head, falling just below the ears.
He has light brown eyes, calm and calculative. Hidden behind the calmness, however, is a storm of emotions built from years of abuse.
He usually wears a teal duster over a dark top and pants.
A katana is usually seen either slung over his shoulder or attached to his belt, a long blade with a strange sigil etched into the hilt. An heirloom from his grandfather on his mother’s side.

Mental
Despite his physical form, Kinjo is more of an intellectual than a brute. He has a quick mind; He is a quick leaner, assesses situations with ease, and is able to solve even the most complex of equations.
Though he speaks rarely, his mind is a constant storm of dark emotions and thoughts. Full of self-doubt, curiosity, and concerns about his future.
Out of all these emotions he lacks one; concern for other human life. Kinjo has no empathy for his fellow human. He cares little about another’s life and is not phased by the injury or death of another. In fact, he cares more for the life of an accidentally stepped on ant than his fellow human. However, he carefully hides this. Faking the empathy when it is required.

History
Kinjo was raised under a dark cloud of abuse. From an early age, his father would grow into alcoholic tantrums nearly every night; beating either Kinjo or his mother. During the day; Kinjo was forced to work for his father in his construction business, where he was subject to a different type of abuse: mental. It was at his fathers business on a construction project did Kinjo realize his lack of emotion for other humans when an accident happened and one of his fathers employees was crushed under fallen rock, killing him instantly. Kinjo felt no emotion for the death of the man and quickly returned to work.
He later realized he did not care about when his father beat his mother, preferring it over his own beatings and enjoyed those nights. Whether this was something he was born to or rather something that was created from his fathers abuse is unknown.
Kinjo was late in age to the academy by the time he convinced his father, he learned quickly and practiced nearly every chance he got while being forced to still work under his father. Once he reached Genin, he left. Preferring to chance his life outside of his home, even if it meant sleeping on the streets until he could earn himself a livable place. On his departure, his mother granted him the old katana he wields now. A blade that belonged to his grandfather who his mom called a great shinobi.
At this time, Kinjo has no goals other than growing in strength and survival. His only true drive is be strong enough where no can beat him the same way his father did again.
