Hana seemed to have made it to the pass, she allowed her self to glance around in a few seconds, it seemed that there was a lot of questions that this place was going to be raised. Hana wondered how they created the rock formations it created the perfect defence, but that was to be expected from the country that boasted a strong military background. These rocks would have been to create by blasting a whole and it seemed that this would have been a perfect technology to get an understanding for though that would not be the case now days.

“Excuse me guard, is it possible to get someone important down to the gates, I am bringing a message from the Hokage to deliver to the Raikage.”

Hana allowed herself to twiddle a new lolly pop in her hand as she looked up to the guards that were in the towers wondering how long it would take for someone to turn up. Hana unwrapped the sweet and simply popped it into her mouth as she waited for someone to come to the gates, she didn’t want to cause any issues and would just wait patiently to see if someone would turn up.

[Kogami Ayumu]

A guard stationed outside of the gates noticed Hana approaching and moved to meet her, hearing her request. He would have offered to take the message to the Raikage himself, but kages usually preferred to have their messages relayed directly so he didn't bother. "Give me a moment," he said before reaching to his headset to activate it. "There's a girl here who says she has a message from the Hokage for the Raikage. See what he wants to do," the guard spoke. After a few moments, he seemed to get a reply and nodded. "Okay. The Raikage will be coming here to receive your message shortly," the guard informed Hana. In a matter of about ten minutes, the gates would open wide enough for a single person to pass through. Ayumu stepped through and looking around spotted Hana and the guard. A few more guards would pass through behind him, a precautionary measure that he hardly even took notice of. He approached Hana, looking to the guard and giving him a quick nod to let him know he was taking over.

"Hi there. You must be the one looking for the Raikage... that would be me," Ayumu introduced himself, in case she wasn't aware by looking at him. "I'm told you have a message from the Hokage, miss...?" he questioned, trailing off to hint that he was looking for a name, possibly a rank. By now, the new Hokage was in place and Umashi had retired, Ayumu assumed, so the message was likely from him. He wondered what message the new guy had for him.

It seemed that Hana had got the request that she wanted as the man approached, she allowed herself a few seconds to stand as tall as she could for a fourteen-year-old girl as she considered the options in those few minutes. It seemed that he introduced himself in those split second as he pondered the options though she was here on official business and had the letter as she produced it from her pocket before speaking to the man that stood in front wanting to know who she was. Clearing her throat and trying to act more presentable to the man.

“My name is Shino Hana, I am a serving Sennin inside of Leaf and come here with a note from the Fourth Hokage. It is an honour to meet yourself, this was to be hand delivered to yourself.”

Hana handed the note over, it was fully sealed and has the office stamp of the Hokage keeping it shut in those few seconds. As she handed it over it would be down to the Raikage to take from the letter what he wanted, words were always the best way to explain things than letters. But there was no time to come in person and Hana knew this was the next best form of communication.

Lord Raikage,

I have recently assumed the mantle of the Fourth Hokage and am writing to you first to extend my hand in friendship once more, these recent years have proven that Konaha and Kumogakure have a special relationship. I want that relationship to continue and the two villages to strive for a better understanding in both each other’s culture and the medical knowledge that we can expand on. As such I write this letter to offer that friendship still as it has been.

The Second reason that I am writing this letter is that with the recent changes I feel that we need to look at the return of the Shinobi from Leaf, I have put in the names of those that I wish to call back to the village and hope that you will be of assistance in there quick departure from the village. The members that I wish to see travel back to us are as follows:
Minamoto Suyashi.
Yaboi
Uchiha Ryu

At the same time since meeting in tea country I would also like to propose a culture exchange, with both Kaji and now with Tatsuo coming to experience the culture and the trade that has been keeping both countries improving. I have found someone that shows the drive and passion to learn and would with your permission like to grant her the Leaf privileges that cloud have so done with the two members of Leaf. As such I would like to request that Suyashi travels back with Fujiwara Minako so that the exchange of village members can continue to prosper and grow and not lop one side. With your permission if you find this acceptable.

Finally, I would like to request that in a few months’ time, when everything has settled myself and a small group come and visit your country, I know that not a lot of time has passed since the tournament but as such I feel that we should meet and I would love to have the privilege to visit your village and gaze upon the sites as I have never travelled there in all my time and this provides opportunity to see how life is for another village.

[Kogami Ayumu]

The young girl introduced herself as a Sennin from Leaf. A surprising revelation given her apparent age, but when Ayumu thought about it he had heard something of an even younger Sennin when Umashi had last shown up in Kumogakure. Ayumu smiled and nodded to the introduction and then took the letter that was presented to him.

"Thank you for coming all this way to deliver this," he said, showing gratitude for her effort. It was a long way to come for a Sennin especially to deliver a letter, though perhaps it had something to do with the contents. Wasting no time, Ayumu broke the seal and opened the envelope, pulling out the letter. He quickly went through it, absorbing all that was within. An extension of the new Hokage's offer to continue their cooperative relationship was first and foremost. This was a good sign, given that both villages stood to continue benefiting from it.

The second point of interest was a request to have a few shinobi of Konoha that were visiting Kumogakure return. Ayumu had no qualms there. If the Hokage bid his shinobi to return, that was their business. More interestingly, he had included a proposal to have one of Kumogakure's shinobi come to Konoha in a fashion similar to how Kaji and Tatsuo had. Apparently they had already spoken about it before now. Ayumu would need to speak to Minako before he could make any decisions regarding such an arrangement.

Lastly, the new Hokage expressed interest in visiting Kumogakure in a matter of months. Of course, Kumogakure had no reason to deny a visit from the leader of an ally. At some point when he had the time, Ayumu fully intended on making a visit to Konoha. Whether or not that was while he was still the Raikage remained to be seen. Having concluded reading the letter, he lowered it and looked up to the Sennin who was waiting patiently.

"Many things to consider. I'm not sure what you know of the contents of this letter, but it seems we have some Konoha shinobi visiting that the Hokage is recalling home. A... Minamoto Suyashi, Yaboi, and Uchiha Ryu," he said, glancing down at the letter. "As is his right, of course. If you'd like to come in, we can look into their whereabouts you so you can inform them," Ayumu continued, gesturing to the gates behind him. That was Konoha business, after all, that he wasn't looking to get in the middle of. "I will have to pen a response for the Hokage, as well," he concluded. That would have to take place after he spoke with Minako.

Hana looked back to the Raikage as he spoke, it seemed that the Hokage had given her a baby sitting duty though no facial expression came as she glanced back to the man and inclined her head in the offer, it seemed that she would be doing the round up job and wanted to make sure it was done quickly and efficiently under the orders of the Hokage. She had been sent here and it seemed that she was still going to be able to help to gather them up though how easy that would be was going to be an interesting question.

“I can help round them up of course Lord Raikage. Though while I am rounding them up would you like to write the reply, that way I can take the note back for you. It will save time in the long run and I can say that my journey was a double success when I return.”

Hana offered the return of the letter from the Raikage, though she in truth had no idea what was written so it was kind of a situation where she would have to tread lightly, Hana waited to see if she would be given the leave to start to round up members of Leaf inside of the village.

 

[Kogami Ayumu]

The Sennin quickly agreed to enter and seek out the Konoha-nin, much to Ayumu's relief. He wasn't sure whether the Leaf shinobi were expecting this recall, but it seemed better to him that it come from a Leaf Sennin rather than himself. In the meantime, he could get into contact with Minako about the move she was apparently interested in making. He had to verify that she was certain that it was a change she wanted to make. If it was, he didn't see much reason to deny it at the moment given that Konoha had relinquished Tatsuo and Kaji already.

"Great! In the meantime I will need to speak to one of my own, as it seems she may be coming along to Konoha as well, given what the Hokage has told me..." Ayumu mused. It was mostly something he was going to need to deal with now. He'd have to track her down and call her for a meeting in his office. Ayumu gave a quick signal to the gate guards indicating that Hana was to be allowed inside.

"Come on in," he said, gesturing to the slightly ajar gates.

Hana had seemed to make an impression though it was hard to tell if it was a good or bad impression, that much was still down to the roll of the dice. She allowed herself to nod and listen to the words of the Raikage. It seemed that he was going to be giving her the offer to be collecting leaf members from inside of the village. Hana slowly walked towards the inside of the village, it seemed that she would have to do some hard work, but it would be killing the time that she now had to spare.

“Thank you very much Lord Raikage, I will try and gather them, I will leave you to do what you must and wait for your reply at the gates, thank you for your hospitality. I appreciate the gesture that you have given.”

Hana allowed a smile to come from her lips as she strolled inside of the village, it would be a hard day, but she would have to try and gather the members of Leaf. As she hummed a little happy tune she skipped inside the village wondering what life would be like inside of a different village but at all the time the nudge that she was here to do business was on her mind.
