Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

Kanpekina Kyoki - KK

As the sun became covered above by clouds of dark gray, I made my way up the winter wonderland road of sugary snow and ice. The cold wind felt nice, and made me shiver in a very delicious manner as it soaked into my bones. This was a really interesting place so far, with friendly people who slammed their shutters as I passed and made weird symbols with their hands when they wanted to get my attention. I think so far only two of them bothered to say anything to me, but those weren't very nice people at all, trying to accuse me of being something or other. I didn't hurt them though, just made sure they didn't hurt me. I don't like hurting people.

Oh, some gates ahead, wonder what those are for. Perhaps they guard a castle that holds treasure. I like treasure because it shines and looks pretty. And when I take it around and give it to people they get really happy. Happy people are fun because then they like me and I like it when people like me. That's my goal in life, to be the most liked person ever. But some people are mean and I have to make sure they don't hurt me. I don't like hurting people.

Oh, the gates are taller than I thought. Well, that's okay, that means there's lots of stuff to protect inside of there. And people too. I like people. I want to help them build this wall bigger and bigger. That's my goal in life, to build the biggest wall ever and keep the people inside of it safe. Safe people are really good people to be around because it means they aren't as likely to try and hurt me. And when no one tries to hurt me I don't have to hurt anyone. I don't like hurting people.

I knock on the gates, a soft sound to be heard over the deafening silence of nothing that happens to exist right now. As I do, I notice a bird flying overhead. I wish I could fly up there with it, because the view must be fun. That's my goal in life, to fly high up and look down on people. But I won't poop on them like the birds, because then they get mad and try to hurt me and I have to stop them. But I don't wanna hurt them.

I don't like hurting people.

OOC: KK is about 4 feet tall with glowing yellow eyes. It wears a dirty brown cloak with the hood up, and matching shorts. Matching socks run right into the legs of the shorts, and it has gloves and shoes to match. The only "skin" visible would be it's face, but it appears to constantly be hidden in shadow.

Kuruson Ejento

There was a soft tap as Kuruson ambled along the gate top, looking for someone and at the same time, no one in particular. It was jus his job to know what was going on. He paused and cocked his head, wondering is he'd actually heard what he thought he did. Not one to doubt the evidence of his sense, Ejento peered over the side of the wall, and saw a little thing, in a dirty cloak. Kuruson looked around, and shrugged as he leaned on the gate top. "Hello there, and who might you be?" He smiled. Kuruson was a charmer, always amiable and likeable, he looked like he was probably around middle aged. He was balding with foreign facial features, but no accent when he spoke. Kuruson wore the vest of a Jounin ranked shinobi, and a forehead protector, on his arm, which clearly held the symbol of Kumogakure. Kuruson thought that the little person outside the wall, might have been a child that had slipped out some how, but he didn't act on the assumption, instead waiting for KK to react.

A voice came from the sky above and caused me to look up at the bird that flew overhead with wonderment as I pondered the idea of the bird speaking to me. I didn't notice the man looking at the gates, my eyes following the majestic flight of that avian creature and wondering how it tasted. I liked chicken, it was delicious and sure this wasn't a chicken but it probably tasted like one because everything tastes like chicken right? I cupped my hands over my mouth and shouted up at the bird ”I'm KK! I'm here to cook the Raikage a big dinner! Full of fish and bird and grains!”

It was at this point that the bird pooped. As the droplet landed on the gates near the man I finally noticed him and looked from him to the bird before speaking once more. ”I've never seen a talking bird, are those normal around here?” Before he could answer it would drop another present on the ground, and I would look where it landed. What was that beside it? A butterfly?! I love butterflies!

I ran over to where it fell and picked up the butterfly, looking closely at it. It didn't look like any butterfly I had ever seen before. It had eight legs and eight eyes, and no wings. And it lifted off it's two front legs and had big teeth. And it began to hiss at me. What an odd butterfly. I set it down and looked up, noticing the bird was gone. But I would speak to it anyways. ”Hi! I'm KK! Why haven't you let me in yet?”

I wanted to be the best cook in the whole world. And the best butterfly.

The little one was seemingly amazed by a goshawk, but until he or she asked if talking birds were a normal occurrence, and the bird shat near by, Kuruson didn't realize the little person didn't understand what was going on. "A big dinner, eh? Where are your parents?" He asked, Who are you?" Something was certainly off. He was reminded of the Raikage's servant Deta, just a bit, for reasons unknown to him. "KK, I'm speaking to you now, where are you from?" Kuruson tapped his headset and informed those he was on the way to meet, that he would be late because, "Something's come up."

He watched as KK rushed over and picked up something from the ground. He seemed to marvel at it before setting it sown and look up, searching for the hawk which had departed moments ago, searching for food. ”Hi! I'm KK! Why haven't you let me in yet?” He asked.

"Because I don't know you. Would you let a stranger come in to your home?" Kuruson asked, "Do you have a passport KK? Let's get to know one another. I'm Ejento."

Again the voice called out and I looked up to see if I could find my friend the bird again. We were best friends, he even left me a present and a butterfly. But this wasn't a bird, it was a person. And they weren't being mean and trying to hurt me. I liked them, they were nice. We were best friends now. ”I don't have any parents. And I'm KK. I'm here to be the best there ever was.” I smiled, though it couldn't be seen, and began to dance in a small circle as the man asked more questions. Finally when he introduced himself I stopped and bowed.

”And I'm KK. Nice to meet you. I'm going to call you Ejey! And I don't have a house, I have the whole world as a home. It's pretty and full of fun things like butterflies and birds and dogs and cats and people and me!” With those words I would run at the gate, and begin climbing up it to get to my new friend. His name was Ejey and he was nice. I bet he could tell me how to be the best there ever was.

”I'm here to help build this wall. And to cook a lot of food. I like food, do you like food?” I would soon clamber over the edge and stand up before the man, looking around in wonder. ”Ejey, this is high up. We should get down before we get hurt. I don't like getting hurt.”

"I don't have any parents, Ad I'm KK. I'm here to be the best there ever was." He seemed to smile as he danced around in circles. "And I'm KK. Nice to meet you. I'm going to call you Ejey! And I don't have a house, I have the whole world as a home. It's pretty and full of fun things like butterflies and birds and dogs and cats and people and me!” KK said, beginning to run at the gates. Ejento backed up, startled. He was unsure what to make of the creature. "”I'm here to help build this wall. And to cook a lot of food. I like food, do you like food?” He said as he climbed up over the top. Ejento scratched his ear and nodded.

"I do like food." What do I do with him? Ejento asked himself. "Build this wall, you say? I think it's pretty high... If you don't have a house, where in this big wide world do you come from? You from close to here?" He knelt down to try and get a look at the little one's face, but somehow couldn't. "And Ejey is fine. You can call me that." He smiled, thinking that he should consult with someone on what to do with little KK. "Where did you come from, KK?" He stalled, as he tried to figure out who he should consult on the matter or KK.

Re: Knocking Around the Christmas Gates Are Open? (NPC Requ

I wasn't aware of the man's troubles in dealing with me. Because I saw something. I saw something AWESOME. It was small, and round, and shiny, and it had a face on it. With a giggle, I picked it up and looked at it. It had some writing on it, something about legal tender or something. I'm not sure why anyone would legally tenderize this thing, but that was their business. I looked back at the man as he asked where I came from. ”Those woods.” I pointed towards the general direction of that place with the trees. ”Hey, why would anyone wanna hit this? It's pretty.”

I showed the man my special thing. It was fun. Perhaps I could use it to show him how to make a wall. ”Watch, it can do this!” I turned around and threw it into the air, then raised my hands. The thing stops as I focus on it, and begins to bubble from heat. Suddenly it stretches out, then widens and begins to rise up, dropping down as a cube infront of me. ”See? I can build out of anything!” And then a flash as fire forms around it and makes it bubble into a small puddle. ”And cook anything!”

I turn back to him and giggle again. ”I'm gonna be the best wallcookingbuilder ever!”

Re: Knocking Around the Christmas Gates Are Open? (NPC Requ

KK looked at him briefly. all too distracted by the awesomeness of life. He said, "Those woods." Kuruson had finally gotten an answer from the little person, unfortunately, it was a weird answer.

"Wait what?" He looked toward the woods briefly and then back to KK. "What do you-"

"Hey, why would anyone wanna hit this? It's pretty.” He asked before Kuruson could finish speaking. Kuruson was even more perplexed by the question than he had been by the answer.

"Uh... I don't know... But what I meant before was, where were you born. Like what village?"

KK, unfortunately, could not seem to focus on anything. He began playing with the coin and then, "Watch, it can do this!" He said turning about and creating a brick from the penny he had asked about. "See? I can build out of anything! And cook anything!”

"I believe you, KK, I do. You are probably already the best wallcookingbuilder I have ever met. But... are you also a shinobi?" He asked, scratching his balding forehead. "How did you know how to do that, KK? Tell old Ejey." In a flash, the brick was gone, a bubbling puddle of molten metal on the wall. Kuruson took care to note the spot so that he might come back to look at it later... maybe pry it from it's spot and examine it. Of course, it wasn't a big puddle, it was still a penny, even if it had been turned into a box and then melted.

”What's a shinobi?”

My new best friend was asking me some really weird questions, using words I didn't know. Like wallcookingbuilder, pfft, who the heck says that? ”Do what? The trick? Oh, Old Man taught me! He was cool, he showed me a lot of things. He also taught me how to dodge! He was my first teacher! He once got really happy and taught me how to blow things up. He was teaching me how to dodge too when he did because he blew up the ground I was on! Said a lot of big words like you are now though. What's a failed experiment, anyways?”

I didn't wanna talk about Old Man much, but my new bestest friend forever wanted to, apparently. It sure beat having to repeat that I came from the woods. And on that thought I wanted some food. The last food I had was in the woods, and the smells coming from the city behind him were really good. I look up at him and motion to the village, ”Hey hey hey hey hey! Buddy friend pal guy! Can we get some food?!”

Re: Knocking Around the Christmas Gates Are Open? (NPC Requ

Kuruson paused, realizing the craziness of this person... thing which stood before him. 'Failed experiment'. What an odd creature. "Okay, KK... Let's go get some food. Then maybe you'd like to meet some Shinobi? They're very cool, and they can explain all the big words your old man friend taught you." He said, thinking of the Mednin, "Maybe they can also teach you how to so some cool things. Who knows?" He said, scratching his bald head. "I know a place that serves great ramen, KK. Do you like Ramen? How about Meat buns? Let's go eat!" He said, waving at the being to follow him. "Well, come on. They're not going to eat themselves, after all." He shook his head, "You must do that."

One subject. Stay on one subject. This KK couldn't hold more than one thought in his head at one time. He was rather like a make believe creature in that manner, brain too small to hold multiple thoughts. Kuruson strode forward, leading the little fellow on with more and more promises of food.
