Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

[legend="[size=5][anchor=Des]Description[/anchor][/size]"]Mental: Chi has a neurological condition known as synesthesia (or at least her condition is based off of it) which causes some of her senses to provoke other senses, among other things. This doesn't impair her much, at least she doesn't let it impair her. Growing up with this condition hasn't caused her to grow out of place; rather she's always been very outgoing. Currently the only symptoms she has from synesthesia makes her think that certain colors have different personalities, and the color red is her absolute favorite. (I think I may add a few symptoms of Synesthesia as flavor with certain abilities) She has a very mild case of bi-polarity as well, but this hasn't affected her ability to create and maintain friendships.

Her Synesthesia causes her to perceive certain colors as having certain personality traits, here are some examples:
Red: Bright and bubbly, very favorable
Blue: Nice but a bit full of itself.
Yellow: Very hyper and absolutely annoying

Purple: Disgusting and vulgar
Green: Maniacal and evil, least liked color
White: Very pure and kind
Black: Trickster, not reliable
She bases her first impression on people on what color their clothes are in relation to those colors' personality traits.

Touch (hands) --> Vision (dots) [[Called Shots/Human Anatomy Abilities]]
When Chi's sense of touch is interrupted from wearing her gloves it causes her knowledge of "Called Shots" to create dots in the places where it's easier to break their various limps.

Smell (Chakra) --> Vision (distortions) [[Tracker/Sensor abilities]]
Chi can smell chakra which causes her to see distortions where certain chakra types she recognizes have been, such as being able to see foot prints and broken twigs or whatever where the person has traveled through, making it easier to track. She can also sense where a person is more easily by smelling their chakra.

Chi loves to wear different outfits all the time and all of them are monochrome, and the color depends on her mood that day (matching the color's personality with how she feels that day). Her white hair is long and curly, and she likes to keep it looking nice. She sometimes puts a big bow in her hair, but sometimes she'll put it on her neck. She has a different band for her forehead protector that she swaps around to match her outfits. Her different colored clothes sometimes emphasis the paleness of her skin.[/legend]

Birth of a Phoenix
Chi was born to a fierce family who prided themselves in their strength, skill, and health. It was a Shinobi family, and almost everyone in the family was or has been a Shinobi at some point in their life. The family was also devoid of any special bloodline heritage, or special core abilities that some families seem to pass on. They thought they were pure and untainted, like their ancient ancestor who possessed golden chakra. He was treated special because of his chakra, and other abilities specific to him, by a group of people known as the Golden Order of Chakra. Whether there was really something special about him is up to speculation, as their knowledge of him is merely legends passed down through the family. Nevertheless, they use his legends to fuel their family’s inner fire.
When she was born, no one would have thought she’d grow up to have any kind of mental issues because of the family’s history of “purity” as they called it. It wasn’t apparent at first as she would just talk about certain colors as if they had certain personalities. Feeling that this was just a passing phase, like having an imaginary friend or picking their nose, they thought nothing of it. As she got older her descriptions of the colors got more involved, and they realized something was wrong with her. Instead of seeking help to find an answer to what was happening, they decided to keep it a secret and enroll her in the academy early (as the family normally waits until the child is 13 to enroll them) hoping that it would drive this “illness” away. Unfortunately for them, it wasn’t about to work. They didn’t know the truth about her sickness or what it would become as she trained and progressed.

The Academy
A short time into her days at the academy Chi found herself in the middle of a festival held by Stone. This was the first year Chi was allowed to go, years before she was told by her parents that she was too young to attend the Fire and Ice festival. Her attendance in the academy was enough of a reason to convince her parents that she was old enough, but it wasn't long into the festival that she became lost. It was on this day that she first experienced her love for fire, watching the play take place in front of her. She saw the beauty of fire, the warmth. It made a connection for her to the color red and her love was born.
Around the same time she met a group of people for the first time. Kyo and Oyochi, the first two people that Chi met in the academy. Oyochi was cold-blooded, but Chi had fun with him putting a genjutsu on her. All the colors made her excited, and she quickly became friends with them, at least she thought of them as her friends. Their second meeting proved to tear at that thought, on that day they were on a mission together to, for lack of better words, evict an elderly lady from her home so a new medical facility could be built. They entered the older woman's house and began speaking to her. Kyo said something the woman didn't like and she began bashing him with her purse. Oyochi's first thought was to electrocute the woman. Chi saw it happening but was too slow to stop him or to get the woman out of the way.
In the end Oyochi was put under the care of a guardian to watch him and Chi had a new resolve to protect the village in any way she could. She had a new push to become the Tsuchikage, not only to prove to her family that she was strong but to protect the whole of the village. It made it hard for her when she met the boy named Sabaku, who seemed to have feelings for her. She could not reciprocate those feelings at the time because she had more issues, more pressing matters such as becoming the best.

The Phoenix Rises [Pyromaniac request]
Families are supposed to be supportive. They nurture their children, make them feel better when they're down, and are there for each other. The Kogane clan is all this and more, but they are also a prideful clan. Along their line is a story told of a man with golden chakra, a powerful man who was said to be one of many reincarnations of another man with golden chakra who roamed the lands destroying evil wherever he may find it. Like him their ancestor was said to have similar abilities with his chakra. They use this legend to full their inner fire, and their egos. They kept their family pure of bloodlines or specialties known as "core abilities" because they felt their ancestor gave them the strength they needed…
"Chi!" Chi's brother was just as proud as any other member of the Kogane family, and he despised Chi because he felt she was too weak. "You need to stop pulling the plants out of their pots and burring them in the yard!" Chi's synesthesia is what made him, and the rest of the family, feel she was weak. Certain colors provoked different personalities, green being the more disliked of them all. She would quite frequently pull them out the plants and bury them to get rid of the color.
"I keep telling you, green is an awful color!" She tried to defend herself but she was still obviously frightened. She had never had her brother raise his voice at her.
"Kosui, stop harassing your sister." Their mother attempted to step in but Kosui was fed up with Chi's antics. It was because of stuff like that which made her parents want to get her out of the house all the time. It was the whole reason they signed her up for the academy earlier than they usually did with their children.
"She's not my sister. She's weak, she's too weak to be a member of the Kogane family!" Kosui was one of the few taijutsu users in the Kogane family, he pulled out a sword and pointed it at Chi's face. The young girl of only 10 began to cry in the corner.
"Kosui!" Their mother yelled, attempting to get between them. Of course, Kosui wasn't going to kill the girl. He was just trying to scare her straight, make her understand what was going on.
"Your sickness will keep you from being able to live up to the Kogane name!
"I'm not sick…" Chi mumbled under her crying.
"Your sickness has plagued this home since you were old enough to talk. Always going on about this color and that, red is amazing but green is awful!"
"I'm not sick!" Chi would yell, not opening her eyes to look at her brother. She was too confused to know what to do. This was the first confrontation she had ever had with a family member, or with anyone in general.
"How could you ever call yourself a shinobi when all you do is cower in the corner?" He yelled, grabbing the hilt with both hands and getting into a fighting stance. "We shouldn't let you stay here, we should kick you and your sickness out!"
"I said I'm not sick!" the girl jumped up as Kosui leaped in with a false attack, moving around their mother. His aim was to stop right in front of her in an attempt to scare the little girl. His plan back fired. By this time the whole family had gathered to see what was going on. Most felt the same as he, so they did nothing to stop it. As he got closer he could see the color in her eyes, the red flames that covered them blew back behind her head. "I will be the strongest, one day you'll see!"
The tears that came from her eyes burned in the flames, turning them into steam immediately from the immense heat. Then her whole body burst into flames, at least that's what it looked like, but this was a glimpse into her future. It was a mantle of fire, you could say, that activated and covered her in red flames. Though as she leaped forward toward her brother the flames burned brighter and turned a fine gold color. She got closer and Kosui moved his blade just in time so as to not actually hurt the young girl. This gave her the opportunity to perform the handseals for thermal maw, blasting it straight into his face.
"One day you'll see, I'll be the leader of this whole village! The strongest in all the lands, the Tsuchikage!"

Chi passed out just after she blasted Kosui in the face. All the power was too much for her, it was power she shouldn't have been able to access yet. The awakening of this inner power seemed to give her the burst she needed to be able to take care of her brother who she saw as a threat. What happened after would affect her later down her line. The whole family saw her inner power awaken, and it was troublesome for all. They knew something was up, no one had an inner power awaken in centuries, but the golden fire made them think maybe she was another reincarnation of their ancestor in the legends. Her parents knew otherwise.
"We have to tell her, she has a right to know…." Her mother said, sitting with Chi's father.
"No, not yet. She's not old enough to know the truth, and I'm too ashamed to come clean just yet. It isn't the right time…"

Student Tournament
Possibly the most influential moment in her time at the academy was the tournament that was held only for the students. Future warriors of Iwa were pitted against each other for the sake of determining their potential. Chi got through the preliminaries easily, and in the tournament finals there were 9. Kyo and Sabaku were among the nine, as well as two girls Chi had met at two different occasions: Shujinko and Harumi. Shujinko was a friend of Kyo's, and Harumi was the first person that Chi ever spared against. There were three who she had never met, two of which she would never forget: Masaki, Kei, and Kimi. The last person besides Chi in the finals was none other than Oyochi, who upon seeing Chi made a dark gesture towards her. Ever since the mission with the elderly woman he had developed some sort of ridiculous hatred towards her and Kyo.
The tournament went forward as such: KyoxShujinko, ShujinkoxOyochi, HarumixChi, KimixSabaku, and last KeixMasaki. Nothing of interest happening through much of the first round of battles, Shujinko beat Kyo and moved on to fight Oyochi. Her victory over Oyochi was surprising to Chi, but it let her see he wasn't as powerful as she previously believed. That wasn't the case, the victory was very close. The proctor, who would become an important person in Chi's life, had to make the careful decision to decide Shujinko was the winner. Especially since Oyochi happened to be his brother, which was announced earlier when the contestants in the finals were announced.
The next battle was Harumi versus Chi, which Chi was excited about. She liked having the chance to have a rematch with Harumi, especially since their spar got interrupted and didn't end up getting finished. In the end Chi was able to win, not without taking some heavy damage. The battle between Kimi and Sabaku showed their true strength. Chi felt bad for Sabaku who could barely get any kind of a hit in, it seemed to Chi that Kimi was using some method of Genjutsu to make herself invisible to Sabaku. She won without much effort, or taking much damage at all. The battle of Kei versus Masaki was a knock out, Kei was the only one to deliver a knock out before the final buzzer. He performed a move that left a giant crater around Masaki, and had all the finalist worried. That's why during the final battle, a four way between Kimi, Shujinko, Kei, and Chi, Kei seemed to be the primary target. Behind him, it seemed to be Chi herself.
Kei was taken out with Shujinko almost at the same time, and it was Kimi against Chi. The battle for first place was intense and came down to timing, if Chi had been able to get her final move in she could have taken Kimi down and gotten first place. However, Kimi got the better of her. Chi was encased in fire which turned to gold, showing everyone at the tournament her golden chakra. She wasn't quick enough and Kimi managed to get in a finishing blow. After that the awards were given out, Kimi, Chi, and Shujinko were first through third place respectively. Each of them received a contract from the village, Chi receiving the Fox contract.

Order of the Golden Chakra
Around the time of the tournament the Order came into the village and set up shop, their nomadic tribe taking refuge in the outer-village area until their mission could be completed. They were there to seek out the one they refer to as the Ogonshoku, Ogon for short. The Ogon is a shinobi with golden chakra, very powerful and uncontrollable if preparations aren't taken before it's too late. They had heard rumors of one shinobi with golden chakra within Stone's walls, so they took to the village to find this mysterious shinobi. Within the walls, after some time, they came upon a young student. This student was none other than Kei himself, who heard they were looking for someone with golden chakra and remembered Chi from the tournament….

Kyoi Investigation
Chi decided to take to the diamond complex one day, having lived in Maruishi all her life but never entering this large building. Inside a tea shop she was approached by a man who seemed to recognize her, telling her that her father and mother used to come into the tea shop a lot before she was born. His description of her was very off, sounding more like the woman she knew as Kyoi. Apparently she was his mother, according to the tea shop guy. However, he said after Chi was born he started coming in with another woman who he described as the person she knew as her mother.
This information bothered her, and she went on a mission to find out more about this strange woman known as Kyoi. She found out a lot about her, and her engagement with her father. She lived in Arcadia, which should have been obvious by her strange appearance. Villagers seemed to recognize her, and some said she didn't age the whole time they had known her. She took to the hot springs, where Chi was told that Kyoi liked to hang out, and there she learned that she was indeed pregnant about the same amount of time ago as Chi's age after heading to Maruishi a lot to see some man…

[legend="[size=5][anchor=CA]Core Ability[/anchor]: Pyromaniac [/size]"]Pyromaniacs are quite possibly the craziest of all elemental specialists. Their bond with fire has driven them to be partially insane, and sometimes even suicidal in their way of fighting.
Explosive Chakra - Passive (3 points)
Restriction- C Rank and up
Even a pyromaniac’s chakra is unstable, making it highly volatile and extremely dangerous. While this makes their chakra a little harder to control, it makes their fire based jutsu just that much more frightening.
Effect: Due to the difficulty of controlling their chakra, all ninjutsu and genjutsu cost 5% more. However, all fire based jutsu have a +2 critical range and hit for 2.5x normal damage on critical hits instead of 2.0x normal damage.

Direct Conversion - Independent Special Move (2 points)
Through intense willpower and spirit bordering on insanity, Pyromaniacs can directly convert their life force into chakra much more efficiently than other shinobi can.
Effect: Any amount of HP can be converted into CP at a 1 to 1 ratio. Costs 1 AP and can only be used three times in one battle.

Fire Blast - Dependent Special Move (3 points)
By fully unleashing their fiery nature, a pyromaniac can charge a fire based jutsu far beyond normal limits, creating a highly-unstable and explosive attack that is only vaguely controlled, with wild chances to go either way in creating victory or defeat.
Effect: A chosen Fire based Jutsu deals +40% more damage and deals 25% of its total damage back to the user. This jutsu has a 20% chance to increase the damage by an additional +20%, a 30% chance to increase damage by 20% with an additional +25% backlash, and a 10% chance to become unstable and explode on the user dealing full damage to them. Only one effect may happen per use. Because of the intense power, damage from this jutsu cannot be reduced by mantle of fire. This may be used only three times per battle, and does not apply to Damage Buff Limits.

Wildfire - Passive (3 points)
Unstable and dangerous, a Pyromaniac's mind set is one that craves destruction in the fastest, most efficient way possible. Without regards to themselves or their surroundings, they unleash scorching flames with no attempt at self control. Their flames set fire to all they touch, and their battles leave nothing but a scarred wasteland behind.
Effect: All fire based jutsu have a 20% chance to Set their targets afire, dealing 10% of the Jutsu's damage each round for two rounds. Fire based jutsu already having the chance to set targets afire are increased by 10%, and all AoE Flame techniques are increased by 8x8 feet.

Warmth - Passive (2 points)
Through their bond with fire, pyromaniacs can draw energy from the warmth of the surrounding air, constantly recharging themselves.
Effect: The user regains 2% Max Cp each round. This is increased to 4% Max Cp/Rnd when Mantle of Fire is active.

Flow of Fire - Independent Special Move (2 points)
Some call it a heat shield, others an air lance, but what it really is is protection from your enemies with a veil of flames. Everything else is irrelevant.
Effect: For 3% their Max Hp a round, the user can activate a shield of flame that encases them, granting a +2 dodge against all projectile and elemental attacks.

Fire Boost x3 - Boost (3 points)
Restriction- May only be purchased three times
A pyromaniac with this ability has brought out the destructive force of their fire based jutsu to the maximum, though they are no less reckless and chaotic in the execution.
Effect: Fire based jutsu deal 30% more damage, but 15% of the total damage is done to the user.

Mantle of Fire - Jutsu (2 points
Restriction- A-Rank and up
By wreathing themselves in flames, the pyromaniac truly becomes one with the fire, burning all around them, whether it be friend, foe, or anything in between.

Kyou is an elderly fox who have survived through countless battles, and was once a leader of his very own platoon before joining up with Haruki. He's a well disciplined and wise fox, which was gained with age and experience, and his loyalty is undoubtedly unquestionable to his fellow kin. Kyou is a gray fox with light grey fur almost white due to his old age, along with patches of a dull red on his ears, stomach and legs. Kyou remains with a claw shaped scar among his forehead, a scar he will never forget from a friend's betrayal which happened a long time ago. But what he keeps as a reminder of his old departed friend is a dagger which is said to be sacred, and he uses it quite proficiently, as he uses his mouth to hold the handle of the blade, allowing him to do swift and deadly strikes.

Even if he isn't all that great at tricking people, by using the natural flame within all foxes, the Captain is capable of heavy damage output.

Effect: Kyou sets the dagger placed in his mouth aflame. This allows Kyou to cast any lvl 1-4 fire jutsu at rank 1 that the summoner has through the burning dagger. This also grants the equipped dagger +10% damage, and its damage is treated as fire.

Yashoku - "The Night Demon"
Yashoku is the most mysterious among the pact, as his past is very well uncertain, as only a select few knows where he's truly from. However what is known, at least by rumors, is that Yashoku's father was once a great mediator between humans and foxes alike, but after his wife was kidnapped by a group of bandits, he sought for power from the likes of demons to be able to save her. However after attaining this power, he became so engrossed with his new found strength that he slaughtered not only the bandits but his own kind within the process, which led to his exile from the fox community.

Not much is known about Yashoku's father ever since that fateful day, but what remained of his legacy was a child born with the ominous number of nine tails which was left with the father of Haruki, and his name was Yashoku. Throughout Yashoku's life he had to endure constant hatred and alienation from his own kind due to the nature of his presence, which was dark and ominous. But unlike everyone else, Haruki saw hope within Yashoku, and after becoming the leader of the fox kind, took Yashoku under his wing and made use of his many abilities. Yashoku however hates being summoned, and more so dislikes small petty talk, especially when it's a waste of his time.

Yashoku is a large swift fox, fully black in color save for his crimson colored right eye, and about the same height as Haruki. While his left eye is covered by a black eye patch, which is rumored to be sealing his demonic manifested abilities or a power granted to him by his very father before he departed to the unknown.

Yashoku can detect any opponent within 100 meters, whether the opponent is hiding or in trees. In addition to that, he can tell a clone from the real version. This is why many believe that he has a hidden Byakugan or Sharingan underneath his patch.

Effect: All sneak attacks against Yashoku are treated as if normal attacks. Additionally, Yashoku has a 15% chance to auto-detect any stealthed target each time they perform an action.

Yashoku natural color and nature allows him to enter stealth without a problem, disappearing within their eyes as he simply moves into the shadows.

Demon Clone - Level 6 Non Elemental Ninjutsu
Yashoku's red eye glows causing four shadowy figures to emerge from the ground before taking the form of the Contract Holder. Even if its merely an illusion, Yashoku's Demon Clones can act independently.

Effect: Creates 3 Demon Clones of the summoner that have Secondaries equal to -5 of the Summoners. Each has a single weapon the user has equipped, and are able to perform any Taijutsu of the chosen weapon type up to level 6, at Rank 1. All attacks made by these clones require both a Ninjutsu and Genjutsu check.

Cost: 2 Ap, 250 Cp per clone to initiate. 125 Cp per clone per round.

Note:
- If the user has clones on the field upon this techniques initiation, this overwrites those clones. If the user initiates a clone technique after this is cast, the Demon clones disperse.
- Each clone has Ap equal to 1/4 of the user.
- Each clone has no Hp or Cp; they disperse upon a full hit.
- Each attack made by the clone makes a Genjutsu check in addition to the normal hit chance. If the Gen check is successful, the attack becomes 'illusionary' and ignores DR, Auto-dodge, and any conditionals (Such as body switch) do to it being 'illusionary'.

Kitsune's Wrath - Level 7 Non Elemental Ninjutsu
Yashoku gives out growl that invokes floating spears out of thin air before launching them against an unwary enemy.

Effect: Summons spears that attempt to strike 2 enemies, causing both to make 10 checks. Each check deals 330 Damage at -1 Accuracy, with a 10% chance to cause bleeding.

Special Action: Yashoku may instead transform all of the spears into a single gigantic spear that deals 3300 damage at -2 Accuracy that instantly raises bleeding one rank. However, this may only target a single enemy.

- A target may only be hit by 8 spears, and may only have their bleeding increased once per use.

Devil's Gaze - Level 7 Kinetic/Will/Visual Genjutsu
Yashoku quickly passes by his target, revealing a blood red eye in a split second. Foes who are unlucky to see such devilish sight are suddenly incapable of moving or performing any other actions.

Effect: Binds a target at -2 DC. If bound, the target will remain bound until they take up to 5% of their Max Hp in damage.
Cost: 2.5 Ap, 840 Cp. 420 Cp/Rnd

- Lasts up to 2 rounds
- A genjutsu check is always made at the beginning of every round regardless of how successful the Genjutsu is. For every 1% max HP damage taken since the genjutsu was created, the target gains +1 Gen Save to this check.

Haruki is known as one of the most courageous and noble foxes of his era, and the only fox among all the contract cohorts Yashoku will listen to. He is swift, cunning and talented, and his wisdom had allowed him to learn many things from shinobi to the point he developed jutsu of his very own. Haruki is a corsac fox with a shoulder height of five feet, and has two tails, which was a rare anomaly among his kind but of good luck. His fur is all gold save for his ruby colored eyes, and became the very reason he is sometimes known as the "Sun Fox" or the "Two Tailed Golden Fox".

Kiba no Souto (Phasers Fang) - Passive/Weapon
Normally worn around the neck of the leader of the foxes, Haruki, the Kiba no Souto is a mystical weapon steeped in mystery and mysticism as much as Haruki and Yoshokus backgrounds. Able to split in two or even three (should Haruki be on the field), the Kiba no Souto grants the special ability to phase through attacks that normally would harm those wielding it. Supposedly a gift from a the demons, Haruki and Yoshoku are the only ones who know of its true origins.

Effect: Haruki is summoned with this weapon. He may either use it himself, or pass it onto an ally.

Golden Flash - Level 8 Non Elemental Ninjutsu
Haruki's most renowned technique, his speed appearing as mere disappearing, leaving a sparkling flash upon his wake.

Effect: Moves with blinding speed while leaving behind a spark that lowers the accuracy/Dodge of enemies in battle by -2. This debuff lasts two rounds, and Haruki's attack's aimed at those effected have a 35% chance of being treated as a sneak attack.

Special Action: One of these effects may be chosen, should the user wish.
- This may be used reflexively, allowing Haruki to Auto Dodge an attack. However, this may only be done once per round and lowers the debuff to only last a single round.
- Haruki may carry a single ally, giving them +3 Dodge while on Haruki's back. This costs 1 Ap from the passenger, and the passenger may not use reflexive actions during this time. This lasts until the target dismounts or is hit by an attack (They take +10% damage to the attack that hit them).

Cost: 3 Ap, 2750 Cp. 1375 Cp/Rnd if carrying an ally.

Haruki creates 9 Purple-flamed Hitodomas to surround his target, spinning around him violently until the target starts to see a giant hole in front of him where spirits and souls attempt to grab him.

Effect: Creates an illusion that binds a target at -2 DC. While bound, the target takes 2% Max Hp/Cp damage per round. During this bind, a single genjutsu sense may be 'freed' to allow an additional Genjutsu to be cast upon the victim (Only Haruki's or the summoner's Genjutsu may fill this slot), though this only lasts while the bind is maintained.

The Golden Order of Chakra
A group of nomad monks who travel the lands looking for the reincarnation of the Ogonshoku (Ogon) who possesses golden chakra along with other specific attributes including certain abilities, a inconsistent neurological disorder (It's always different, but almost always a neurological disorder of some kind), an attraction to a specific item, and is always born into a shinobi village. The Golden Order of Chakra search the lands for rumors of those possessing golden chakra in order to find the true reincarnation. They're main belief is that the Ogon possesses too much power in one body if not properly trained and contained.
Rumors have been heard from outer villages in Earth Country of a shinobi with strange golden chakra living in Stone. Hearing these rumors a group of five were chosen to head there in order to seek him or her out in order to test him/her. The five were all born within the nomadic heard and entered into the Golden Order at some point in their times for different reasons which have affected their personality.

Age: At least a century old, she isn't sure. Appears to be in her late 20s
Race: Half fire elemental, half human.
Relation: Chi's true mother

Descriptions –
Physical: In her human form she has orange hair and skin with a slightly orange hue. This may be strange looking but not for someone who spends all their time in Acadia. Her eyes are a dark red and match the gem that she has hidden by her bangs on her forehead. Her phoenix form gives her the appearance of a bird made of flames, hence the phoenix part. Her fire elemental blood causes her chakra to turn to flames when using certain jutsu (chakra armors) which cover her body in flames and takes a shape that has the appearance of a bird.
Mental: For a goddess to a bunch of flaming creatures, she's pretty tame. She likes to joke around and act pretty childlike, always choosing to come up with a solution that doesn't involve actually hurting anyone. That doesn't mean that she doesn't have the power to if need be, but she'll only hurt anyone to help someone she loves or to protect a secret…

History: "Kyoi" has been around as long as the elementals have been around, watching over and protecting the fire elementals as their goddess of sorts (being the only phoenix elemental capable of rebirth). In truth, Kyoi is a name that has been passed on through generations. The family has used the name to give the presence that she is immortal, so the fire elementals (which are basically just animals on fire) would think the same person was watching over them. They began worshipping the woman who lived among them thinking that she was special, capable of rebirth to return to her youthful appearance. The current Kyoi resides within Arcadia, her appearance being similar to the natives which gives her coverage.
Kyoi, though not this particular Kyoi, has had dealings with the Order of Golden Chakra in the past when the Ogon was in earth country, generally she helps the Ogon to control their golden chakra, especially if the OGC hasn't been able to place the seal on them. Though told stories about the OGC, Kyoi has never had interactions with them. She knows enough to pretend that she has, however, as each generation must be prepared for any and all duties they take up upon taking over. However, this Kyoi inadvertently created the current Ogon while having an affair with a man from the Kogane clan.
After giving birth to Kogane Chi, her father took the child in at Kyoi's request. It took a toll on his marriage when his wife found out, but the Kogane clan had a reputation to uphold and divorce was not an option. As her daughter grew up Kyoi was there watching her, after she joined the academy Kyoi started to show up in her life and help her on missions. She didn't realize that by doing this she was opening herself up to Chi finding out about the biggest secret currently being held by the Kogane Family.

((Side note, because it was brought up to me, she is not a shinobi but has been trained in the arts in order to better protect her loved ones.))

1 & 2) I guess I didn't mean eternal, I just wasn't sure how old I wanted her to be. She's just pretty much worshiped like a goddess from the fire elemental creatures because of her phoenix form which I will answer about below. I said she's been around as long as the fire elementals have and I haven't figured out how old I want them to be. Her being part human is fine. As for her age I'm not entire sure how old I want her. In her history I said something about her being able to rebirth, but I wasn't quite sure what I meant by that myself. I could change it to where she's a really old age but the fire elemental part of her makes her look younger and the "rebirth" can be her just giving birth to a child who grows up to take her place watching over the elementals. Though I'm open to suggestions.

3) I'll explain more about the phoenix form, I should have done it in the request. It's the same thing I'm doing for Chi, it's just RP flavor on chakra armor. Chi covers herself in flames to RP jutsu like Immolation Armor and maybe Magma cloak now that I have it. When I get to A-rank and get mantle of fire that's how I'll RP it as well. It's just RP flavor, she doesn't actually turn into a bird, just the flames take the shape of one. If I need to I could give her pyromaniac as well and make her version Mantle of fire or something. Though I like the "healing fire" idea as well. Goes with the phoenix theme.

4) She's not a shinobi though she has trained herself in the shinobi arts in order to protect herself and the creatures she looks after.
