Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

The estate of the Kono-Minamoto family is oddly open. There are many means and methods to get lost within the large estate. There are many bedrooms, bathrooms, and a couple different kitchens to use within the home. The home was built originally to house the entire clan that Haruka's mother had brought over from Mist, but it seems that the people have long since left Stone to explore other places instead. Along with the people, their leader and Haruka's father also went along. Now, the only people that tend to inhabit the area are Reishii, Kei, Haruka, and her handmaiden, Gai. The group tends to keep to a small portion of the household, but it never hurts to wander. Outside of the area, it is quite open and secluded from any other home located within the Diamond Complex. This is due to Sakezuki wanting to keep her distance from some of the other more radical people of Stone village. There are various areas to garden, a pond to the far east, and even a little bit of a playground for people to play on if they so choose. The grounds are well kept even though there are not many people who still reside there.

Haruka tends to keep the area open to people that need a home, such as travelers or people that she has to keep an eye on. It is a place of relaxation and calm, though. There is no negativity allowed within the atmosphere of the large home.

It didn't take long for the two to reach the household that belonged to the young woman and her family. Now, to say that the size of the house wasn't disgusting would be a lie, but that was the type of life that Haruka had been raised in. That was why she always preferred her little get away home in the countryside of the Outer Maruishi. It was small, no bigger than a studio apartment. That much she could get used to dealing with. Getting lost every other day throughout the halls of such a large home was a bit of a nuisance, but she would hold onto the home just in case one day her family would return and wish to settle down within the walls of Stone once more. For now, though, they were wanderers. Hell, she hadn't received an update from her mother in what seemed like ages. Wandering down a long, winding path, the woman would make idle conversation with Yuuto as they walked. Nothing big, more like things that were based off of where the country was, the weather, what good places there were to get a bite to eat. She wasn't necessarily the hard ass that everyone wanted to make her out to be, but when she was playing a position, she had to stay true to the position. As they approached the door, she would push it open with her hip after unlocking it. "I know it's a little much, but my mother heads an entire clan and she needed a lot of space." She would nod her head a bit with her statement. "Nowadays, she's more wandering where ever she can get to. She's an explorer at heart, I guess." Or she was seeking out the dead to bring them back and gain answers on what happened to Mist... But she didn't need to express such. That would only place a stressor on everyone around. "I tend to keep to one little section of the estate." Her head would nod as she made her way inside. The lighting inside of the home was warm, the floor held an odd chess board coloration, and there were rugs spilled on the floor at various places for decoration. Pulling away her long boots, she would let the spill on the floor in the designated area for shoes. "Do you mind taking your shoes off as well? It feels a bit more respectful of the house's flow, I think. And no, I'm not crazy. I just try to keep a positive environment here." She'd chuckle quietly. Sure, she may have been bringing home her 'work', but... Yuuto didn't stress her out. He didn't give her a strange feeling like some of the people she had come across here in the village had, like the Ryujins or the Sennin that followed Endo's lead blindly. Laughable, right?

Stepping onto the floor barefooted, she would pace down a hall. It was more like she was following her nose. She knew the smell of that cooking. It was Gai cooking something probably for Reishii and Kei. The sound of a small child babbling would sound and Haruka would swiftly walk into the little living area over to a playpen in the corner, and she would pick her son up under his armpits while he squealed in delight, babbling something in the middle of mom and baa. It was cute, really. "Keikei." She would hug him close to her chest, and then move to position him so he would sit at her hip with one arm hooked underneath of him. "Masaru-san, make yourself at home. You can find a place to do your work after dinner, alright?" She would comment, rubbing her hand against Kei's back as she bounced on the balls of her feet slightly.

"You're home laaaate!"<i></i> Gai's voice would call in annoyance from the kitchen. "The whole Tsuchikage thing is a kink in the plans, Haruka!"<i></i> But Haruka knew that Gai was playing because she could hear the laughter echoing from the room right next to them.

"I know, I know. We have a guest. So put on your happy face, Gai-sama." Respect. That's what Haruka held for her elder. The woman had practically been the third wheel in raising her, so... Why not give her the respect she's due? Now, Haruka would turn on her feet to face where ever Yuuto had gone.

"So, the little thing that I needed you to do for me... It was to find out any information about any wrong doings that Stone may have enacted upon Cloud village. I don't know if you would want to take that up, but I need any information I can get just in case anyone from your previous village shows up here."

Haruka escorted him to her family's estate, upon arriving he immediately noted the size as it dwarfed the Masaru's clan complex. This home was about three times the size of his making this place look more like a palace than anything. However the gates were wide open and no guards seemed to man the home which only could add onto either mysterious fear of not invading this home or Stone was far more peaceful than he assumed. Upon further inspection he'd find immediately that the grounds were littered with gardens and ponds, well kept and organized. There must have been some hands on the front to keep up with the aspects of the compound. Haruka went on to make a comment about her mother needing a lot of space here but it would also seem that she was never around. There might have been internal issues in this clan, something worth looking into. "Well the call of the wild can be alluring at some point in my life I'd like to seek out artifacts left behind by other civilizations. Like the origin of chakra, or the concept of weapons for that matter. I want to discover a missing link something that could connect us to a great power or energy. In the end work like that is just alluring and thrilling." He'd give pause before continuing on asking a more personal question. "If I may, where is your clan's roots from? What lineage are you? The Masaru are a relative of the Nara and Nanjirou clans respectively taking up the weapons the old swordsman used and enchanting them with shadows to do battle with the creatures of the wild." In a way his roots were already that of a mercenary maybe that's where Yuuto truly belonged, or at least he had it in him to make it.

The pair finally reached Haruka's small sector, probably her home away from "home" in a sense. He wondered if the Ice Queen kept away from others naturally or if this might have been some kind of schism that made her retreat inward and surrounding herself in a controlled environment. Regardless he was definitely impressed upon entering. Immediately a drift of warmness touched his soul, and the home itself had a retro-welcoming personality. A chess board laid out atop many different rugs. Is she a rug collector?; he laughed to himself taking in the atmosphere. Yuuto would begin to take off his boots as instructed placing them by the door neatly before following Haruka. "No, it's totally fine I understand. Your house your rules, and plus this adds a bit to the feng shui although." After his small comment in response to her request they'd tread down a hallway leading to the living room like area.

Haruka gravitated to a playpen taking out a young toddler, this must have been the son she mentioned. She squealed his name "Keikei" and he responded enthralled with his mother's touch it was a warming sight. Yuuto would wave to her son, but it was more like a titty grabbing motion. A motherly voice rang from the kitchen area. She referred to Haruka as the Tsuchikage but there was a tone of loving care. Respect sounded from the woman before him like she was talking to her mother. Clearly there was some more to her, but that side would be short lived as she would get back down to business in regards to her job offer.

"I figured that might be around what you seek but I'm not knowledgeable of that. In fact my cousin died for that very cause most likely. We knew nothing of Stone, Hayata Shin the Raikage did not seem to do much in relation to village communications as he was too focused on his Leaf and Mist refugees. So I took it upon myself to send out two of my cousins, a pair of brothers, who traveled here and Sand village. Raiko found out that Sand was actually being sieged and needed help but we were never able to assist. Tosaka died trying to help me foster good relations. If anyone from Cloud came here I'd keep an eye on them and figure out what their circumstance is. I wouldn't be surprised if there was a serious schism because of my confronting Hayata Shin and exposing the village's darker sides. Haruka-sama what exactly do you hope to accomplish? Maybe I can be an adviser of some sorts to this crusade of good will you're attempting to employ?"

[legend=""Me, Myself & I""]
The light of the silvery moon flooded across the crisp, white bed sheets of the young girls bed as she lay beneath then, sleeping soundly. It had been a rather arduous day for the young lady as for most of the day she’d been combating an ever growing headache along with the fact that her body seemed to be heating up from the inside, as if her bones were emitting heat or something. She returned to Harukas home and informed Gai of her predicament, by which point the tiny teen was having trouble even talking and walking, the throbbing and thumping in her head getting harder and louder, stranger still was that for some reason it felt as if something was trying to break down a door in her mind by smashing against it repeatedly but she’d keep that to herself for now, she didn’t want to actually be crazy…

Despite being given some medicine and attempting to sleep off the pain, it was to no avail, as Reishii would find out by being rudely awoke by a familiar voice. “Wake up brat. Got something I want to talk to you about.” It spoke, Reishii’s emerald green eyes widened immediately and she sat bolt upright and glanced around the darkened room but found that there was no one there at all. She rubbed at her head and lay back down. “Must have been a dream.” She said groggily and closed her eyes. “Damn it I said wake up!” The voice said in a louder, more demanding tone and the girl would open her eyes again and see the same as before. “Okay, I think I have control now, great!” It said triumphantly and it was then that Reishii realised where the voice was coming from. “Head over to the mirror brat, let’s have a nice face to face.” It would say, chuckling at the end. Against her will, her body would start to move and she slowly shuffled toward the mirror though the sight that awaited her whilst not horrific did come as quite a shock. Her cursed seal had become active of its own accord once again, covering the entire right side of her body it blackness accented by glowing orange flecs, as it beneath her skin was pure fire. “W-who are you?” Reishii asked, a little scared since whatever this was it was clearly IN her. She would laugh in response and smile widely, the place where her scar was had split and opened all the way, showcasing some rather dangerous looking fangs. “Who I am is not of great importance, however I shall indulge you. I am a spirit of the great flaming sea, not that you’d know what that is, I suppose calling me a demon would make more sense to you. As for a name, you’d be unable to speak it, you’ve not the tongue for it however you can call me Shaitan.” She would answer rather pleasantly, on the surface it seems this woman, if that’s what this element was, had some manners and etiquette about her, Reishii was still rather taken aback by all that was happening because at the moment she was just talking to herself and she knew that Psychiatrically, that was bad.

“So ermm… Shaitan, why are you… in me?” The girl, usually so energetic was just so lethargic, sure she’d just woken up but she’d not been this somber in a long time. Part of her truly believed she’d gone crazy at this point, who could she even talk to about this without getting herself locked away in a rubber room? That was probably the scariest thing of all. “Well, as it turns out there are far too many of my kind in my own dimension so I decided to branch out, see somewhere new, unfortunately as I am a spirit, I need a vessel to exist outside of my own realm, it took me a while to find someone as promising as you, that flaming… chakra was it? It was perfect for my needs and slowly, I have been growing inside of you for the past… must be ten years now.” As Shaitan finished speaking Reishii would reach over and stroke against the black skin of her right half, finding that it was hot to the touch and felt like charcoal. She would spend a good deal of time in silence after hearing the explanations, trying to take it all in calmly as some other worldly being just declared that it was using her body to travel, she shouldn’t stand for this right? This thing, spirit or whatever has no right to be doing this to her. “Hey, I know you wanna visit our world and all, but I don’t like that you’re in my body! I already have enough trouble convincing people I’m not crazy as it is! I don’t want some freakin’ demon suddenly popping up to speak, people’ll think I’m more of a freak than they already do!” She would protest and rightly so but to that the other half simply chuckled again. “Don’t worry, I dislike the idea of having this body locked away too, though you won’t have to worry about for very long, once I take over this body for my own, I shan’t have to deal with you or your issues.” Brutally honest and petrifying. “Y… huh?” Was about all the sound Reishii could manage. “What? You didn’t think a powerful spirit like myself would be content with sharing do you? Ha, no no, it merely takes time to attune myself to your body, but once I have total control, I’ll erase you… for now though let us get some sleep hmm? I’ve said all I can, seems this is the limit of my power currently.” With that the blackness that had consumed her right side began to recede back, heading to the place she expected, the cursed mark just above her navel, explains why it simply just appeared on her body one day.

This had left Reishii with a lot to think about, most pressingly being how would this turn of events affect her mental health. In her mind it was like being told she was going to die but this was scarier in her mind, she wasn’t merely going to die, but be erased, cease to exist and some foreign being was going to live her life? “Hell fucking no you ain’t!” Reishii would yell out loud all of a sudden. “I bet you think you’re pretty frickin’ smooth huh!? Well it ain’t gonna be as easy as you think, I ain’t gonna hand over my body without a fight and even if I lose, Mama Haruka will take you out! You won’t be able to fool her!” She would vent, continuing to yell around her room angrily, the first time she’d probably ever truly been angry too. “Even if I have to kill myself, I’d rather die knowing I am me. Don’t underestimate a crazy person, ya shitty demon bitch!” She’d let out a sort of haughty snort from her nose and nod to herself in the mirror before heading back to bed, that made her even more tired than the headache.

</B>
---

How long did she sleep? That is uncertain, she simply knew it was day when she awoke, looking out of the window and seing the blue sky and white clouds floating by. “…Hungry…” She’d grumble and get to her feet start by making her way to the bathroom, washing her face real fast and putting on her best smile, though things still nagged at her mind. “I think it’d be best to tell Haru, she won’t cart me away like some crazy person, just gotta work out how to tell her I guess…” She would say quietly to herself before exiting the bathroom and beginning the journey to the main area of the house, already smelling some food being cooked, honestly she could swear Gai was telepathic at times. The girl would bounce along happily, hoping to get a good meal and soon, it didn’t matter if it was breakfast, lunch or dinner, she wanted it in her belly; she would come to a stop just short though, having spotted Haru, Kei and some strange man in the living area. She’d never been the shy type of course so with little thought she would bounce in and over to Haruka and the baby with a big smile on her face. “Heeeey~ Good morning… or whatever it is!” She chuckled and then looked over to Yuuto. “Heya! I’m Reishii, nice to meet’cha!” She said cheerfully, though she didn’t look as well as her mood would have you believe, her pink hair was all askew, bed head of course and her blonde roots were coming through rather noticeably since she’d decided to let it grow out. That however was not the most noticeably strange thing about her though and neither was it the scars on her face, it was her Pyjamas. Still being all sleepy and looking to only get fed, she’d not paid attention at all however the two adult would notice immediately. All down the right side of her clothes were small, burnt holes which could be determined by the black outline around each of them and were clearly from the orange markings that Shaitan had caused to pop up on her skin. Reishii would playfully and lightly poke on Keis nose and giggle softly. “So cute~” She would comment before looking back off to the door, food was right there yet she felt compelled to be here right now but could she really talk about this spirit in front of a stranger, she was outgoing but wasn’t about to spill all her craziness onto someone she didn’t know at all.

Gasu skated through the streets, proud at his new chakra manipulation skills, able to form more things he would love to try out. But he had to visit Haruka for his exchange. He looked to a simple man on the side of the street, and thousands of different views reflected back to Gasu, setting in stone to even himself he was insane. He snarled as he had lost control of such a massive thing in his life, but he would need to find something to fix it. He twitched, hearing another layer of the world bubbling below, it constantly repeated itself, "Gedo... Gedo... Gedo..." or was it "Moon... moon... moon.." Gasu could never be sure, for this entire world to him was slowly and quickly blending together like a psychotic potion. He slammed to the side of a building, looking at his map as he rested on the wall. Not to far, its another country over, its right infront of him. Damnthesestupidmapsandtheirtwisting-waitwhatsgoingon?! He put his hand to his head, and then blasted chakra through his eyes, spewing black blood from them on his cheeks and the floor, but he could see the world in a pitch black shade. Everything to him was black and white, while chakra twisted each and every different color. He saw only outlines of people and things, like echo location. He found a solution, but it would kill him if he kept on using it. He ran forward, numbers shooting through his eyes like a computer until he got a strange timer on his view. His own brain was casting a minor illusion to help him, which he was grateful for. He vanished into the darkness, hunting for the Estate.

Pain slammed into Gasu's overworked eyes, he may have done the blood spewing once but in a minute he would have to do it again. He saw the Estate, and then Reishii through one of the windows. Huh, so was Haruka really her mother or was that just a joke inside? He would never see that through, for when he leaped behind Reishii and walked in, his sharingan turned pure white like the Byakugan. He blinked, only a outline of a pupil and iris was leaved, everything else was pure white. In his head, he cursed himself as he never did see Haruka before his eyes failed him, and now he had no idea where anyone else, or who each person was. He listened to their words, but the only indicator was a "so cute..." from Reishii, so yah he had no damn idea what was going on. He blankly stared off into space, anyone looking at his eyes seeing it was clouded over like someone being blind, just staring at nothing as he lifted up a hand, trying to get a grasp for anything. He sighed, as he unleashed a small microscopic blast of radioactive chakra, nothing that would do damage, but one that would vibrate enough for the user to feel, and he realized two things. One, this was a terrible plan and all he could "see" was a few feet in front of him. And two, he was at the front door. Gasu put his back against wall, ringing the door bell once and knocking, as he then sat, his arm around his legs. All of this for his damn passport, then he would escape here so he wouldn't get murdered. He sighed, then thought about what good has happened in the last few weeks? Nothing except his rank increasing. He always kept track of that, what his strength was equal to, so he could gauge what to expect, it was a rather excellent system if it wasn't so broad and hard to discover who had what. He blinked, waiting for someone to come, and hopefully help him walk through in his now blind state.

After uttering his words another voice entered without warning. A pale girl with thin light scars around her mouth and beautiful emerald eyes approached them saying good morning with an odd quirkiness about her. Yuuto smiled and waved back, "Hello Reishii, I'm Yuuto." He would leave the greeting at that, then observing as the woman walked over to the child and entertained him more. This family moment was adorable but there was something off. Yuuto's senses were raising a bit as if there was someone else here. He would begin to drift closer to another hallways fixing his mind on an unwelcome guest. There was a boy here, his eyes were pure white, radiating with chakra and from there he pulled up a hand as if trying to grab at the air.

From there a burst of energy came out of his hands. To anyone else this might of been nothing but to Yuuto this was a threat. He was a practitioner of the Radiation Element and somewhat of a Ninjutsu expert. This boy was here to kill them, was he here for the child? Was this one of the other reasons Haruka needed him around? The blow of energy caught him off guard (he was hit) but the damage was not apparent yet. However this was a threat but it was not something that would be forgiven. Yuuto immediately reacted using his temporal energy to quicken the casting of his abilities. using a low level Lightning Jutsu; Thunderclap, seven small bolts of electricty would be fired out in different directions aimed at the lights in his vicinity. Bulbs blew and shattered glass hit the floor as darkness would begin to become more apparent. His hand would extend behind him as he jumped backwards.

In the living a room his burlap sack would wiggle and from it would burst a lantern wrapped in chains exhibiting a bright light. It was a rusty creation but still the light was bright. Yuuto would grasp the lantern opening the hatch and pulling from within an rusted claymore. The lantern was cast to the floor while he sprung forward with the blade in hand chasing the white eyed boy. While it was surely odd that a large claymore could be pulled out of the metallic wooden device the blade itself was weird. It was partly wooden but mostly metal, and it's size was way larger than any normal sword even one of this caliber. There seemed to be wooden face on the hilt with glowing red eyes. Yuuto sprung forward with a vertical slash trying to bisect the young man but as he slashed, holes began to open from the blade, tendrils of puppet like hands followed each trying to bash their fist into the young man's body.

What a wonderful way to start his way in Stone.

Gai would pace into the room, plucking Kei away from Haruka's arms. The young woman would promptly pout at the response, but she understood. There was a system in place, and she did not break Gai's systems. Watching the woman pace back to the separate area to set up the child for dinner, Haruka's eyes would suddenly dart towards... towards what? A presence. There was a presence here. "Reishii..." She would murmur, her eyes watching as Yuuto would dash away and then her eyes looking down at the young girl. "Protect Kei and Gai." With those words spoken, the room would suddenly chill and an angry look would touch at her eyes. It was night time. No one should be coming to her here during the night. That was not okay with the young woman. Let alone they were not allowed to produce chakra in a manner that could be considered offensive. She didn't care the intention. She didn't care who it was. This was a horrendous insult to Haruka and her small collection of family. One of her feet would suddenly push back and then she would be gone from the spot that she stood, closely tailing behind the Cloud exile. He had the right idea. If she bent over backwards for one person, everyone was going to want to walk over her until she was nothing more than a skeleton.

"Your insult to my guest, my family, and myself will not go unheeded, Ryujin Gasu." Her lips would twist into a cruel smirk. Let's just say he fucked with the wrong bitch tonight. "Prepare yourself." Perhaps he would learn his lesson next time? You didn't just barge in. Ah, no. That was very inappropriate. She was getting very sick of the Ryujin clan. It seemed it was about time to exterminate or lock them ALL up.

{Can i say one thing OOC? I didn't hit ANY of you with my chakra, I am outside of the manner at the door waiting, Yuuto shouldn't have felt my chakra as it reflected off the door that was right in front of me...
"One, this was a terrible plan and all he could "see" was a few feet in front of him. And two, he was at the front door."
Since i am outside, i didn't barge in, and the door was closed so I couldn't have hit any of you, and finally Yuuto was in the hall way, he never opened the door TO get to me.}

That is your post Gasu. From what I translated:
-You leapt in behind Reishii then you walked in
-You walked around and your eyes began to fail him
-You were within proximity to hear Reishii's words
-You released a blast that people would feel vibrate

Beyond the fact that you had a messy post, you RP'd going in behind reishii literally leaping and then walking in behind her. Seriously? Then you magically teleported to the outside door and can't be caught for breaking in? No.

Gasu might of thought he was at the front door, but in all actually he was behind Reishii... oh lord that explained a lot. He heard lights shattering, so he blinked, his eyes still making him blind. Gasu knew he did something wrong, and that was set in stone when he heard Haruka say he insulted her. Great, the strongest ninja in the entire village wants him dead. Gasu blindly sat down, thinking what was wrong. For him, he thought he was in front of the door and knocked, but in the reality of the situation he was inside in front of the four. He called out, "What did I do wrong?! And how do you know its me, do you have mirror ninjutsu or something?!" He sighed, it was better if he just did nothing and let whatever happen happen. His eyes pained him more, so he rested on his knees in hands, snarling as black blood dripped to the floor through his eyes.

[legend=""Me, Myself & I""]
It seemed to her whoever this strange man was, he was a friend of harukas, they seemed to be friendly at least so he clearly wasn’t here for business that irked the ice queen which seemed to happen a lot lately. “Yuuto huh? I’ll remember that since you seem nice!” She would tease and stick out her tongue a little playfully. It was then that something strange happened, before Reishii even knew how to react, Yuuto had dashed off, Gai had come and collected Kei and Haruka had then followed after the man, looking nothing short of pissed, Reishii knew not to mess with that face that was for sure.

She would nod at the order given to her. “Don’t worry, I shall protect them, though I don’t think we have anything to worry about if it’s you, Haru.” She laughed and followed along some of the way, making sure to be between the fight and the innocents so that she could at least see and hear what was actually happening. It was a shock when she discovered the source of the disturbance was none other than one of her class mates. “Gasu… you stupid…” She would say under her breath and sighed, the smile leaving her face, replaced with a scowl of disappointment as she watched on, helpless to even try and save him at this point, Haruka could ruin her with one hand and Yuuto didn’t seem like a pushover in the slightest. “Ahh, seems I’ll get to see your beloved Haruka in battle. Lets see just what she’s made of shall we.” Came the voice from her mouth that belonged to the other being inhabiting her body. “…Fuck off you shitty demon bitch!” Reishii would yell out angrily, not in any kind of mood to entertain Shaitan or her fucked up mission. “You’re just some shitty stowaway who thought they found an easy ride and I will not allow you to use me as you wish!” She would continue arguing with herself as the others went on ahead. “My my, someones a cranky brat when they first wake up aren’t they?” She would laugh softly. “But no matter, I shall watch in silence for now but I’ll be back.” Reishiis scowl at Gasu was now just a face of anger, angry that she had to deal with shit and now someone she knew and had gone to classes with was going to be killed in her god damn house, she could feel another headache coming.

It was time for this house to taste blood, that much she couldn't deny. She couldn't keep it a safe haven for as long as she wanted, but she sure as hell could keep anyone or anything from coming in her home to stir trouble up. Lifting one hand up, it would be placed upon the hilt of her weapon and then the other would lift up, ready to dance through her one handed seals. "How do I know it's you? Because only a fool would walk these grounds like they belong here. This is not my office. This is where my family and my guests reside. Not a place for the Ryujins to camp out around and spread their misery and hatred around." Rawr. It was time to play games, eh? It seemed that Reishii was going through her own troubles at this time. She'd console the girl after this, though.

After all, it wouldn't take long at all.

Haruka came bolting behind him, but the puppeteer was faster to the draw. His enormous wooden and metallic claymore opened up revealing a larger humanoid form but there were no chakra threads following behind it. The creation was rusted but large and then electricity began to spark. The energy was enormous as Yuuto's fingers went forward. He was pointing at the young Gasu who sounded between shocked and disoriented. However his host made it clear there would be no mercy. She seemed to have history with this person and whatever he had done had changed her to being more cold and the depths of her cut-throat nature could be seen.

[/spoilername]

A spark of lightning would leave his hand and then shift into a Tiger made of Lightning. The Jutsu would hit it's target squarely following with another shock-wave separate from the initial one. He'd stare as the jutsu did it's work and he then the boy fell. The Runic King would turn back into the Claymore of Reverence, going to its master's hand. He would stalk his prey with cold eyes and a solid face. Yuuto would hold the puppet blade over Gasu's chest and then call for his lantern. As soon as it touched his hands the energy inside it began to grow. He was sending a surge of chakra throughout the puppet weapon creating a strong green flame. "Haruka-sama, shall I eliminate the threat or no?" He did not make moves yet, on any other day he'd have killed this young would be assassin, but he was in another's home and another's village. It was not his call to make.

-If Haruka wills Yuuto to dispose-
Yuuto would bring down the blade without hesitation. The sound of flesh being torn through could be heard as his weapon did the job. While he did this he began to say a prayer. "May your soul be at ease, and you return to the mother's everlasting embrace safely. Rest in peace."

Yuuto would then use a jutsu to enlarge the size of the lantern making it the size of his body, in some ways it resembled a box. Opening the door revealed that there was an intense heat emitting from the insides, nothing truly awaited this makeshift incinerator other than turning this young man to ashes. Gasu's body would be tossed inside and the door closed behind it completing the job.

He would then sheath the Claymore and begin to use Destroy Presence, an Anbu Jutsu used to erase evidence of someone's trail. "I'll go outside and finish sweeping the area, we don't need anyone to come here sniffing saying they trailed his presence to this location." Unless Haruka had others to do this he would go outside leaving the mother and daughter to discuss what was going on while he did damage control.

Regardless the Lantern would sit there in the hallway burning Gasu's body to nothing but ashes getting rid of any last evidence.

Gasu was flung by a blast of electricity into a wall, where black blood gushed from his eyes and wounds once more, his clothes torn and ripped, exposing his already dreadful wounds on top of what was just dished out to him. His eyes finally adjusted, as he looked to a puppet hovering over him. He then laughed, realization hitting him in the face, as he didn't bother look anywhere else then straight up to the shattered opening the lightning bolt took to reach him. The ionization and ozone bathed over him, as finally the voices and his eyes had calmed. He moaned, knowing death was coming, so he simply closed his eyes, moaning a prayer to the elemental gods. He sung it weakly out, as his mind was finally his, and he simply wished to sing its praise. He was finally free,

</I>
"How long it is been since I have been sealed away,
My mind stolen by another and lead astray.
A cursed fate is the one I walk,
Where every move just lowers the stalk.
I try again a thousand times,
But I am simply causing only crimes.
Will anyone lose sleep if I die,
Or will I be the only one leaved to cry?
My eyes of sin may cloak my intent,
Now my time is all but spent.
Oh ancient gods up above,
Show those who I wronged love.
Let them believe what they will,
Even if it involves the kill.
For even in the hands of Death,
All i wish is to talk a last breath."

Gasu with his chakra placed a seal on his palm, as he made a fist hanging onto life. Everything was fading, was he just flung from the door to this place? He hit his back and stomach, so he couldn't tell what had happened. But he had said his poem, but his true last words were yet to be said. This was his penultimate fate, and so he had to accept it. Now, came the truth. Waiting for his fate, he blamed no one because it was his fault letting his daemons take him over, he was a mess and he wanted to be someone better. With his closed eyes, he hoped he would die, for one last chance to be pulled back together and fixed. He looked to Reishii, and then spoke out, blood tainting his teeth and leaking a little. "Reishii... thank you, for being there for me. You helped me see through some of the darkness a little bit... thank you for everything..." With that, the blackened tears came back, as all he could feel was sadness, and strangely joy. <I>Father... you do not need to wait for me long, for I am coming to meet you and the five. Please just wait a little longer for me...

It was nothing. Swift, brutal, and she knew one thing and one thing alone: She would rather Yuuto as an ally rather than an enemy, That was a fact upon facts. She would've drawn her weapon, had it not been for the fact that the threat had been eliminated almost immediately after the mercenary had reached him. Oh my, oh my. Dropping her arms back down at her sides, she would clear her throat a bit. Couldn't necessarily blame her for wanting to at least show up as backup. But, uh, ah... "Please. And we will deal with the rest of his pestering clan as they come." The young woman would speak, tilting her chin up in a strong manner. Perhaps she felt a little bit strange because she was not the one who had even laid her weapon down on the threat. Or maybe she just wanted to be the protector of her home, but she would get over it soon enough. As the blade was brought down swiftly upon Gasu, Haruka did not even flinch. She had seen much of this. And this much would no longer bother her. At all. Leave it to people to put themselves into these kinds of circumstances. "Rest in peace." She would murmur quietly, holding her hands in front of her before looking around the area. It seemed as though Yuuto had a lot of interesting tools within his arsenal as well. How intriguing to think that someone who had been cast away from a village would really land here in Stone. Said village had been foolish in their endeavors, obviously. As Yuuto would pace outside, Haruka would turn towards Reishii and she would attempt to place her hand down on her head, ruffling her hair.

"You seem to have a lot going on, Rei-chan." She would whisper to the young girl. "Let's go get Gai and Kei, and then I can talk to you about whatever's going on inside of that noggin of yours, eh?" She would give a small grin now, moving to lead the girl back to the kitchen where Gai had swept her son off too. "Careful of the glass. We'll have to get out some candles for dinner, I'm guessing." She would state with a small nod now, delicately tiptoeing around any glass shards that may have littered the floor. As they approached the kitchen, it would be seen that there was something strange going on. The elderly woman had actually been laying on the floor, while Kei had been sitting next to her and tugging on her shirt whilst crying. It seemed that Kei had a bit of a gash riding up along his cheek, but right now... Haruka knew that she needed to focus on the elderly woman sprawled out on the floor. "Shit."

"Rei-chan, get Kei now. Make sure that he hasn't grabbed onto any kind of glass from the bulbs exploding. And definitely clean up that cut on his cheek. I don't think it will require stitches." She would state. Pacing over quickly to Gai, she would roll the woman over and peer her over. It seemed that she had taken a spill. Either when the light bulbs had exploded, or when the lightning of Raijin burst into existence. Hell, it could have even been when Gasu decided to flash around and attempt to be all cool within the house. Actually, that might've made a hell of a lot more sense. Strange figures never boded well in the eyes of the elderly woman. After all, she had a tendency to stick to herself and her close knit family. That being said... Haruka would gaze at the deep gash that spanned from her forehead to deep within the tufts of grayed hair. She must've taken a spill and hit a sharp edge. Something like that. "Son of a bitch..." She would breathe out heavily, her fingers now feeling around on Gai's neck for anything. A faint pulse, a heavy one. Anything that would come forth from the jugular vein there. But... There was nothing. "Gai-sama..." She would look around in an almost frantic manner. Now, this would've been a damn great time to have gone into the Medical branch. But... Of course. She had to be a cool kid and join up with the ANBU. Now, the panic was seriously setting in. Was this some form of karma? Something to be shoved in her face for her past actions? No, just no. She couldn't take that as an answer. It was not good enough within her damn mind. Placing one hand on the elderly woman's chest, and then moving to shift it into a position that would allow her to perform the most basic form of CPR, she would thank whatever entity there was for allowing her to remember at least this basics she learned in that one medical class she took so long ago. Her shoulders would lock into place and she would move her upper body to make chest compressions. One, two, three... Nothing too strong, she didn't want to cave in her chest. Her hands were strong, but having Kei taught her to be gentle. A thing that she was very thankful for. Then, she would lean down and tilt her head up, pressing her lips against the woman's to force some air into her lungs. Get her breathing, get her heart started. That was her only fixation at this point. Damn it all. It was hard to tell how long she was out like this. How much had she bled from that head wound? It was hard to be objective when it was her family's caretaker that she had been thinking about. Repeating the process, she would lift her hand up to check for a pulse... Yet again, there was nothing there.

Her teeth would grind together, her heart would race. Why did she feel helpless? Lashing out very suddenly, she would cave her fist into one of the cabinets there. The clatter of all the dishes there would sound, and her other hand would lift up as an ugly sob would pass her lips. The tears would flow freely. More and more sobs would pass her lips as she became just a bit more irrational here. "Gai-sama... Gai-sama..." She would whisper through her fingers, hanging over the body of the woman in a hunched manner. Death may have been familiar to her, but... Not when it was like this. When it was by the hands of herself or a shinobi, she was okay. But when it was something she couldn't control? That was chaos. That was not what she wanted to deal with. But here she was. And the damned panic had really set in at this point.

[legend=""Me, Myself & I""]
In a flash, quite literally, it was over. Gasus body fell to the ground before Reishii had even the slightest chance of doing anything, she’d hoped to show off a radiation jutsu or two in the hopes that Yuuto would say something about it, alas this was not the time for such things. From where she was standing she would watch as the two of them decided the fate of the student, a harsh but deserving punishment for the way he had acted. “Rest in peace, Gasu… let us hope you are a little wiser in your next life.” She would say softly as her emerald green eyes closed and she paid respects to her now former classmate. Yuuto would then go about clearing out the area, making sure no one was around and removing evidence, perhaps he was an ANBU? She’d probably best not ask since it’s meant to be somewhat of a secret. Haruka would turn and a hand approach her head, ruffling her already messy hair up some more as she spoke, Reishii would nod in response. “It… it’s a little scary but I know I can trust you.” She would comment as they entered the kitchen to check up on the others.

She would step through gingerly, avoiding the glass where she could since her bare feet were hardly defended against such things. With her eyes fixed on the glass for the moment she didn’t quite notice what was going in, she figured Kei was crying due to the lights bursting which would make sense but when she heard Harukas voice she knew it was something more and without really thinking she would move quickly to scoop up the baby and take him out of sight of Gai, close to the sink so she could clean him up. She’d not been a member of this family very long and honestly she’d no idea how to react in this situation, sure she was sad since Gai had always been nice to her and made her feel as welcome as Haruka herself. It was turning out to be a rather shitty day that was for sure and she would let out a pained sigh as she wet a cloth and cleaned up the would on Keis face gently and wiped away the tears on his face, trying to comfort him, fortunately the cut would soon clot and stop bleeding and it was certainly not deep enough to leave a lasting mark, just to be safe though she would find a bandaid and apply it to the wound and kiss the boys cheek and give him a smile. “There, all better.” She’d say softly, listening to what was happening with Haruka and Gai.

Upon her fist crashing through a cabinet door, Reishii would pick up Kei and slowly walk to the woman, placing a hand on the womans head and stroking her way around to the womans cheek, wiping at her tears. “You think you’re prepared, you see it day in day out in a profession like ours and you harden yourself… yet when it happens to those you love you fall apart because your love is just to powerful to contain… I think Gai would be happy to know how loved she was by you.” She would remove her hand from the womans face and bring Kei closer to her and hold his face close to her chest. “I’ll let you grieve and take Kei to the lounge and look after him, he doesn’t need to see her or you like this right now, okay?” She would ask, a hint of her maturity showing through as it usually did in serious situations but having lost her family twice already she knew the feeling haruka was going through all too well and trying to console her right now wasn’t what she needed, she’d seek out that when she was ready, the best thing she could do now was take care of her brother in her stead and make things as easy for her as possible.

She would head into the living room and sit down on one of the big seats, keeping the child close to her as a single tear ran down her own cheek. Why did this kind of tragedy follow her like this? What kind of bitch had she been in her past life to deserve this? "It's a wonder I haven't snapped already..." She would contemplate to herself. "I know she's going to go after the rest of Gasus family... and I'm scared, Kei... I really am."

Yuuto would clean his blade eradicating the traces of blood left from Gasu's pitiful corpse. There was a hint of doubt in his mind, the boy might have just been a fool, could he have been saved? However as quickly as that thought came, it would leave just as fast. That boy made his bed unfortunately and if this was the way the future Tsuchikage planned to handle things, then Yuuto would make sure he secured his place in her good graces.

After clearing the perimeter he would come back in, to the home casually strolling back towards the kitchen but he immediately saw that nothing had been down in regards lighting back up the house. Yuuto saw Reishii sitting on the couch with Kei, and her face held a small tears. He could hear her mutter the words;

"It's a wonder I haven't snapped already..."

and

"I know she's going to go after the rest of Gasus family... and I'm scared, Kei... I really am."

Was Haruka going to chase down Gasu's family because of his actions? It'd be logical but unless the entire clan was after her why? He would head towards the kitchen seeking answers and found them. Shattered glass all over the floor, another woman lay on the floor, blood canvasing the ground. His eyes wandered to a dented cabinet dishes cluttered now, clearly this was someone she cared for being dead. Yuuto brought out his hands and begin to exude the enormous amount of energy he did to reconstruct Tohsaka's body, and allowed the particles to stream over them.

The wounds on Gai's body would begin to slowly disappear only bearing small scars as a reminder. In the living room Kei's cheek would begin to close up as well leaving behind a skin in it's place. However the woman on the ground's chest did not start pumping. Yuuto made his way over to her kneeling beside Haruka. He could never have imagined that his technique would not work, it seemed that once again he was being taught a lesson. The odd thing was Yuuto's lightning never came to this kitchen, yet for some reason the seconds strike of Raijin's Vengeance blasted through the ceiling but that was in the hallway. How could this woman have died from the glass? The wanderer would stand walking away from Haruka. “I'm sorry, there is nothing I can do for her.” She was dead, there was no denying this any longer. Yuuto could not bring her back and she had bled out for far too long. There were a plethora of thoughts running through his mind now.
How did this happen?

Did I cause it?

The lightning never left the hallways how could the bulbs in here have caused this much damage?

Why didn't my technique work?

Why did Reishii leave their side?

Was there a second assassin?

Could that woman have been saved?

Why did I focus on sweeping the area before helping others?

Was the elimination of the target that important?

Can I not control my power?

This madness would continue as his lantern shrunk and the flame stopped. Yuuto would create a mirror like orb before introducing the ash to this mirror element creation. He would close the orb and then manipulate the shape into that of a phoenix. Yuuto would move to pick up his belongings and then walk towards the door. While he moved towards the courtyard he would fix his eyes onto a separate tower on the other side of the estate. This was his new destination, a quiet place where he could vent his anger out and begin his next phase for retribution.

Leaning back, the young woman would sit backwards for a few moments. The seemed that there was a blank space there. Nothing worked inside of the tomes of her mind, and that was alright with her. A dreadful numb feeling, but the cold slipped away and out of every single pore in her body. And with that, she would allow her upper body to lay backwards and she would stare up to the ceiling with a dull look in her once brilliant sapphire eyes. What was she going to do? It was her duty to protect the elderly woman, but she couldn't protect everything as she so wished. Why did it have to be hard? And why did a Ryujin have to interfere within the walls of her home? It seemed that the place had been incredibly mucked up now. The sanctuary that she fought so hard to create now had two deaths attached to it. Her eyes would settle closed, tightly sealed as she held her hands over her features. "Chápu." Was her only whisper to Yuuto. Bohemian that translated roughly to her understanding of what was going on here. This situation meant just a single thing. It meant that her mother was going to make a surprise appearance sooner or later. Oh dear.

Opening her eyes slowly, a strange flicker of pink would dance across her sapphire blues, but nothing more than that as she stared up towards the ceiling. Now what? What was she meant to do from here on out? For once she wasn't sure what she needed to do... So she'd just lay there on the linoleum of the floor as she attempted to collect up her thoughts with a heavy chest.
