History: Kotoko was a child that was never meant to be alive. Perhaps all her misfortune roots from the fact that she was an abomination of nature, from a deal with the devil. Kotoko's mother became extremely sick, while she was pregnant with Kotoko, to the point where her life was threatened. In order the ensure the safety of his wife, her father sought out any source that would provide protection for his wife. Initially, he avoided the forbidden options, as the consequences would be severe. However, with no other alternate solutions left, he had to ask assistance from a dark entity. The demon known as Miroku Akkuma, promised that he would save Kotoko and her mother's life, in exchange for Kotoko after she was born. Her father agreed to the circumstances without hesitation, as the scenario was dire, and he was helpless. After her mother had gotten better, Kotoko was born a healthy baby, however it pained her mother that they would be separated. In order to protect Kotoko, they left her in the doorsteps of the orphanage, with a locket, and a letter that would explain everything when she was mature enough to understand. Miroku was upset, and killed both of her parents. Kotoko is excited to entire the academy, as she wants to avenge her parents.
