Character's Physical Description: Mareo is very obviously not human. Standing at a rather short four feet, nine inches, Mareo possess a humanoid form.... And that's about where the similarities between him and a human end, physically. His skin takes on a pale topaz hue, utterly hairless and incredibly smooth. His physique is lightly muscled from dedicated martial training, yet still developing at such a young age. Holes curiously line his chest under his collarbone, part of his shoulder and biceps, down his spine, and a few on either hemisphere of his head. The closest to head-hair he has is a single smooth, tentacle-like appendage down the middle of his head, prehensile and seemingly always moving. His ears are mere raised holes on the sides of his head, and he utterly lacks a visible nose (not even holes).
Character's Mental Description: Mareo is quite the anti-social being, even going as far as keeping mute most of the time. When it comes to anything but training of any sort, he's absolutely lazy. Consuming large amounts of (quite healthy) food (mainly any seafood he can get) consists of 50% of a free day, with sleeping taking hold of the other half. The only thing he really has going for him as of yet is his skill with his fists, and he's well aware. Being an alien, he doesn't quite understand humans (just as males won't ever understand females, huehuehue), and doesn't even try 99% of the time. All he really cares about is himself, food, training, and flowers (he likes flowers).
Character History: Mareo was born in a distant planet currently unknown to even him; he was brought as a child with his parents, for reasons he doesn't know nor really care to know (tourists, basically). All he knows is that his father expects Mareo to live up to his full potential, a potential not a single person can gauge. Because of this and his loyalty and love for his sire, Mareo's forgone a real childhood for a so-far-short life of nearly constant self-progression. He was taught to be reckless and ruthless, to live and survive off of Pure Instinct; to give 500% every time, all the time. This sort of non-stop training and incredibly driven excellence is what brought him to the ANBU's attention, and he jumped at the chance to join; just another thing to make father proud.
