Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

History:
Kyuketsuki is a dark and slightly manevolent soul. He had an abusive upbringing from which his father was the culprite. Kyuketsuki's mother died during his birth and his father blamed him as the cause of his lovers demise. It was harsh and full of pain and dissapointment. Eventually, after such greuling neglect, his hidden power that were dormant in his blood emerged. Through the past generations of his family, no one knew of the darkness that ly in their blood. No shinobi had been born to his family in many generations which would explain why the power was dormant for so long. Kyuketsuki's power emerged weak at first. Normaly it would have taken years of shinobi training to tap into the ancient power, but the long grueling hours of hard labor and physical punishment made up for that, and during his 14th year of life, the first essence of his power revealed itself. His father, in one of his usual drunken frenzies, was beating Kyuketsuki, when an unknown force of impact came from Kyuketsuki's life force, sending his father tumbling into the wall. Terrorfied at first and unsure of what to think, his father fled from the house. He later returned, this time with his closest friends. Kyuketsuki for some reason could feel them coming, and the danger they possesed. He looked out the window to see his father carrying a bucket of lantern fuel. His friends carrying torches. Quickly and without thinking, Kyuketsuki ran out the back way, escaping his fathers grasp while the house behind him was set ablaze.

Description:
Kyuketsuki stands at an average height of six feet. His meduim and slightly muscular build reflect his personal strength while his dark colored hair and glowing red eyes reflect the darkness of his soul. He doesn't have many features that betray his demonic origin, besides his glowing red eyes an slightly longer than normal cuspid teeth. While still angry at his mistreatment as a child, he has a dislike for authority figures, and a coldness for others in his attitude. His clothing style is vast and depends of on the occasion and situation.

Something is wrong here. I was capped way before the crash happened. What happened to my stuff? Actually all of this is wrong I believe. I was a chigokai bloodline, capped, a lot more jutsus. Maybe someone was given the same name.

Quick Character Description: Kyuuketsuki a dark type of person. He feels no emotional pain but enjoys physical. His sick sense of humor creates people out and even drives them away. Kyuuketsuki isn’t just dark his was raised to feed on blood and  is like a vampire. His teeth are like fangs and can pierce nearly anything. He will drink animal blood often but when he gets a chance he will drink human’s blood. Kyuuketsuki is 6ft 4in and he has a built frame. Anything he gets his grasp on will usually die. He is tan skinned and has short brown hair. The young shinobi isn’t a bad looking fellow.

Character History:
Kyuuketsuki was born off the shore of Mist village. His family lived on Savage Island and they were a ferocious family. The family on the island would feed on the blood of the animals on the island to survive. The family was originally from lightning country but fled because of constant avalanches that threatened the family. Kyuuketsuki’s father was the leader of the blood sucking clan and he wanted to teach his boy the way of the blood. All members of this family is able to control blood as a weapon and it was Kyuuketsuki’s turn to learn.
At the age of 9 Kyuuketsuki’s father and Kyuuketsuki was on a hunt for one of the largest animals on the island. They have reached the largest and scariest cave on the island where the beast is known to live. The family wants the beast dead because it has killed a cousin of theirs with a single swipe of its claws. The two entered the eerie cave and the walls were covered with blood and a horrifying sound could be heard not too far from them. As they walked further into the cave the body of the cousin could be seen. Kyuuket showed no emotion as he saw the body lay on the ground; it was as if he didn’t care. Suddenly the fowl beast side struck his father and he went flying into the wall. The beast was a gigantic bear that is rare on Savage island but it truly was the apex predator. Kyuuket’s father lost an arm and his chest was cave in. He was sitting against the wall and had lots of blood spewing out his mouth. Kyuuket ran up to his father but didn’t help him up. He looked his father in the eyes and Kyuuket’s eyes turned from white to pitch black and he bit into the neck of his own parent. He was drinking his father’s blood and absorbed his life force. Kyuuketsuki turned back to the beast with eyes pitched black and the bear started to look discomfort and it felt over. It seemed the beasts blood over heated and died.

After the death of his father, Kyuuketsuki traveled to Mist and legally became an shinobi from them at the age of 10. He was already mature and during his training it could be seen that he has promise in him. Kyuuketsuki joined the AIT ranks at the age of 12 and worked hard to become ANBU at the age of 15. During his a gate watch a few men came up to the gates as merchants. During the regular routine, Kyuuketsuki asked for their passports and they turned to each other and laughed. Something was obviously going to be a problem with these men. They turned back to the AIT and said We don't have our passports but we do have something else. The men through kunai at him but Kyuuket was prepared and easily dodge. He used his blood line trait to over heat their blood until they couldn't stand any longer. As the men lay on the ground in pain Kyuuketsu called in his higher ups to arrest the men for interrogation. The AIT was promoted to ANBU because he was able to keep his cool and follow the proper procedures of an attack.

Those who are of this clan become very easy to identify as the whites of their eyes will slowly turn to a dark, blood red color over time. It's inevitable that you will get cut, stabbed or shredded through some other means in a fight. Â Most people, upon losing blood, will begin to lose their talents in the art of war. Â Those of the Chigokai clan instead embrace this fact to the fullest, turning their lessening time in this world into a powerful tool of mayhem.

Rank 1: +1 HP modifier. All Bleeding Damage applied to the Chigokai is reduced by -10%.
Rank 2: +3 HP modifier. All Bleeding Damage applied to the Chigokai is reduced by -20%.
Rank 3: +5 HP modifier. All Bleeding Damage applied to the Chigokai is reduced by -30%.

Crimson Water - Passive
The Chigokai possess the ability to bend blood to their will, and as this power grows the become able to enhance this liquid with their chakra to become a dangerous weapon.

Rank 1: May convert Water Jutsu into Blood by paying an additional 20% Chakra Cost.
Rank 2: May convert Water Jutsu into Blood by paying an additional 10% Chakra Cost.
Rank 3: May convert Water Jutsu into Blood at no extra cost.

Note:
- All Blood Jutsu receive +5% damage per rank.
- The Chigokai automatically has access to the Blood Element.
- All techniques used with this are treated as Blood element.

Henomancer's Gift - Independent Special Move
Perhaps the most versatile ability of the Chigokai is to mold their own blood into a weapon, reinforcing it with chakra to harden it into a cursed weapon that absorbs the blood of others.

Rank 1: All Blood weapons are treated as Light Weight.
Rank 2: All Blood weapons are treated as Light Weight with the Vampiric Augment.
Rank 3: All Blood weapons are treated as Light Weight with the Vampiric and Soul Reap Augments. Â

Cost: 1 Ap to initiate. Â 100 Hp/Cp per tier to create. Â 100 Cp per tier to maintain.

Notes:
- All damage from this weapon receives both Physical and Blood damage buffs.
- This may be used to create any type of non projectile or non-unique weapon, however the user cannot create a weapon beyond their tier limit.
- Blood weapons have damage and accuracy equal to a standard weapon of its type and tier, but do not have any special effects of the weapon it is based on.
- This weapon lasts as long as it remains in contact with the user. If it is unequiped/disarmed for a full round, then it disperses into blood.
- Ap cost becomes .5 Ap if the user has the Quickdraw ability. Â This weapon may be duelwielded with itself.

Blood Boil - Blood Jutsu
The Chigokai have supreme control over blood of all kinds, including that of their opponents. This technique causes the blood within the targets veins to begin to heat up and bring on discomfort of all sorts to their opponent. Their own blood is the catalyst, sent flying to their foe through chakra.

Rank 1: Corrosive blood causes 475 damage per round and reduces Accuracy by -1 for two rounds.
Rank 2: Corrosive blood causes 840 damage per round and reduces Accuracy by -1.5 and dodge by -1 for two rounds.
Rank 3: Corrosive blood causes 1340 damage per round and reduces Accuracy and dodge by -2 for two rounds.

Note:
- Does not Stack on a target.
- Lasts two rounds.

Cost:
Rank 1: 1.5 Ap, 175 Cp and 90 Hp to initiate, 85 cp and 40 Hp per round maintained.
Rank 2: 2 Ap, 315 Cp and 160 to initiate, 150 cp and 75 Hp per round maintained.

Plasma Bomb - Blood Jutsu Â
By forming an orb of their own blood, the clan member may launch it at their opponent, dealing effective area damage at the cost of their own health. This attack is powerful, but lacking in accuracy.

Rank 1: Covers 15x15 foot area with blood. Initial explosion deals 1090 damage at -1 Accuracy. Target takes 220 damage a round for three rounds.
Rank 2: Covers 20x20 foot area with blood. Initial explosion deals 1350 damage at -.5 Accuracy. Target takes 270 damage a round for three rounds.
Rank 3: Covers 25x25 foot area with blood. Initial explosion deals 1780 damage. Target takes 355 damage a round for three rounds.

- Does not Stack
- This Jutsu may Automatically target two separate targets.

The Gift - Blood Jutsu Â
Oftentimes it's not a good idea to be on the receiving end of a sword. Â If you find that you're mortally wounded from the bloodloss you've been given then perhaps you would like to put the curse on another. This technique can be devastating.

Rank 1: The user strikes their target, transferring one rank of bleeding from themselves to the target.
Rank 2: The user strikes their target at +.5 Accuracy, transferring two ranks of bleeding from themselves to the target.
Rank 3: The user strikes their target at +1 Accuracy, transferring three ranks of bleeding from themselves to the target.

Note:
- User must be Bleeding.

Cost:
Rank 1: 2 AP, 250 Cp and 125 Hp to initiate.
Rank 2: 2 AP, 320 Cp and 160 Hp to initiate.

Destiny Bond - Clan Jutsu
By sharing blood with an ally, the user of the bond of destiny can extend life itself for a friend in need. Â This technique has been long sought after for it's unique ability in a fight to save the life of a friend. Â It can have disastrous consequences, however. Â By sharing the bond, you may end up causing your own death.

Rank 1: User takes 20% of all damage dealt to the bonded ally. Â Ally receives 20% less damage from all sources.
Rank 2: User takes 35% of all damage dealt to the bonded ally. Â Ally receives 35% less damage from all sources.
Rank 3: User takes 50% of all damage dealt to the bonded ally. Â Ally receives 50% less damage from all sources.

Note: Â
- Damage taken by user is not able to be debuffed in any way, and is taken before the ally's damage reduction.  
- If the bonded ally is knocked out while still bonded, the user of this jutsu loses 50% of their remaining HP from the shock.

Liquid Armor - Defensive Jutsu
The members of the Chigokai are able to use their very blood as a method of defense. Â This technique secretes blood from their pores to surround their body. While it allows for amazing reduction in the damage taken, it can have horrible penalties.

Rank 1: Armor reduces all forms of physical damage by 10%. Â User takes 10% more bleed damage per round.
Rank 2: Armor reduces all forms of physical damage by 15%. User takes 8% more bleed damage per round.
Rank 3: Armor reduces all forms of physical damage by 20%.  User takes 5% more bleed damage per round.

Notes:
- This counts as a Chakra Armor.

Cost:
Rank 1: 2.5 Ap, 535 Cp and 265 Hp to initiate. 250 Cp and 125 Hp per Round.
Rank 2: 2.5 Ap, 665 Cp and 335 Hp to initiate. 320 Cp and 160 Hp per Round.

Blood Break - Blood Ninjutsu
The most brutal technique of the Chigokai, one that involves both restraining and stealing the lifeforce of a target. This skill directly manipulates the blood within someone, forcefully locking their body in place while simultaneously extracting their blood out of their body through skin and wounds. The blood violently pulled out of the victim of this technique is absorbed by the user, replenishing their own life by draining others.

Rank 1: Manipulates the blood of a target at -2 Accuracy, binding their body in place. Â Each round the target is effected they lose 1540 Hp and have a 28% chance to have their bleeding increased by +1 rank.
Rank 2: Manipulates the blood of a target at -1 Accuracy, binding their body in place. Â Each round the target is effected they lose 1930 Hp and have a 36% chance to have their bleeding increased by +1 rank.

Notes:
- Once this jutsu is dispelled, the target cannot be effected by it for a full round.

- For every 2.5 Ap spent the target has a 15% chance of escaping.
- This bind is broken if the victim takes damage, or the user attacks the victim. (They have a -3 Dodge penalty to the attack aimed at them though) Â  
- If the user takes more than 10% of their Max Hp in damage during a round, the bind is dispersed.
- If the user uses more than 10% of their Max Cp during a round, the bind is dispersed.

- The user regains half of all damage done to the victim that is caused by this Jutsu.
- In addition, the user gains Hp equal to half of the target's bleeding damage.

Shindou is an old character I used and I had bought capped items such as (+5 HP&CP mod, Extra Ability Slot, And an average class gets moved to high). Do I get these back for Shindou?

Looks good. As long as you had an approved Kinjutsu on the old site you are free to switch/keep it for this character. Please edit your class to reflect your Kinjutsu "bonus". Also, your weapons are to be "created" in your dojo, so make sure you include the above information in your dojo thread as well. Approval number 1.

Okay cool, Shindou did have a kinjutsu at one point in time in the old site but then I got it removed by rp means. Does that still count?

As far as I am concerned, you had a Kinjutsu at one point, you weren't permabanned as far as I know, so you're fine to do a free swap. Please keep in mind that if it is a big part of your character's history, it should be included in your history write-up here and approved.

Please post up your character's history and I will provide the final approval.

Sounds good to me. I was never perma-banned.

History:
Since Shindou was born his father trained Shindou secretly without the village knowing. He was always at the house hidding in the Ancient Forests and never left until he was at the age of 9. Shindou obtained a natural affinity to lightning instead on Hashigaki like his brothers which made Shindou wonder who the real mother was. The young shinobi persisted to become stronger then Ari who was the eldest of the three sons. Ari and Shindou was not following the foot steps of their father but instead they made their own. Ari and Shindou both joined the ANBU branch and Ari became Sennin at a point but later stepped down do to heart problems.
Age Youngster: At the age of nine Shindou entered the Academy Class and passed it with ease do to his training with his malicious father Takao. The boy was quiet and did not like anyone in the class because he thought of himself as superior, not because his father was Kage once but because he was physically superior.

Young Adult Hood: Shindou has been a genin for a year, and has done missions with ease. He always wanted to be the leader and never wanted to follow other's orders. His stubbornness never caused any problems in the missions because they were low level missions. At the age of 11 Shindou was promoted to chuunin through what he proved during his missions and a exam was needed from the choice of the Kage. During his years as chuunin Shindou was the sensei of a group of genin including the current Raikage Hayate Shin. The class was about survival and the participants had to last then night in the Ancient Forest.

The village was attacked by an army of demons and Shindou joined the fight to preserve Kumogakure. As Shindou cleansed areas of demons he made sure to bring the survival to the Kage's tower. As the Demon war pushed on Shindou found himself at the mercy of an ambush. The sudden attack sent Shindou's unconscious body through the air and he landed inside a burning building. A group on ANBU went into the building in order to save the Fourth Raikage's son's life. They found Shindou underneath a burning log on his right side of his body and the left wasn't touched by the flames yet. An ANBU used a lightning jutsu to blow the burning wood off his body but at the same time it electrocuted him. Luckily, Shindou is attuned to lightning taking less damage then anyone normally wood from a lightning attack. His younger brother Usui treated Shindou and was able to save his life but the scarring would not be totally gone.

Adult/Current: Shindou left the hospital prematurely not wanted to be seen by anyone. The shinobi left to his old home in the Ancient forest for years training and making himself a better fighter and person until he thought it was the right time. As he arrived at Cloud he found out some devastating news. There has been a horrible assassination attempt on Lady Kiyo, missing-nin killed a shinobi without it being reported, and Cloud was at war. Shindou knew he had to get stronger and he has heard of the use of the forbidden techniques known as Kinjutsu. In order to obtain one would mean either ripping someones eyes out or blatantly killing them. The old veteran didn't care how he obtained it but luckily Cloud's hospital would legally give you the necessary parts to obtain the kinjutsu. He decided that obtaining Hyuuga eyes would be the best option because he would be able to track better and also help defend his allies. What happened to Shindou next was something that would seem unbelievable. He arrived to the hospital and was prepped for the surgery. Shindou went under relatively smoothly and not to long later it was over. The Raikage's son rested in the infirmary but his body started to take on the DNA from the eyes, it was the total opposite from transplant rejection. The blood of Takao the Mad ran through him and everyone knew of his demonic lineage. The demonic blood in Shindou's body started switching the genes from being able to control lightning to becoming full fledge Hyuuga.
