An Attuned ninja has almost complete control over their own chakra flow, and through hard training they learn how to retain it within themselves. There is no force that can remove chakra from the control of the Attuned, not an absorption jutsu, a hungry bug, or anything else.
Effect: Attacks that drain or remove chakra from the Attuned are completely ineffective.
Conservation - Passive (3 points)
Restriction- C Rank and up
Through repeated use and training with the lower level techniques, the attuned ninja learns the best ways to manipulate their chakra in order to produce the desired effects. They are able to cast weaker jutsu for a much smaller cost than an average ninja would.
Effect: -15% Ninjutsu cost.
Energy Boost - Boost (1 point) x 3
Restriction- Can be purchased three times
A Chakra Attuned ninja tends to have slightly more chakra to work with than the average, being that they tend to work with it more often than others.
Effect: +2 to CP modifier.
Recharge - Passive (2 point)
Chakra Attuned ninja are very efficient at storing their chakra, up to the point where it flows into them easily from all around. They can restore their own chakra as effortlessly as breathing.
Effect: User regains 2% CP per round.
Jutsu Expert - Modification (2 points)
Restriction- Must have Jutsu Mastery
A Chakra Attuned ninja is extremely efficient with their chakra, especially with jutsu they are also skilled with. They are even more adept at this than other practitioners of the skill.
Effect: 10% Chakra reduction is changed to 15%.
Hustle - Dependent Special Move (2 points)
For those who prefer power over accuracy, the Chakra Attuned can choose to power up one of their techniques in exchange for making it less likely to hit.
Effect: Can choose to add 10% damage to a Ninjutsu in exchange for -1 accuracy.
Spirit Boost - Boost (1 point) x2
Restriction- Can be purchased twice
A Chakra Attuned ninja's prowess with Ninjutsu is not to be underestimated. Their skill with it is unparalleled, and is not limited to any one specific element.
Effect: +5% Ninjutsu damage.
Normalize - Passive (2 points)
Chakra Attuned users like to say their chakra is pure, rather than twisted toward one particular element. Some of them take this to extremes, making their chakra tuned toward no elements at all.
Effect: All elemental attacks become non-elemental and purely chakra-based, and gain +10% damage. This allows them to cut through all elemental damage reduction.
One-Handed Seals - Passive (2 points)
Restriction- C Rank and up
A ninja who is properly Chakra Attuned is able to produce the correct amounts of chakra even with an incomplete seal. With extreme practice and their natural talent for manipulating chakra, they can learn the ability previously thought to be exclusive to a bloodline clan.
Effect: The user is able to perform all Jutsu handseals with one hand.

1 Healing Factor
If there was one thing Tsuyuri had to admit about human beings, then it certainly was the fact they were surprisingly resilient. It was not often that she had seen a being whose natural recovery was such an advanced progress. Others might have considered it normal that the human body learned to adapt to its injuries and slowly heal them, but this wasn’t the case for spirits from the plane of dreams. They were a lot more difficult to injure, but once they were injured they were forced to drain some of their essence in order to mend the injury. This clearly wasn’t the case with human beings whose body simply nursed itself back to health if the injuries weren’t of a serious nature.
2 Quick Reaction
If one had to compare Kimura Tsukiko then it likely would have been either a cat. Naturally curious the girl often held a certain playfulness within her demeanor, but at the same time she also was prone to be extremely skittish in nature. This often translated itself into the girl’s high reactionary reflexes. If someone thrown a ball at her nine times out of ten she would already be evading the ball before it reached her, the tenth time she’d likely be asleep and get hit by it… Joking aside it was obvious the girl was quick in her reactions, just the way it was meant to be when one lived the life of a shinobi.
3 Jutsu Mastery
There was something fascinating about the power that humans called ‘Ninjutsu’. Perhaps it was because the type of techniques brought forth from it closely related to the magical skills she herself possessed. Indeed Ninjutsu often resembled the ‘Magic’ used within the plane of dreams, and it was only natural that her vessel ended up specializing in such talents. However, it appeared something curious was waiting to unfold for Tsukiko. Not only did the ‘Mark of the Dreamer’ or ‘Cursed Seal’ as some called it help enhance her aptitude for Ninjutsu but it even improved her prowess when manipulating the chakra one required in order to manifest such a technique. Truly a master of techniques…

Children… If there was one thing that could be said about them then it was certainly the fact they were a playful bunch. While Tsukiko was according to human standards a teenager, she was still very much a child at heart (something that often amused Tsuyuri when she tried to mention the fact that all humans were considered children compared to the life-span a spirit tended to have). Of course children like Tsukiko were often prone to moments of hyperactivity where they practically bounced off the walls like a bunny loaded with lightning chakra. It certainly made her look all the more energetic to interact with…
5 Supercharge
The ability to take the blunt of one’s attacks was one thing, but some people knew to take things a bit further. For example: Tsuyuri, and in return her vessel Tsukiko held the unusual property of being able to devour the essence of a chakra technique in order to store it within her body, effectively reducing the amount of damage she took from an attack. However, what was more curious was her ability to infuse that devoured essence and strengthen her own attack in return. Perhaps one way to describe it would have been to call it a parasite, albeit such a term would be rude to apply to a lady!
6 Elementalist
The ability to manipulate the elements within nature was a gift made desired, and it’s therefore also said that Ninjutsu is one of the most popular schools practiced by shinobi. All things considered it certainly was an intriguing something to consider, but there was something even more curious about Ninjutsu. It was said that those who mastered Ninjutsu enough were able to obtain a level of manipulation where they literally were capable of altering the nature of a technique and granting one the capacity to pull their power beyond the limit. The name of such a being? We commonly called them ‘Elementalists’
7 Called Shot
The ability to break things is often considered the more fun ability to possess. However, it’s also certainly a lot more deathly to possess all things considered. For example: the ability to break a bone more accurately is often considered a boon on the battlefield when restricting your opponent’s options is an essential part of combat. At the same time there was a certain something about being able to inflict agonizing pain upon an enemy by tearing into their flesh and breaking their bones. However, that last comment was something that she preferred not to say out loud around other people.
