Except that no-one is officially dead until everyone in that thread posts saying that they don't stop those people being killed.

Because technically Keiji could post in there saying "I stop you" and thus they're not dead... thus meaning that they're not dead until everyone posts effectively saying that.

No, they're considered dead once the force kill is made.
Waiting on a full round of posts could take weeks depending the number of people in a thread, and forcing someone to wait that long for things such as OCR is just not going to happen.

So unless someone DOES stop it, Shin is considered dead as of the force kill post.

It's not anyone's fault that the rules are written the way they are.

◦Kill the opponents. Doing this takes a full round per kill and you are treated as still being in combat at the beginning of the next round should people be joining the combat. (The Action of killing through roleplay takes 1 full round to accomplish. If anyone attempts to stop at anypoint the 'kill' is nullified)

Specifically the action of killing them takes 1 round to accomplish. Thus until the round of posting is done no-one is dead. It's very specific. It doesn't actually matter what you think about it or your personal opinion on the matter.

Upon death, roleplayers in ANY of your other incomplete thread(s) are to vote whether they can deal with your non-existence from the beginning of these thread(s). Whether you joined these thread(s) before or after you entered the battle that got you killed, you are still considered a part of these thread(s).

- If players vote no, you must stay in those threads as if you were still alive.

Ai - That isn't really the issue. We all know that that is the case, the argument is whether or not Shin is dead. According to the very specific way the rules are written, he's not dead until a full round of posting has occurred in the death thread. So... once that happens he can't join any other threads as according to the rule you quoted.

Dev does not decide posting rules, they do combat rules.

If you'd like I can pop this into admin for a final clarification.
