Greetings everyone! A decision was made to support Leaf Village in a time of need. Therefor Leaf Council has been opened for applications for all applicants across the site.
This is akin to a similar situation in the recent past where we opened Cloud Council to a similar treatment where everyone in all villages could apply for Council in it.
Being from a different village, and helping out in another council, doesn't impact your IC situation at all, all it means is that you have an OOC obligation within that other village.
You do not need to leave your current village.
What does it mean to be a Councilor this day and age with Global Council you may ask?
The village-centric Councils duties involve such things as approving new players, approving histories and working on events and assisting in IC stories for each and every player within the village (this doesn't mean writing anything for them, but writing with them, helping them with their stories and writing as NPCs in threads to push them into a mission or event.) It's essentially an events/history-role with voting, approvals and lots of creative writing.
So if you're feeling up for it. Leaf Council would love to give you some challenges and getting your help in maintaining their village.
Beginning now, until 23:59 31/10/2020 council applications will be open for anyone on the site!
