Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

After Kaori got her arms broken, she cried out in pain with tears welling up in her eyes. "Okay, okay!" she shouted out before turning around and crouching. Her arms hanged limp to her side as the pain from her arms became increasing unbearable to deal with.
She didn't expect a relatively safe and friendly spar to wind up with her having a couple of broken arms. Some people just take little spars a little too far.
Kaori clenched her eyes tightly shut for a moment only to reopen then for the Ryuugan to vanish, revealing her usual lavender eyes. She repeated her sentiments on the pain she felt in her arms.

"Okay, okay, okay. I give up, you win," she stated before trying to ball her hands into a fist, feeling more pain shoot up through her arm. "As your prize for winning, you can take me to the hospital. Ouch!" she said, grumbling a bit more. She slowly stood back up and looked to Shiori and forced out a smile. "Next time we spar, let's not break each other's limbs, okay? Let's try to be nice about it?" she asked. Her opinion of Shiori grew a bit bitter due to his relentless assault in a friendly spar.

Even though the spar went absolutely brutal, she learned a lot and learned that there were things she had to improve. Now all she did was wait for Shiori to escort her to the hospital.

As soon as Kaori had spoken, Shiori stopped letting energy flow from his hand, the blade made of unreality screaming from the material plane. He shook his hand, the pain still present. His smile remained present the entire time. He had never fought before, but fallen in love with the act. A simple struggle to show who was the best of the two. Why make use of his powers when he could show his superiority through pure skill?

He ruished forward, willing himself to be faster than the Kunoichi. Before she could enter a fighting stance, he struck her arms, enough force to do real damage. As she continued, unaware of the damage he had done, Shiori spun again, his form flickering and twisting. An onlooker would think they were looking at a bad recording of a slender boy sped up, moving inhumanly in an unsettling way.

He struck again, feeling the supporting bones snap under his fists, after images trailing him, as his abilities waxed subconsciously. As he continued to move, he realised he could end the fight. Her legs were injured, her arms broken. He was a God to her. He could end her story here and now.

He suddenly stopped, again a slim boy in ill-fitting clothing, his eyes wide with shock. That was not him! He would not kill in a spar. An enemy? Yes, when it was life-for life. But not here. Kaori was a fellow member of Leaf, and therefore an ally.

She was smiling at him, he realised, as he lowered his fist, his smile turning to confusion.

“O-of course.” Shiori bustled over to his jacket and bag, pulling them on before escorting her away from their fight.

“I suppose maybe I went too far. In my defence, you said you wanted to end the fight. I sought to end it first.” The smile returned.

He reflected on his first ever fight. He had never felt such a thrill. The struggle to be the best distilled to its purest form. And he would only improve. Kaori had been a good opponent, hopefully, she would improve too.

She had potential, he thought, walking through the grounds with her.
