Character's Physical Description: Arashi appears as a young woman, of latin decent. Her jet black hair, with a single white strip beginning at her bangs, extends down towards her lower back. Usually, she keeps her hair pulled back with some form of a scrunchy. Her eyes are a golden yelllow and her skin appears to be kissed by the very sun itself. She usually prefers to wear denim jeans, a colored spaghetti strap shirt, and various forms of sneakers.
Character's Mental Description: Arashi is your average everyday girl, wanting nothing more than to just live her life as freely as possible. She is kind, unless provoked, but generally doesn't take things to the extreme regardless of the situation. For whatever reason, she feels like she has to be everyone else's rock and never really handles her own problems, which can cause an emotional breakdown every so often. She'll never willingly show it, but she is very sensitive to other peoples opinions or attitudes towards her. At times, she is goofy and playful, and other times she lazy and obsessive over new books or experiences.

Character History: Eighteen years ago, Arashi was born to both a civilian mother and father. For generations, her family either worked on a farm, or started their own business. Every so often, a shinobi would marry into their family. In fact, her grandfather on her fathers fought in the demon wars years ago within the cloud village. He was a member of Santaru Clan and fought to protect his family at the time. However, even though he possessed a bloodline limit, Arashi's father didn't show signs of the bloodline capabilities, so no one suspected Arashi of being able to. That was, until her sixth birthday when she went into a sneezing fit and shorting out all the electrical circuits throughout the house and disrupting the magnetic fields, causing a few compasses to spin in circles. Taking her grandfathers advice to heart, her parents enrolled her into the village's Shinobi academy and that was pretty much when her life truly began.
Far from a genius, she worked and trained day in and day out to mastery her craft. In fact, for a few years, she fell behind many of her classmates. It wasn't until a few months before graduation that her skills as a Shinobi flourished. One day, out of stress, she pushed herself to hard during a training session with her grandfather. Her eyes began to glow, a white strip formed from the base of her bangs within her hair, and dark clouds began to form. Unbeknownst to her, she began to alter the electrons in her electromagnetic aura; ultimately summoning her first storm. And then suddenly, that storm began to unleash it's energy and struck her grandfather with several volts of lighting.
It was then that her grandfather realized that she had inherited his bloodline limit. Astonished at her capabilities at this point in her life, he pushed harder until the day of the Genin exams. Aside from having to take a test to graduate from the academy, it was like any other day. However, by the end of it, she had passed the Genin exam and officially graduated from the academy. From there, she focused on her career as a Shinobi and eventually came to a cross roads where she had to either progress further, or end her career before it really ever took off. Taking the proper steps, she completed several missions, and signed up for a Chuunin exam. Within a matter of a few months, she passed the exam alongside two others, and became a Chuunin for the Cloud Village.
